Recently had a new crown placed at Dr Walther’s office. All staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially a dental assistant named Cassie, and I really liked the dentist I saw. A few weeks later, I can’t even tell which tooth was broken!

All the staff was extremely friendly! We loved our experience and how knowledgeable the nurses and dentist were. Simply put they rocked and gave us great dental care!

Had a filling a week ago. I’m in agonizing pain it’s worse then anything I’ve ever experienced. I had orthodontic work, I’ve never had any dentist be this aggressive and now I’m rubbing Anbesol on this tooth daily just to drink liquid, if I could I’d give - stars

Im recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and went to get it checked up with Dr. Allen . Everything looked good and he gave me some great recommendations to ease my discomfort. On my way out the receptionist offered to squeeze me in for a cleaning. Even with being sore and tender from the surgery the Dental Hygienist Christy and dental assistant Jamie was so gentle cleaning my teeth and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Great staff, I have been going here since I was a child.

The dentist and his staff are great at Walther Dental Center. Everyone is efficient, friendly, and thorough. Everything is always explained very well in a way that anyone can understand which is much appreciated. Also the billing department is always spot on. They even keep track of the kids school schedules and remind me when school holidays are to schedule appointments. Overall a great office. Keep up the good work.

Lisa at the front is fantastic. Cheerful and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule my daughter and myself around our schedules. Rachel does an amazing job cleaning teeth. Both doctors are great at explaining what is being done and why it needs to be done. Best dental office in Wasilla.

I finally found a dentist in the Valley that I really like. The staff are so nice and they answer all of your questions and concerns.My dentist is very helpful and explains the how and why so I understand it. Thank you Walther Dental.

Walther Dental has met my dental needs for a decade now. They are always friendly and will work with my schedule to get me in on the dates I have open. Their convenient location and high-tech facility is what I would come to expect from a dental professional. I plan to stick with them!

Beware of Dr Bartelli’s incompetent dentistry skills and Dr Walther’s business practices. I went in for a basic filling and left with significant tooth pain that lasted for weeks. Multiple times I returned for “adjustments” and X-rays, which I found out were wrongfully billed to my insurance. Finally Dr Walther examined me and told me I probably needed a root canal and crown to fix my pain, all at my expense.I went for a second opinion at another clinic and the Dr used a single X-ray to quickly find the problem, a HUGE void in the filling which exposed my inner tooth to the outside. I had to have my filling completely removed and refilled to properly repair my tooth and relieve the pain.

After seeing two different dentist in the Valley and being misdiagnosed by both. I made an appointment to see Dr. Newell Walther. Dr. Walther was able to correctly diagnose me, with the equipment in his office. I am very appreciative to Walther Dental Center and would highly recommend Dr. Walther or Dr. Bartelli.

Walther Dental Center is great. I have had a lot of dental work done in this office over the years. My experience has been very positive. Even when I needed to have unpleasant procedures done, their staff made sure I was comfortable. I am so glad I found a group that I trust. Many thanks you guys.

I am someone that completely despises The Dentist. This office really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They have the most high tech equipment Ive seen in a dentist office, that works quickly and efficiently. I even got to watch TV while they worked on me. Lisa and Kaylee at the front make me feel welcome every time. If I have to go to the dentist at least this place is tolerable :p.

I’ve been a patient here for years and everything is always fantastic, never had a single issue. From the front office staff to the doctors, hygienists, and assistants, everyone is very friendly and always helpful.I moved away not too long ago and I miss the atmosphere of this place. Hard to find a place that compares.

My boyfriend has been going here for years. I went for the first time with him and he was getting s cavity fixed. As of they are supposed to numb him and make sure it doesnt hurt in the process. As my boyfriend was laying on the table you can see he was visibly in pain and they didnt do anything about it and I said are you okay? You look in pain the dentist said thats what the shots are for well obviously they are not working. and the cavity wasnt filled all the way either we got home and he had emense pain on his tooth and you could even see where they didnt fill it. They were in a rush the whole time and didnt seem to know what they are doing. They work for us. Not the other way around.

Fast and friendly service on a short-notice partial exam, my first visit with this dentist. The entire staff from front desk to providers were courteous, professional, and helpful. They made the billing with Tricare Retiree Dental easy as well!

It was rather comforting to be here. They were understanding and very professional which made it easier for me to relax. I am not a big doctor or dentist person but they made the experience a lot easier :)

I have had great luck with Walther dental. Dr. Hutchings is very good at explaining what they need to do or watch for and the staff seems to have the most up to date equipment / techniques in use. Rachel was my hygienist and that was the best cleaning Ive had with the least discomfort. Im normally not a fan of going to the dentist but this place makes it as pleasant as they can.

My husband has his teeth cleaned back in April 2016. They billed the incorrect insurance, changed tax id number and caused delay so my husband paid the balance on the account with trust that when they received payment from the insurance company he would receive a reimbursement... We have called and continue to get the run around in regards to his reimbursement. We received a statement showing the credit on the account which is over $200.00 yet still have not received a reimbursement check... My husband paid the bill timely and so the office would not be out that money while they continue to process the dental claim... YET they are holding on to his money and taking their time when it comes to reimbursing my husband. This is not a good way to treat or respect your clients and their hard earned money.

The staff at Walther Dental Center are great people. They provide the best service I have ever found in the area. Very thorough and attentive.

My 4 year olds experience with his dental exam and cleaning was excellent! Hes usually a very active kid but he sat perfectly still and was all smiles by the end- the staff knew exactly how to explain things at his level and keep him comfortable throughout.

The service and the professionalism is 2nd to none, they are truly amazing people and professionals, I found my way to them through a referral and have never been so happy. My mouth and teeth are in very poor condition, I would use the word gross. But they always treat me with great respect, and as scary as the dentist is, especially with the type of problems I have, I have never felt more comfortable than I do with Dr. Hutchings, his team and colleagues, I truly thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

First off Dr. Hutchings is such a genuine enjoyable person. His chair side manner is warm yet perfessional and his knowledge and expertise in dentistry are top notch. He is gentle and thorough. I have complete confidence in Walther Dental and I highly Reccommend them.
