Slavic is great! He pays great attention to detail and does great work. We used him to build a shed roof beside our barn (wood structure and metal roof), and also to reside our barn and install windows and doors. Amazing quality and work ethics. Slavik the owner is a hardworking man and strives for perfection. He is open to changes and you can see he wants you to be happy and satisfied with. Is work. Slavik worked on the framing and window installation for our basement unit where we got permits for an accessory dwelling unit. He did an earthquake retrofit with Simpson toes, framed the whole area, installed egress windows by cutting the concrete and new doors, windows. He did all the tile work and painting including installing doors, shelves and an awning. His bigger job was the large patio and concrete floor on the patio. His painting and trim work shows on the pictures attached. He installed soffits 3 floors high and installed gutters in the patio and a drain to get the water away from the foundation.highly recommend One Way quality construction for the excellent job.I used Slavik’s services again to remodel a 2000 square foot home with amazing results. He is the most sincere, hardworking man and he has proved himself right again and again. He is so fast in his work, and is very critical in what he does. Great work on bathroom remodeling! Slavik enlarged a narrow doorway, put in a new door, created built-in closet and replaced flooring in bathroom. All in 4 days! He is a top notch professional. Very happy with the results and prices.

Redid my kitchen and One way did everything from installing the cabinets, shiplap ceiling,all the trim, installed my microwave and vent and 50 other little projects that went along with it. They were great priced, upfront honest and easy to deal with. Would use again in a heart beat

Vyacheslav Kalinin, the owner of the company, came and put in a couple of doors in my house. The old door frames were way off, as far as the standard measurements (its a really old house), but they posed no problem to Slav. He responded quickly, was able to come out in less than 48 hrs. and the work was well done. He even asked to used my Shop-Vac to clean up during the job and after. Highly recommend if you need anything done.

OneWayQuality construction did a great job on our hardieplank siding repair and home exterior painting. Having had many years of overseeing commercial and hotel renovations I feel I have learned to assess and gauge the quality of work and fairness of a contractor and how the individual, company or work crew execute and complete a job.I found Vyacheslav Kalanin to be very friendly, professional and a highly reliable craftsman who is very detailed, hard working and focuses on every aspect of the job.I contacted Vyacheslav initially for a estimate to repair some poorly installed hardieplank siding on our home by the initial builder. Vyacheslav removed the top half of wall and used some of the siding to save in materials and repaired wall correctly. We had several additional Areas around the home that needed siding repaired as well as a proper repair of a upstairs patio door.Vyacheslav is very knowledgable on the proper construction and installation of windows and doors and explained the process and made the repairs for us. He also repaired our rotted wood columns and installed a better design with a angled trim around them to allow water to run off them and prevent water damage. He then completed a exterior painting of our home including a detailed trim which turned out very nice.We would most definitely recommend him and OneWayQuality for any siding, door or window installations and exterior painting job you may have.
