Best plumbing services available, they installed all of the heating and plumbing for our duplexes.For 15 years they have performed yearly maintenance and have responded quickly to periodic emergencies. During « the big » earthquake a pipe broke and someone was able to repair it that day!Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared with everything needed for a repair or installation.You typically have to leave a message when you call, not to worry; someone will call back quickly to make arrangements.

We had some issues with our heaters not blowing air and I called our apartment complex to get service. Amy from the office immediately called me to schedule a visit and sent DAVID to fix the issue. Both Amy and David are 100% rock solid (see what I did there) with their prompt, friendly and professional service. David knew exactly what needed to be replaced and was done with accuracy and speed. I will definitely use their service when I’m ready to build my own house because I can tell that this local business treats their client as community members and not just numbers in the game. Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.

Ive used Hard Rok in the past for our iron extracting system install. Robert was great then. Today we woke up with the furnace blowing cold air and it was -16 ! I called , reached Bill. Less than an hour later he arrived, diagnosed the problem in minutes (filter installed backwards) and found a condenser malfunctioning. This not urgent. He showed husband how to replace. No charge for call . Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Hard Rok will be our go to team for heating and plumbing! They are the BEST !

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLUMBING & HEATING SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Bill & Chris were super friendly; explained everything that was going on with my system on a level anyone could understand; didn’t have an agenda or sales pitch to get me to buy things or make improvements on things I didn’t need; and didn’t use an opportunity to charge extra labor costs (due to unforeseen issues) against me! My rental home was not heating. They came out the Sunday with no notice. Replaced 2 parts at a very reasonable rate and timeframe. They also had recommendations for improving the boiler system and reducing gas usage. Awesome company!!

We have a condo that had a completely dilapidated boiler/heating/hot water system. Hard Rok replaced the entire system with a compact combo Rinnai boiler/tankless hot water system. Within 2 weeks of contacting Hard Rok, the entire system was installed and fully functional. It only took them 3 days to install from start to finish. The plumber, Jerry, was amazing and made everything better than expected. The owner, Bill, came out to do a final inspection the day after to ensure the system had no leaks and was functioning properly. Nice guys when they did show up. But I had to call them back to repair the job 4 times! They never returned any of my calls, had to keep calling over and over. Thats the Valley for you. Customer service is like this almost every where.
