David came out. He has a great personality, knows his facts. The spiders and roaches started coming out of hiding and dying fast.I look forward to seeing this stay under control.

David aka Skippy is the best! Always on time, makes sure we dont have any issues or need any additional treatments! We moved and our last guy was awful about getting the spider webs and I told David and he has been the best! I havent seen one! So nice and polite as well! Dont want to lose this guy!

I started service this morning and David Skippy was my pest control guy. He was prompt (right at 9am when I was told 9-11am) and had great energy. He was professional, explained everything about the products used on/in my home and was great with my dog, which helps me feel at ease if someone will be coming in my yard to do work. I highly recommend David!

I called CLARK Pest Control in August due to an ant issue. The problem continued after their service visit. I called again for service in September for another treatment...this time for the inside of the house but the technician only did the outside again. Still the ants persisted...they were due to come back this month, i received a call from Matt to confirm but Matt never showed up for the appointment. One week later Matts boss called to set up another appointment and had no explanation as to why Matt, their technician did not show. Needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience with CLARK.

I called for new service (ANTS!!!) at 8:30 AM today. David, my technician, was out here at 10:20 AM!! I have had Clark at my former home in Tracy, Ca., for years, but didnt know there was an office here. David was very professional, helpful, thorough and personable. David (Skippy) was our technician today and he did a great job. He went above and beyond to help us get our spider problem under control. He also did a great job of educating us about different types of spiders and webs. He was very friendly and emphasized that we could call him directly any time we had a problem in between regular visits.

We moved to a new house on the outer part of Visalia, and realized we had a tick infestation that has been quite a challenge. Dave our tech has been nothing but helpful to our family. Does great work. Comes out if I have any issues and resolves quickly. Had a Wasp nest pop up and they were out next morning to take care of it.

Karl is the best! He’s so caring and the reason why we are still with Clark pest control! He does his job very well! Such a hard worker.

I called to make a appointment and the lady who answered was no help. She wasn’t talking or answering my questions about removal of rodents. Couldn’t even make a appointment.

Had a tough time with them for the last two years of their service. Techs would show up with no communication. My final month with them, they still showed up and sprayed the outside (without a call after I let them know I was cancelling), and they squeezed me for 1 more month. Ill go elsewhere for help in the future and dont recommend Clarks.

Karl Hendrick is the best serviceman we have had from Clark Pest Control, I can call him even on his private phone and he will make time for me to come and take care of any problem I have, we have been bug free for years since we started with Karl here at North Avenue apartments. If you want it done right,call karl !!!

Robert did our termite inspection and reinspection. There were still a couple of things that weren’t quite right on the reinspection, but he helped us make them right, right there on the spot! Did a chemical anaylisis on chemical they spray for pest control and came back 99 percent water

I been used Clark pest control for 7 month and did good job on Spray whole inside and outside of the house.

I give this company 5 stars, the company is great. But Brooke in the office is extremely rude and unprofessional, yells at clients and when asked do you care if i use your name to write a bad review.? She stated that she didnt care to go a head. I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. Maybe Brooke needs a permant vacation, or a class on how to be polite and have client courtesy.

I had used another pest control service in the past that was okay. We tried Clark’s service for a year because of a promotion they were doing. They were not as good as the others. They show up to spray without calling and sprayed during a rain storms just to get in the service call for the month. After the year was up they try to drag out the service for extra months after we told them to cancel the service. Either they’re overbooked or understaffed, either way I dropped them and when back with the other company which I am much happier with. (I will not name them, I don’t want anyone to think this is to help one of their competition) I am just disappointed with their service and wouldn’t recommend them.
