Everyone at i5 was courteous and professional to deal with. Job was completed in time promised. Cleanup was satisfactory. Some of the step kick boards were not screwed in properly. Cody took care of that during final inspection.Removed old deck boards and railings. Reinforced existing deck structure. Expanded deck, replaced all boards with TREX composite decking. Added new Forest Iron Railing.

Would not use again, even though the patio paver work they did appears to be well done.I told the sales guy I was going to shop around for price comparisons. He told me look, were not going to be able to compete with the prices of 2-guys-and-a-truck, but because theyre a larger organization, they would take care of all the logistics and get the job done faster. I appreciated his honesty and his point so I went with them. My fault.I was told likely 6 weeks out. 4 delays later, it was 3 and a half months. I got shuffled between 2 project managers, one of whom admitted to me (and later to the work crew) he didnt really know anything about pavers yet and was learning on the job, and neither of whom could answer my questions about the work being done. When a work crew finally did come... it was literally 2 guys and a truck. 😂 They were kind, professional, and pushed through their limited English to make sure I got what I needed for the job - turns out the project manager hadnt even ordered everything needed to do the job. So much for logistics. I wouldve rather just paid the 2 guys in the truck directly. They did great.In the end, from sales through inspection (I do appreciate they do an inspection), I talked to 8 different people just to get 1 small job done, and only 2 of those people actually did the patio! I feel like I overpaid, they over promised, and I dont plan on recommending them to others.

We had Courtney and his crew transforming our house for several weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Courtney, Garrett and Matt made sure every little detail was perfect and to our standards. They would text us updates and photos when we were away and were very nice to work with.

I would advice anyone considering using this company to absolutely not! It started with their salesperson Brad making all kinds of promises that did not happen. Every part of our project had to be redone. We had them build a covered porch with paver walkway and porch. The covered part of the porch had to be torn down and rebuilt 3 times. the pavers had to be redone and the gutters leaked.They sent out a crew that had no idea what they were doing. They left big messes all over our yard and driveway. They did not work safely or efficiently. They crew would show up at 10am, work for an hour, take an hour lunch, and leave at 2pm every day.We were told this would be about 2 weeks to complete. We signed the contract on February 4th and the project was completed on July 21st. Our project manager Eric made excuse after excuse, that is when he would respond. He mostly just didnt respond. I called their office several times and everybody I talked to was so sorry about everything, but nothing changed.The overall project turned out just okay, not what we asked for and were promised.They stopped working on the unfinished project for at least a month before I even could get someone to respond. They left pavers on my grass for a month and killed my grass. They left sand and garbage in my driveway for over a month so I couldnt use my driveway. They left a portable toilet in front of my house for months.I could go on and on but basically this was, by far, the worst contractor experience I have ever had. Terrible work practice, terrible communication, and total lack of respect. And to top it all off, we were told that we would not have to pay anything until the job was complete, however we got a phone call saying that our payment was delinquent before the job was complete. I honestly dont know how this company is still in business.

We submitted a request for someone to come and look at our roof on Sunday 1-3-21 and someone showed up today 1-5-21 very friendly and informative. Gave us some information on our current roof and improvements that could be made to help remedy some issues we’re currently having. Shared with us a lot of info of the process and details about materials and what we could expect. Truly appreciated Josh and his time and knowledge and look forward to a great working relationship so far a great experience with an up front and personable company.

Received an unsolicited call from this business today, asked for a name of a person that doesn’t live at my address. I asked how they have my number and they claimed to have it on file. I have never used their business and I don’t ever intend to. I do NOT like sales calls or phone pitches especially when my number is registered on the national do not call list.

So far, so good. There are many contractors out there who will not call back, or never show up. Paul and the crew came out today to measure my house for a roof and siding. They answered all my questions and worked up estimates the same day. I will be sure to update my review as the projects progress.

Wind storm damage in Feb 2021. Signed a contract on March 1 2021. Its now Sept 2021. What should have been a 1.5 week job is finally getting done. Put a end date on your contract.

They do amazing work. Just dont know how to treat their employees right.

Just finished an inspection and quotation with i5 Exteriors. I had my guard up as the consultation was from a cold call, so I was fully expecting the quick-oil-change-style upsell on my 16-yo roof, but the experience was the complete opposite. The estimator, Gemycia Hornsby, could not have been more courteous and professional. He did a thorough exam and found no reason to consider a roof repair or replacement at this time, but did point out a few issues of minor future concern for me to keep an eye on and left me with a quote adjusted for inflation at the likely time the roof will need to be replaced. I like that they support local business for their materials and was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Based on the inspection/estimate process, I would definitely get a bid from i5 Exteriors for any future work.

I would recommend working with another company.TLDR: dishonest scheduling; construction team with a lazy, short-cutting attitude.i5 initially gave us an estimate for deck work and staining which was significantly higher than other quotes, but their sales person Doug indicated at the time of the quote that they were 3 weeks out in terms of project start time. In our situation, scheduling was very important so we were willing to pay more in order to start sooner than the other contractors were available. I made this point clear that this is why we would sign the contract, so I signed the very next day after receiving the quote and wrote a check for about 1/3rd of the project cost.Fast forward 8 weeks, the project STILL had not started. Someone at i5 told me this delay was the result of our decision to finance the balance of the project. Ultimately when the project was completed, i5 didnt have any paperwork prepared for the financing, so I still ended up writing a check for the balance anyway. Needless to say, it was frustrating to realize 6+ week delay for no reason.when it comes to the work that was done on my property:- The construction team broke my gate and didnt notify myself or my wife. They only bothered to repair (poorly) my gate after we told them we werent happy that they broke the gate.- The slab/pad work for the stair landing into the backyard was sloppy. The construction team appeared prepared to leave this as-is until I told i5 that its not acceptable work. They did come back and clean up the concrete that had overflowed the form.- A gutter that was run from the deck soffit was terminated with an elbow about 2 feet up in the air. It looked clearly like a shortcut due to insufficient material, however again the team was going to leave this as-is until I complained.- The soffit that was built on the under side of our upper deck was installed to create a dry space for our lower deck. The initial work was clearly installed incorrectly and was leaking quite a bit. i5 did come redo the work, but the resulting band aid of applying gobs of silicon sealant visually looks like an afterthought and certainly does not seem to be the intended method of installation. Shame on me for not asking for references, but it does seem that installing soffits in this manner is not something the construction team was particularly experienced at.Ultimately the real frustration here is the fact that I, as the customer, had to serve as the QA person for i5s construction team to tell them what wasnt acceptable work. Paint spills onto a freshly stained deck, my broken gate, a leaky soffit, gutters terminating in mid air, etc...this should be basic project etiquette that i5s team should be aware is not acceptable. Instead my wife was told were done, do you like the work?. No, we didnt like the shortcuts. Especially after paying a premium for a short schedule start that never materialized.

We needed all our basement windows replaced and these guys really delivered on quality and service. Weve had a bunch of different workers at our house from electricians to arborists, gutters, etc.. and these guys were of the most courteous, efficient and professional.When we met with Doug the salesman, we were pretty confident that this was the company to go with. The turn around time was quick and we were super thankful they were able to come out a few days after Christmas. The crew who showed up for the install were awesome!! We had such a good experience with these guys we cant wait to hire them for other jobs. This company gets our highest recommendation and gratitude !!

I understand that people are trying to come up with creative ways to generate income during the current global health crisis. But after being subject to door to door solicitors today. I can confidently say that I will *never* consider this company for future work.Sending people to strangers homes, hoping to find them home during the day because many people are self-isolating to avoid the spread of disease is both insensitive and selfish.Shame on you I-5 Exteriors.

I had them do the roof on the house in 2016. I have called them twice now because I have developed a leak and they have yet to call me back. I would not recommend them.

We signed up for an in home estimate for a patio install and siding at the Portland Home Show. Day before the appt, they called to confirm. When we called back, the same guy that called and confirmed us said he didnt have an appt for us on the books. They rescheduled. Sent out an employee who said hed been with the company only 3 months. Guy spent an hour measuring and going through the sales pitch. This was on a Saturday. We were promised an official quote by Monday. On Wednesday we called for the quote we never got. We were informed the guy who came to our home was no longer with the company. Randy informed us they didnt know we wanted a quote and our request had been closed out?? They rescheduled a new guy to come back and go through it again. This was supposed to be on Friday. The rep that was supposed to come out never showed up, never called, never text. Absolutely no word at all. Very unprofessional company. No longer interested in their services.

We waited years to get our back door replaced and several contractors come and look at it, but never came back with a quote. We felt that it was probably not lucrative enough for the the bigger contractors to do just one door and when looking at it, they said more things could go wrong and trying to replace the vinyl siding which was 17 years old would or could be a problem matching the color and they weren’t sure they could get exactly the same size sliding door to fit the space.We had a very good experience with the I 5 salesman and the project manager on giving us the time it would take before they would come back to finish the project. Jason and another employee replaced our sliding glass door and as we had been warned by another company, a piece of vinyl siding cracked and needed replacing when the door came out. Jason took a sample and got a new piece and it did not match probably because of discoloration over the years. He worked with the project manager to find another piece and left to get it which was no short task since we live in St. Helens and he had to go all the way near the airport to get the matching siding. He came back two hours later and replaced it and it was the correct color. I was impressed with his persistence and the team work between him and the project manager who wanted to do the right thing, even though it added much more time to the project. After two plus years of having a fogged up door we once again can see outside clearly. I highly recommend this project manager and Jason who did the installation and will Call them for future projects, big or small.

They called my elderly father on 2/18 and told him that they would like to come out and give him a free roof inspection. I was suspicious so I was there when the individual showed up.He told me that my father had called them to get an estimate on a new roof. My fathers roof is just fine and he did not call for an estimate. A few minutes later another individual from the company showed up as well. I told both of the people again that my fathers roof does not need to be repaired and he didnt call for an estimate. They finally left.

We have only high praises for this company, for their professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy and quality of work. The crew was super to have around and really worked very diligently, special thanks to Kevin. Really from 1st phone call - completion we were very satisfied.

Horrible company to get any work done from. They dont care about quality they just want the money. Also a horrible place to work I suggest you go elsewhere for your needs because they will give you the run around. And probly have some Mexican install your roof wrong so it leaks.

The crew was very professional. They did excellent work and left the work area very neat and clean. I would not hesitate ro use them again.

I would never use this company due to their truck passed me coming out of Hockinson going North on 182nd and he passed another car on hill going very fast for road conditions. If this is how they drive would not ever trust their work.

I5 Restoration was able to give me an estimate on the same day I called. The written estimate was given to me within 1 day. Everyone at i5 Restoration was very professional and the estimate price was very reasonable. The gentleman that came to my house seemed very knowledgable about siding and flashing. He had some great recommendations on various ways I could fix my siding issues. There were possibilities from spot repairs to completely removing and replacing the siding. Options were given to match my budget. Thank you i5 Restoration!

Chad actually listened to how I wanted my deck built and my concerns. A lot of other contractors wanted to build my deck the way they wanted it, not the way I wanted it. There pricing is very competitive with other contractors. Chads crew was always on time and very respectful and they always cleaned up there mess at the end of the day. My deck turned out great and I will definitely be calling Chad again for my next project.

I had a leak in my roof and had i5 repair it, I paid them $2,000. The roof continued to leak, they said they couldnt guarantee the fix. They sent out a project manager, Charlie and Dale, to take a look at it, said I needed a new chimney and a new roof, even though they agreed that the roof was only around 3-5 years old, but they would deduct the amount I already paid from the cost of the new roof. They also said the chimney was constructed incorrectly to begin with and was causing the roof to bow which made the leak repair impossible. I got three other options from three different contractors, all of them said i5 did the repair incorrectly and that it was only a $800 repair tops. They also said the chimney was fine, my roof wasnt bowing at all. I told i5 what the other contractors said and they scoffed, they sent out some guys to refix what they had done and all they did was lay some caulk down, which didnt work. There are so many detail in this that I left out that are baffling, fact is, i5 did a poor job and charged way too much, when they were called out on it they tried to ignore me and do what they could to get me out of their hair.

I had recently listed my home for sale and had relocated out of state while it was in escrow. I received a call from my realtor that a line had leaked and the basement was flooded. In a panic, I googled local companies and reached I 5. They had a crew over within 20 minutes to begin drying the house out. Then, the owner, Chad took over. He met with my insurance agent and coordinated the rerestoration with the new buyers and my realtor. The work was done quickly and professionally. On final walk through, they left my home nicer than it was before! I-5 took a situation that could have cost me the sale of my home and turned it into a plus. When you have flooding in your home, you want a company to understand what you need and take care of you, I-5 did that for me.

Worth every penny. Very professional, and on budget. They stayed until they were certain of every part of the installation...it only took 3 days. They worked on my house as though it was their own, and found a small roof leak that I didnt know about.

During the last 2 years weve used i5 Restoration numerous times on various properties for new siding, new window installation, new roofs, and general repairs. Weve been very happy with their performance and plan on using their services in the future.

Did a great job ! I had 1 small issue with a small piece of plywood on the eves , they fixed it the day after . Thats when you know how a company is . This company contacted me for work. I gave them several project and they changed their mind and say they couldnt do them.

The interior closet repair (leak) was done very well, and there have been no leaks since then however, they splattered the spackle on the clothes, carpet, and sideboards

I called them and asked for a free estimate to provide to my insurance for a fire damage. The guy came out and refused to do it when he found out that I was a contractor. He was very rude. The is no reason to behave this way no matter who your customer is.
