I am so impressed with Orkin! I received same day service without any hassle. Nick, our technician, was beyond professional. He took his time explaining everything and did a thorough job of completing our service. He even brought a package up that had been delivered! I have been a customer of two other pest control businesses and Orkin is so far my number one! Service is good. Scheduling leave something to be desired as we were advised that we would receive a 2 hour window for service. 7-4:30 is not a 2 hour window.

This morning at 6am (Saturday)I called Orkin about my recent discovery of a couple unwanted cockroaches in one of our bathrooms. A Orkin pest control professional was at my home at 11am the same day and explained there services and then went to work. Fisrt sevice, impressive, following covid 19 protocal, the orkin exterminator did very well, initially inspect and spray inside and outside the house. The orkin does also TAEX in wall pest services which at the moment, he said his machine is down but will come back by next tuesday to do that. So overaĺl, Ill give a 5 star, untill further review in succeeding services.

The service is fine. All the notices are annoying. A preservice notice is fine but 3 or 4 notches are unnecessary.

We had a rodent issue several cars affected. We have multiple bait stations and they service regularly. No issues after 5 months.
