Ive had great experiences ever since I started coming to Wasilla Dental, about 7-8 years, Char is a fantastic dental hygienist and I always ask for her. Everyone is kind and considerate, Never had a bad experience.

2nd visit and very comfortable already! Just had a cleaning... painless! Love this dental office and the staff! Very friendly and outgoing!

Dr. Coffman is the best dentist ever hands down.I have tons of anxiety over dentists and have panic attacks so I’m always also worried I’ll have one there.Last time he was amazing and caring. And was the best destabilize experience I’ve had. Although still something that scared me like hell.This time it seemed like he remembered me and prepared a bit, did everything slower and was very kind and not scary. He made sure that the gas had effected me enough before the scary bits and he used a different numbing poky thing. It seemed to work as it’s the first time I actually didn’t feel any of the dental stuff in my teeth. Not scary and great personality. I drove in from anchorage for him and until I move out of the state I will keep coming to him. (Maybe even then)

I’ve been in Dr.Cassell’s chair for 30 years, not exaggerating! He is the best. I had to have a molar removed and Dr.Cassell said Dr. Coffman was the man for the job. I went in anxious, I am 100% at ease with Dr.Cassell, but it’s been many years since having a tooth removed & a new dentist to top it off. I opted for the gas, which I NEVER do. It took the edge off and I think I probably dozed a bit. Dr. Coffman was wonderful with me and used a lot of the same phrases as Dr.Cassell which were comforting to me. I know my days with Dr. Cassell are running short & I was very nervous as to whom I would see when he retires. I now know DR COFFMAN will be my next dentist and I will sit in his chair without anxiety or the NEED for gas!P.S. I had no complications, no swelling, no dry socket and most of all No PAIN!! Thank You Dr.Coffman you were great. A job well done!

We absolutely love Wasilla dental Center. Both dentists are professional and efficient and kind and spent as much time as needed with me and all of my children and were not in a rush. I always feel very valued and that they take great care with Each patient. They are awesome with My children and always make it a fun experience. The front office staff are wonderful. They always answer all my questions have helped me deal with a change in insurance And you’re very kind and patient with our crazy crew.

Gentle care and supportive advise for self care

Shortly after relocating to Alaska I had a dental emergency. I called and they got me in right away! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the office is extremely clean. Dr. Coffman quickly found the best solution for my dental issue and to my surprise it was very cost effective! Very happy with my repair. I would definitely recommend Wasilla Dental Center.

Stephanie is the greatest in all aspects of life. Makes you feel really comfortable and at ease. The Doctor does the same. They make a person feel like your apart of a family there. The folks here are awesome! I went in for a root canal. Dr. Coffman explained the process, the pros and the cons, even explaining as he was going. I would definitely recommend these folks.

Ive been going to the dentist for over half a century and this is my favorite dental office of all! They are such professionals while also being very warm and friendly. They have always taken me back to the chair on-time, and they do an excellent job. My teeth have been a challenge in many ways, and the dentists I have seen at Wasilla Dental have been exceptional in handling each challenge! The Dental Hygienists who have worked on all 5 of us in our family have done an amazing job and are consistently thorough and gentle. They truly have earned the 5 stars in this rating. I broke a tooth on our drive to Wasilla from the lower 48 and they graciously worked me in to have it fixed as soon as we pulled into town. I have been seeing them for dental work for 30+ years and they have never offered anything less than exemplary service. I am a wimp when it comes to dental work and I always leave with a smile. I have been a patient at Wasilla Dental for a very long time. I have been to other dental offices but Wasilla Dental is the best. I broke a tooth on a Friday night and the dentist came in on Saturday to fix it.

I have been going to Wasilla Dental Center since I was a small child and continue to this day because they are so great to work with and provide great care. From the front line staff all the way through receiving care I have always been well treated and cared for and the dentist is available and quick to handle dental emergencies that come up from time to time. The office is bright, cheery and comfortable for the short wait to be seen.

I had my teeth cleaned by Sandy and she was amazing! She was gentle and very thorough. I had Dr. Cassell do my crown and was very impressed with his work. He was very gentle, explained everything and even gave me a mirror to show me what he was doing. Im very happy with my crown and will continue to go back for future cleanings and dental work. The billing staff was awesome as well, especially Carie. I highly recommend!

Our family has been coming to this office for a few years now and it is always a great experience. We have a large family with kids ranging from 13 to 2 years old being seen. This place has been great to me till the day a bill got sent to collections, for 56.00 dollars . My mistake was thinking they billed my insurance . i understand a few hundred dollars but 56.00 gets me dismissed from the practice, i have been going there for years and spend A LOT of money there even recommend people to them . They are great dentist there that is for sure ! I think they could have been a little less aggressive with the punishment . Once i found out about the bill going to collections i paid the same day , they said call back and will see what we can do once you pay it off. yea , called back asked for a release form for my records so i can spend the day finding a new dentist . I just think it was a little ridiculous , i know i was to blame for not paying attention to my bill .

Im one of the cowards that Wasilla Dental Center caters to and I wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else. I used to have to use the gas when having my teeth cleaned, but Stephanie is so incredibly gentle that I dont need it anymore and dont mind getting my teeth cleaned at all. Also Dr. Cassell is the best and has the lightest touch of any dentist Ive ever seen. I highly recommend them!

It is now 2018. I have continued to see Dr. Cassel, and Stephanie (hygienist) every year. I am still as happy with them as I was in the review I posted below in 2015. Their professionalism and obvious desire for me to be as comfortable as possible has been very consistant.2015I switched to Wasilla Dental after 30 years with another dentist who retired. I had major work done by Dr. Cassel last summer, and was very pleased with the work, their efforts to make me as comfortable as possible, and the cost. I recently had a cleaning by Stephanie, and that also was done gently and efficiently, at a reasonable cost. I had many worries switching from my old dentist, but have been completely satisfied by Wasilla Dental. Because of painful and scary experiences with dentists when I was young, I really was anxious about going to a new dentist (my 30 year dentist in Anchorage had been gentle and considerate). But I am very happy with Wasilla Dental and will continue to see them in the future.
