It was very illuminating.It was a busy day, so my vehicle had to wait, but once they got to it, they were done in about an hour.Great observation if you noticed from the brief chat comment that there is no shuttle. That would have earned them 5 stars.

Usually use another place, but these guys graciously squeezed me in when I needed an oil change stat for a road trip... not only were they super nice, there’s a park right behind them so my daughter just played while we waited... but best of all, it was 35 bucks!!! I have not had a 35 dollar oil change in years! My last one was 70. So, I highly recommend!

These guys are great got all our needed auto repairs done when we needed them to get done our vehicle was ready when they said it would be and the final bill didnt cost an arm and a leg, actually it only cost a kidney and I have... had 2... just kidding. I would recomend these guys to everyone!!!

We brought a vehicle into them to be serviced, and while they could not save the vehicle from a blown motor the service and professionalism is fantastic.

My alternator caught fire and the estimated cost was about 1100. After all repairs were done the total was actually about 970. Way under the estimate. Furthermore ,repair was done one week earlier than expect. Fair price and fast service. Highly recommend their service!

These guys were extremely pleasant to work with! I brought my newer minivan in for an oil change and tire changeover. They performed the oil change and kept my vehicle in a locked lot for security. They contacted me right away to let me know they werent comfortable changing my run flat tires because they didnt have the proper machine and didnt want to damage the vehicle. I really appreciated that, and it was my fault for not explaining the kind of tires when making the appointment. This probably explains why a different company DID break something on my vehicle in the past when changing my tires. I didnt realize there was special equipment for run flat tires, but now I do thanks to master autos helpful communication. I hope to use these mechanics in the future for all my scheduled maintenance!

I was there yesterday with my best buddy because she was leaving her car for an oil change and tune-up. We went shopping (in masks, of course) and then got a late lunch. By the time we were done, so was her 22-year-old van. Masters called her, I drove her back, and the courteous, professional workers there explained the work that had been done. Had a hole in my tire rolling into there shop and with out a hesitation these guys helped me fix my tire even tho they were booked solid .and when a different shop told me to leave because they were booked .this shop is the place to go to hands down great services .great work fast and hands down one of the best tire shops in the valley

I used to take my car to a quick-service type place, but management changed. My kids take their vehicles to Master Auto, so I tried them out. I can schedule my LOF instead of hoping there isnt a long line at the other place.Im very satisfied with the work and service at Master Auto.

I dont know what kind of actual work they do because I havent had work done through them. What I did do is call them for an estimate and they were more than helpful, they got me a reasonable estimate within 24 hrs of when I called them and the person on the phone was super nice, so it was a good overall phone experience then when I went in to pick up the estimate the counter person was super polite and helpful they got me my estimates and I was on my way took all of five minutes

We have been going to Robs shop for over 5 years. I love going here because they take of me and are honest people. Rob is a Christian and truly cares about his customers. When my mom moved in with me, I sent her to Master Auto as well. Chance is the manager there and always calls me right away if theres any problems. He is honest and I trust him with my diesel truck. If they cant do something they refer me to someone they trust. Ive always had such a great experience and highly recommend taking any of your vehicles to Master Auto.

I had good service but they charged $225 to replace the front sway bar links ($65) and do an oil change. Just seems a bit steep but otherwise I was satisfied with their customer service.

Highly recommend this shop! Not only did they do a major repair on my car but have also been kind and generous when I needed help with small things. Their work is top of the line and their shop comes highly recommended from a local tow truck driver. He said he thought they were probably the best in Wasilla! One of the top 3 in the valley!

Chance and Rob do not supervise very well, no quality control. I found ground straps left disconnected causing engine damage to the electrical components, a speed sensor was reinstalled damaged, when the part came with a new one. Bearing change didnt even last 11000 miles before locking up causing my car to spin out of control, I paid $650.00 and found the part was the lowest quality.Asked for a fluid change and got a fuel filter change instead. Had a major rebuild and had to have it re done because they neglected to make adjustments to the valve and timing train. Mis diagnosis of problems caused unnecessary and expensive parts replacement.Ridiculous explanations of basic mechanical operations.

Had a check engine light come on as we were passing through Wasilla on a trip to Fairbanks. We absolutely had to be in Fairbanks that day so it was nerve wracking to have vehicle trouble. Master Auto was able to work us in on a busy afternoon. They diagnosed and fixed the issue and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. They kept us informed every step of the way and were extremely reasonable in what we were charged. I havent received stellar service from an auto repair shop in years. Theyre a small operation that offers honest work and fair prices. We were only passing through Wasilla but if we ever need service again while in MatSu, we will definitely go back to Master Auto.

They were so kind and a very fair price needed a battery installed right away and Dave took care of it right away. Will take all my vehicles there from now on its a rare thing to provide excellent service these days and they do.

All car places should operate on appts. They will call you if there is a problem. I have used them about two years, no complaints.

We have used Master Auto for many years for all of our personal and business vehicles. We have 10 at any given time. Weve used them for major repairs, minor repairs and maintenance. They are prompt, fair and informative regarding what is required and why. Highly recommend.

No need to worry about being taken advantage of here! Trustworthy, patient, flexible people. They have been understanding of my need to spread out the services needing to be done on my vehicle, have allowed me to change my appointment days and times without fuss, are fair and honest in their pricing, and have even encouraged another customer (while I was waiting for my service to be completed) not to buy a certain part that his car didnt need! Who does that?! I am so grateful to have found this shop.**Update** Just called the shop to ask about previous work we had done on our van, as I couldnt find the paperwork fast enough. They were able to pull it right up, and give advice on how often services should be done. Master Auto saved the day again, and saved us from being swindled out of $250 by a dealership doing recall work for us.

Quoted us 500$ for a blower motor/resistor change out. Priced the parts out at 80$ and it’s an all of 20 minute job. Looks like they’re pretty good at scamming females out of their wallets...

My master clutch cylinder was leaking on my truck, they replaced but my truck would not shift when i got it back. The manager said well it does not leak what is the issue, not only did they not blead the clutch but they also put in the wrong fluid saying it was what they always use. I said i wanted factory specifications and he got saying we did what you paid me for. No you did not I cant drive my truck now. At which point he said my slave cylinder was out and he could tell by just looking at, i grew up around trucks and that I know is not possible kind of like oil sludge in your tcase. You cant tell by just looking i paid $300 and got absolutely nothing but hard ache.

Horrible and crooked place, they are liars and will go as far as tampering with your vehicle to get repair work out of it. Dont trust them, there positive reviews are self made. Do your research before they get you also!!!!

Warning! Beware!Master Auto Repair reported that the repairs to my Dodge Ram 3500 would be around $4500. The quote I check with them several time asking if there is anyway to get this number lower as it was not planned. After talking to several representatives and escalating this issue to a manager, I decided to get another opinion. Berkley Automotive Mobile Mechanic Services repaired my van for $695.

Great guys, great servive. Honest care.

Took my car in because the hood would not open and the battery died. My high beams also were not working. I asked them before hand if they took my warranty. It took 3 days for them to get back with me and tell me tha they did accept my warranty and would work on my vehicle. I had my vehicle towed to them and dropped off. They informed me that the headlights would not be covered under the warranty, and that the hood latch was covered. They tell me that the lights shouldnt be more than $100. I conceed and let them do the work. 2 WEEKS LATER the car is ready to be picked up and they slap me with a bill of over $400 and a lot of excuses on how hard it was to get at my headlights, and what a favor they did for me by putting in good headlights for no extra cost. Apparantly they had to do a diagnostic to fix the hood latch for $201 AND a diagnostic for the headlights for $88 AND another diagnostic for the relay to see if it was the board or the bulb, another $88.SHADY OPERATION went there over 2 monoth ago and am still upset by it.

Prices are outrageous and unfounded. Missed a few problems in their $100 diagnosis and bought the parts and found another mechanic. Total cost me about $2000 less than these jokes quoted me.
