A really great program to help those in the community of Vancouver. My family and I were sick with COVID which my husband missed time off of work for 2 weeks. Dimitri contacted me and really helped my family out with supplies needed as well as helping pay rent and our internet. Thry really keep in contact with you and really great customer service. It was truly a blessing and huge stress relief.

This organization is a blessing. We would be homeless without their help. The diligence and effort they contribute are amazing. With caring and understanding reassures you that youre not alone in your hardship.

Very helpful. There is one thing I will mention, in the past the staff told me I needed to use a translation service, that was not true. Google translate is fine. Maybe they have changed that policy.

You will never get a call back. Terrible service, they are zero help. And they never pick up the phone.
