I worked for CHD out of the Waterbury office for almost four years. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to move on because the particular program I was in, did not work out, through no fault of anyone person or department. Management always had an open door policy and used it respectfully. Benefits, pay rate and bonuses were decent. I would not hesitate to work for this company again if an opening occurs in my area.
