A perfect fishing experience, one couldnt ask for more.

Not a trustworthy business! We booked a salmon fishing trip with them for our ourselves and our out-of-town wedding guests. There were 13 guests booked, totaling almost $2,000.About a week before the trip, they had to cancel due to fish and game closing king salmon fishing on the river we were going to. Bummer, but not their fault and nothing we can do. So they cancelled our trip.They then asked if they could give us a refund within 30 days since they had to cancel so many trips. We agreed and 30 days came and went. We called many times and kept being told that we would receive the refund soon. Finally, we got an email asking if they could refund our money in chunks over the next few weeks!Not only are we out $1950, all of our friends and family who fronted the money are out too! I totally get it was a bad year and bad luck with having to cancel that many trips. But that money was not theirs to spend. They went ahead and spent it and now we are the ones that have to pay!DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! There are so many fishing charters to choose from, dont go with this one. Unless you dont mind being out a few thousand dollars.

There is no better fishing guide in Alaska than Pat Donelson of iFishAlaska. My son and I have made it a yearly event to fish with Pat. Pat knows the rivers, knows the best techniques for fishing them and is an amazing teacher. We have never gotten skunked on a fishing trip with with iFishAlaska, and we have always had a good time. We learn more about Alaska, see more of its beauty and we always learn a few new jokes...in addition to catching fish. The laughter always seems to be my sons favorite part of the trip (that and the snacks we bring). Whenever I have friends or family coming to Alaska I always recommend iFishAlaska. Pat is an INCREDIBLE guide and fisherman! My family and I took a summer trip to Alaska and all 10 of us caught salmon. Some even caught their limit multiple days in a row. It doesnt matter if you are a beginner or if you are experienced. If you go with iFish Alaska you are bound to catch fish!

Last summer I went Salmon fishing with iFish Alaska and it was an incredible experience. Pat knows what he is doing and there wasnt a day I didnt catch Salmon. We had so much fun with him out on the boat... He is an experienced and very professional guide and fisherman! He was so helpful. If you are wanting to catch Salmon in Alaska, iFish Alaska is the way to go. You wont be disappointed!

First Class operation. Been fishing with Pat for both King and Silver Salmon for 5 years. When the out of state guest are in, a reservation with iFishAlaska is the first call I make. He knows the rivers, where the fish will be and what to use to catch’em.

If you are looking to fish for salmon and actually catch salmon, look no further. I have been out with Pat Donelson many times on the river fishing for Kings and Silvers and have always caught salmon. Pat knows the river so well, i have been out when no one else are catching them all around us while our boat is slayin them! If you are looking for an outstanding fishing guide in the Mat-Su Valley, look no further, as they say. I have fished with Pat every summer since moving to Alaska and there is simply no one better in the Mat-Su Valley! I fish a lot, almost all of it with guides, and folks ask me for recommendations all the time. Even though hes not nearly as funny as me, Pat is the only one I recommend for the Mat-Su Valley. Ive introduced many of my friends to fishing with Pat and theyre all still friends, so he must be doing something right. I have four trips scheduled with him this summer (2015), including one with my grandkids, so the pressure will be on! Whether youre fishing the Deshka, Little Su, Willow Creek, or Little Willow Creek, theres no one who knows those streams better than Pat...and he totally earned my five-star rating!

Dont follow the crowd! Trust Pat to know where they are and sit back and be ready to watch a dear old lady talk smack to your fishing buddy, cause she catches her limit before he does.
