Tom & Solomon did a great job on my patio door replacement. They were on time and very courteous. The first thing they did was to put down covers to protect my floors and deck, and then started the job. They took their time and did the job right. When they finished they did a nice job of cleaning up. Well done!

Our sales person, Angela worked very well with us in a low pressure sale to make sure we could get what we need in our budget.The wonderful Matt came to install the windows and was professional, fast, and friendly. Matt and Oscar came back the next day to do the trim and finish the job beautifully.This is the second time we’ve used Lifetime for windows, they were the only company that didn’t try to force us into getting our whole house done at once and work led with us to do it piece by piece as we could afford it. We will use them again when we choose to finish our last three windows.

Window installation went smoothly, with only two glitches: one window was the wrong color (reordered for later installation) and the re-use of the original shutters was not communicated to the on-site team. Speaking of the on-site team, Tom & Tony were great, working quickly and efficiently, and problem-solving on the fly (see shutters mentioned previously, as well as moving a doorbell location). Great job, guys!

I got new Milgard windows and a new sliding glass door installed by Ben and Enrique from Lifetime Windows and Doors and they were fantastic. The entire process was seamless. The company treated me like I was a highly valued customer. Ben and Enrique are clearly experts at what they do! They installed everything within a day and a half and left without leaving a trace of dust or dirt. They were professional and courteous and the finished product far exceeds my expectation. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ben and Ryan installed our four windows and did an excellent job!They arrived on time both days, prepped the work area with tarps, and took care around the outdoor plants when setting up and working. They explained the installation process every step of the way—the “how and why” of what they were doing. We were given choices when trim was needed and when dry rot was found. They were pleasant and courteous and skilled in their work. When the job was completed, Ben demonstrated how the windows worked, how they could be removed or repaired if needed, how to install the screens, and details of the warranty. They also washed the windows and left all areas clean. We are very pleased!

The installers from Vancouver were professional, knowledgeable, experienced, good workers and polite when I asked any question.The windows look great and I can feel the benefit of having strong, prefect fitting windows.I wish they would have made one adjustment for my short frame and lowered the lock on one window. There was a delay when the manufacture sent the wrong patio door. Time to receive the new door and scheduling. I am very happy now that the job is done and i love how they look.

Had an absolutely awesome experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors!My salesman Alvin was great to work with. Went the extra mile to make sure I was well taken care of and satisfied with the ordering and purchasing process. Responsive to texts and phone call. Just an all around great guy as well.Final measurements man was great, I cant remember his name, probably because he was in and out in about 20 minutes for nine windows, measurements were perfect!Installers Tom and Tony knew exactly what they were doing, and showed considerable patience for me as a DIY guy asking questions to understand how the job was done. Tom IMMEDIATELY pointed out an issue with one of the windows and let me know what he planned to do to remedy the issue, leading me to....General Manager Mike Lent. I spoke with him on the last day of the install about the window in question that had the panes of glass reversed (tempered on top instead of bottom). Mike immediately confirmed that the window has been ordered right, and that it had been assembled wrong at the factory. He contacted them, cced me on all communication, and arranged for MIlgard to make the window right, which was done today.Sonia in the office was very helpful during a couple phone calls, and her email about how the ordering, installation and payment process would go was great.Im very happy with my experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors and highly recommend them.

3 months and 3 1/2 inch trim is all that stands between a great review and not so great. Overall I am very very pleased. Alvin was wonderful. He listened to my concerns about my east and south facing doors and recommended the right doors. He also saved me a lot of work when he explained why the factory coating was superior to painting. I was told 3 days for install and it was done in 2. Was especially pleased with a problem that was addressed with one window. The problem arose with a large corner gap between the door molding and the new siding on one door. It was just filled in with caulk. I was told to paint it and itll be fine more than once. I was not concerned with appearance, concerned about gap. Two attempts to correct - again told to paint - it will look fine. I felt like - Pat the old woman on the head and shell paint and go away. So, I am now going to buy 3 1/2 inch molding and replace it myself - than it will be fine after its painted. Would I recommend them? i think I would because even though they werent able to resolve a problem in 3 months so much was done right.

We are so happy with our new Milgard windows that we purchased from Tate Woodford at Lifetime Windows & Doors. Tate had great knowledge of the Milgard product and we are very happy that he recommended them for our home. Whenever we had a question for Tate, he answered them promptly and with expertise. Installers did a great job as well. We love the look of our new windows and our home is so much quieter. Also, much more energy efficient.
