Poor communication to customers. Our guy never asked questions or explained anything. Called in about an ant problem inside the house. Was told they would call me back and never did.

Sprayed in and out of home was able to come when called to make new appointment worked with is to get sprayed before the holiday

I was having a Bill Murray Caddy Shack moment with this fuzzy little tunnel making, plant eating terrorist.After many attempts of my own ie: pellet gun, toxic gas bombs, castor oil granules and a castor oil dispersing tank he wouldnt leave.Barring blowing up the back yard like a war zone I turned to San Joaquin Pest Control.Jorge has been extremely gracious, understanding and accommodating.I look forward to celebrating the death of this vermin and hopefully the offspring of my obnoxious friend thinks twice before turning my flower beds/lawn into a Soup Plantation Salad bar
