I havent found anybody that really has anything good to say about this place, they completely contradict their mission statement.

Lobby is closed call ahead before you go they dont let you in the building.

I am hoping for information. I am fostering two children and their father visits 4 days a week. They are close to being reunited . The father has drug testing at the V.A. lifeline and Drug counciling at Columbia River. Both places are packed with people and I am concerned for our families health. This is a pandemic. How can they in force him to go to these places . He is also doing hair follicle testing which should be good enough in a crisis like this. Who do I call? I have contacted our CPS worker who has shown no concern or answers.

Mike Wenndorf is a amazing social worker who really cares about families and children. Some workers are cold blooded but not all workers are cold blooded. Kevin storm is alright too big dawg

Did an Alliance training here with Shelby as a new coach. Shes great and this office was easy to find in Vancouver. Free parking at the office. Signs to help find the right entrance and friendly staff. Couldnt really ask for more

They could do with a few more toys, more friendly environment... The TV is a wonderful addition though. Survey box was empty without any surveys to actually fill out..

I have to say.. Im very excited that place is like this have ability to be reviewed. I cant wait to read the other reviews for this place as Im hoping to find some fun ones.I went there waiting on a visitation that I was sharing with somebody. I waited in the lobby for an hour. It was relatively quiet except for the odds screaming child or disgruntled parents.After an hour they reached out to somebody and it just turns out that the visit was cancelled and I wasnt told. Certainly not their fault. I guess thats it. Thats my review.

Its a building with robots working hard to steal as many children as they can in a day. Im sorry their might be some real great people there but the bad ones are louder and they ruin the whole Reputation of CPS Its sad the idea of saving children is great but thats not what happens here.

It would be nice if the reception desk was staffed better and calls to the main line got answered. Usually nobody at the desk and usually have to call the intake line to get someone on the phone.

Ive know this place my whole life through the system, and into my adulting years(to this day). Very helpful staff. Every single person working there deserves to have the title they have at this office😊.

Mike is by far the best social worker in that building.

Seeing your kids is great, but the reason of why your there is the worst feeling ever. In some cases I believe their position to be necessary. But more times then not, they are out of place and wrong for tearing apart families.

These people lie, cheat and look for any reason that they possibly can use to take your children away from you. All the people that work there are single. They have no heart. Be careful what you say to them. Many times they take away peoples children for a complete BS reasons. One lady in particular can never see her son again because they told her son that she died and she only has 6 months left to live and she will never see him again.

This deserves a 0 it is an agency that makes a profit off of the local community families that are in a crisis. Something called life but wben you cant afford an attorney this is where clark County steals your Children right out from our homes and steals your dignity.

This place is sometimes needed. And people who say C.P.S. Stands for “Child Parent separation” it’s a lie. They take kids away cause there in a bad environment. These people are just angry their kids are taken away or because a child in their family they loved was taken away. I might be going in to CPS as a child and my 3 cousins who are younger then me are in it. I rarely see them. I haven’t seen them in 2 1/2 years. They needed to be taken away and I need to be taken away because we’re in unsafe homes. These people are just taking it out on the workers because of what they did or what their family members did.

Cleanliness is lacking, employees not heloful or friendly, lack knowledge of job positions.

Well Im thrilled by the EBT cash and food stamp benefits value card it comes very suitable to times where I can have just enuff money to bye what I need for responsibility in case I get paid late

CPS is an absolute JOKE. They do NOT protect children. Childrens explanation and bruises to follow and they still say unfounded because of the childrens young age?? What is CPS for then?! I would give No stars if it would let me.

They are intrusive, they lie to make a case and in my opinion dont help families.

The people who work there are complete bafoons and have no clue what there doing to the mental well being of children especially the ones that have special needs or have mental health issues.
