09/08/21. Emergency Appt Severly Fractured Molar # 31 from the Crown to the Roots. No Saving the Tooth, Only option was Extraction !Alaska Center for Dentistry by other Friends was my best option. Highly Rated for Professional Experience and Customer Service. I am writing this 5 Star Review, as Dr. Sage and Nurse Alice removed the Fractured Molar with out me experiencing any pain or pressure. I recommend this Dentistry to anyone who wants to experience Amazing Dentistry and Awesome Customer Service.

I am so happy to have made and attended my first appointment. Only a couple minute wait, they were super nice, thorough, very friendly and willing to address my specific need. I am hoping things continue as my appointments continue. I am excited to get long overdue work done.

The staff here is always really friendly and welcoming. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but here the staff takes exceptional care of you and makes it easier for you to get through what needs to be done. They take the time to get to know you and call you by name when you arrive. I love the small town atmosphere with big town expertise. Thank you for taking care of my family.

I have never had a bad experience with ACD. The staff if always friendly, courteous and professional. Every time I’ve called with an issue on short notice they’ve been more than accommodating to allow me to get in and seen on their busy schedule and have never made me feel rushed. I’m happy I’ve found them and could not recommend them enough!

I will admit that in the past I had some anxieties over going to the dentist, but ACD have done a very good job at putting those worries at ease. I was experiencing severe tooth pain and the front counter customer service representative Michelle was able to promptly assist in providing me an appointment. I cant say enough wonderful things about Alaska Center For Dentistry. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with a smile and that warmth continues throughout the visit. The entire team does their best to make sure you feel comfortable and calm during the procedure. Our family has been coming here for almost ten years now and have had everything from routine cleaning and check ups to fillings to oral surgery (wisdom teeth extractions) done here. Every time a procedure is done, the staff does an excellent job explaining the need, the risks, and what to expect. And, on a final note, the billing department is very thorough in explaining charges and what insurance will and will not cover. There are no surprises. Everyone was friendly and listened to my concerns,explained in a way I understood.I am usually uncomfortable going to dentist especially since it was a first with this practice I had a good experience all around!

My son had to have some baby teeth pulled and I was pretty nervous for him (he was too) but as always, Dr. Oudin and his staff made him feel comfortable and explained everything they were doing and it went very smooth.

As always, we love Alaska Center for Dentistry! I am just sad that now that I moved to Anchorage, that they dont have an office here! Alaska center for dentistry is excellent. They are customer focused and provide solid information so you can decide what you need. They also work well with multiple insurance companies as well as primary and co insurance. I have been comming here for nearly 20 years.

From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself.  They took the time to explain every procedure prior to doing it and made sure any questions I had were answered. I am always given a detailed print out of the cost for any upcoming procedure/dental work that may be needed. Which helps me to budget my expenses to make sure I am able to go back if needed. They have this amazing way of making me less guilty about my flossing and brushing habits by explaining why each is important. It encourages me to want to have better oral hygiene habits so I can shock them at my next visit! If you are one who avoids the dentist, for whatever reason. Please know that there is nothing you have that they have not seen already. They are in the profession they are in to help you.

What a great dentistry. All the staff are very friendly and have a great chair side manner. Dr did a great job on my procedure and explained as he went. Text reminders and detailed cost analysis are provided for each visit. This is as good as it can get at the dentist!

Staff is very very nice and helpful. I give them one star for actual results. The dentist did work on a tooth that I had no pain in, because he said it needed it. Went back four more times to get it fixed because I cant chew or bite down on the left side of my mouth and its never been fixed. Going to find a new dentist at this point.

Nice people but they sure didnt communicate my info with each other correctly.We decided to do intensive cleaning on the Right side of my mouth on the last visit- which was hurting the most. But Both the hygienist And the Dentist started in on the Left side! I had to correct them before the wrong side was done.And we had agreed in the last visit to no laughing gas, due to the cost becz my insurance doesnt cover it. But then I came in and the hygienist assumed that we were going to use laughing gas. No! I said, Did you read the chart?And I told the receptionist on the last visit that I would be using aspirin for pain/stress relief instead of the laughing gas and to tell the staff that. But the hygienist did not get that msg.My concern- would they be working on the right tooth when Im under??The shots were good though and I believe that they did a good cleaning.But the my lip is tore up- I found out that my skin was cut up after the numbing wore off!!Not a very good experience for me. I may have to find another dentist.

They let you make payments. Fairly friendly. They do change what they say from time to time. Was told I could get a crown, now they say I have to have a root canal or get the tooth pulled. 😕 * Update: my tooth is doing better then they expected, I even went to their office. They were shocked. I still have my messed up tooth, with my temporary filling. they did a great job with their temp fix. They still have fair pricing and let you make payments. Way better then the crazy owner of Astentic Family dentisty, who called and harassed me(I ended up calling the cops on him, yes it was that bad!).

For some reason my other review was removed, when all I am doing is giving my experience. If that is happening that is why they have 5 stars.I was overcharged and was not told correct information when trying to find a new dentist. I called and asked if they were tricare network and I was told yes. I go to my appt, loved my doctor and assistant I had but then was given a bill for $160 because they DO NOT accept tricare in network. Please other military families and veterans like myself know they are NOT network before you get a bill and are just told sorry, we can offer you a payment plan though.

I was looking for a dentist for my Mom because she has never been quite comfortable with going to the dentist. Alaska Center for Dentistry was the first and only dentist I called out here in Wasilla. On my Moms first visit she saw Dr. Sage and he was great and Mom just loves him. She later told me that she like the fact that he was so patient with her. Later on I decided to try them out and I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Oudin and I think hes the best. I love his work because you cant tell if I have had dental work or not. All the staff at Alaska Center for Dentistry are outstanding; great customer service skills, very professional, and just all around sweet people. I highly recommend Alaska Center for Dentistry.

Dr. Oudin always makes sure I feel safe and comfortable with everything he does, no exceptions. When I had to get a root canal and he noticed my gums were too inflamed and I was in too much pain, he postponed it to a later date to make me feel comfortable.
