The Share House does some awesome work with the Homeless community. The Share House helps to provide our Homeless Neighbors with food security and safety. There are many organizations, like Concerned Humans Against Poverty and Helping Hands Vancouver, that also help to provide food security to folks in that area.

I hesitate to speak on the mens shelter because coming from a poor upbringing the image of the area surrounding the shelter doesnt have the same shock value as to someone thats never experienced it.But its not a very happy place to say the least. My Thanks to the people that come and serve our homeless community and my prayers to those that are struggling in it.

Very dangerous place. Carry defensive pepper spray if you can but also how you carry yourself and who you choose in life to interact with is always a good way to walk through situations and come out the other side all safe and still how you entered... Fact of life everyone.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in April of 2018.

They were very nice very ,helpfull .

Wonderful place to take things to help others.

SHARE needs MORE RESOURCES. there are tons of tents and homeless people surrounding the block. We as a community need to step up and help them or call your senators and mayor and tell them to fix it!!!!

Doing what they can for those stuck in a rut of life I encourage everyone to give what they can to the Share House and the other organizations taking care of people affected by our past and future National tragedies even heartfelt words are Treasures to those segregated from society

What a wonderful group of people who work in the kitchen at the shelter. They are happy and so welcoming to volunteers.

Safety for men to stay beside homeless

I Remember when I we were homeless my mom took me and my little brother here I was probably 8 yrs then but we went there everyday to eat for little over a year. I went back to volunteer when i was 19 and graduating from high school. I did my senior project on homelessness , prevention, assistants, and resources that are available to help feed the hungry and those in need.This is an amazing place with amazing peaple. I hope to be able to go back to the share house and help them again as they did me when I was in need.Thank you again so much for everything you guys have done and continue to do. Great place to show Gods love for people

Stayed at Share House off and on during rough patch around 98-2000, when it was newly open. Sounds like its as solid today as back then. Great meals, shelter and respect- the way it ought to be. Helped me get my respect back. Can never thank you enough-

The love i got from this place really meant alot too me. Plus meeting new friends. The little things in life have made the biggest difference. Thank you everyone.

Lots of homeless depend upon this place for food. This is one of the few places they can go for a meal.

I went to visit a couple of friends that have found themselves needing a place to stay. The Share House is located in downtown Vancouver. Being located there it is close to other services , usually within walking distance.

The work that the share house does for those in need is critical. Donate food, blankets, and clothes if you can. They need all the support they can get to continue helping the homeless and displaced.

This is such a needed facility and the staff and clients are great people.

Katie sucks as a director. She allows her staff to attack people that live outside and she doesnt hold the attacker accountable, aka Sam attacking me for no reason. Countless times of in house residents using meth in the house and those people are still allowed to stay in house. This place is a joke and you are safer staying outside.

It is a good place If you are in need of help it houses men only and helps feed the homeless

Poor management, no rules anymore, not supportive, rampant drugs. Committed to Business of Homelessness.

Volunteered here for a few hours. The staff here is awesome. They do great things with limited resources.

They house people at a rate that should make Portland shelters take notice. It may not be pretty but the results are amazing.

Very cluttered , no control over streets surrounding the house. No a safe atmosphere.

An honor, to use my 17yrs of culinary experience, to donate my time to help make sure people are having a hot meal.

Hot meals 6:30am -noon-5:00pm

They have friendly and helpful staff. They feed three times a dayAnd house 60 men...way to go SHARE!!

The kitchen staff go above and beyond to help anyone trying to eat.

The pictures of the food you see here are not truthful about what we are served. Although it is food most of the time you cannot tell what it is until you ask.
