This is a great place. The people are very nice and Im always treated with dignity and respect. Its a drive through and they load you up with a variety of wonderful food. So grateful for this place.

The volunteers are wonderful! Kind, full of info about other resources. Drive through food boxes, clothing (soon ish!) Free laundry every Thursday. Showers!*These services are offered at different locations.

These people are really they not just for the jobs are there for for the people. They treat us fair and courteous they dont embarrass us or look down on us l. Not once do they act like theyl were lower than they are and we the patriots of that food bank appreciate that like very much I think everybody that works here for the time effort patience and kindness with us you people are really a God sent it

They are always kind and helpful. They never look down on anyone or make anyone feel uncomfortable. Were always thankful for the generousity of the community when we receive a food box.There is wheelchaire accessibility. Also, a public bathroom.

While not a client, I have had occasion to stop by and donate food. It seems nice. They have food and even some clothes. You can sign up for school supplies for your children.

The staff is so friendly and helpful they never judge you just happy and cheerful to everyone

Some staff are nice and others just perform their jobs like robots. Brought my own box for food and they put my food in a cart without any box. Who does rhis? Anyway I mentioned my box and they took the food in the cart back and put it in my box. They ask folks to bring your own box...so I did. I saw others who didnt bring a box get their food in boxes. I was confused to say the least.

This food bank has been helping us for years. They always have a large box of food. You have to bring I.D.

Good people who are all about helping. Some of the greedy people there for help, who take more than their share and push kids out of the way for pastry are a different story. But that is zero fault of the Salvation Army.

When your strapped for cash this is a good place to go for bread daily and a dessert item plus once a month food box and few clothes on a wed or?

Because they helped myself and my family when no one else did Beth took the time to help in every way she could showing that she cared thank you again Beth and God bless

The staff is very rudd and judgemental but the company does help your family out when in need just the staff neeeds to be kinder and have a smile for the families that come thru my 3 stars are only for how staff treated me 5 stars for the company that helps families in need

Horrible experience went to take my son to get some services. There were angry people outside n angry non tolerant employees inside. We left after incountering so much hostility. Mind you my son has stage 2 cancer and this was unacceptable. Its no wonder so many homeless people in Vancouver would do without instead of seeking help shame on this location. Anna F

Says thay are open until 3:00pm so i rushed over and got there at 2:45 had to unpack they baby and stroller just for them to say they quit giving out boxes at that time and come back tomorrow. TIME SHOULD BE CHANGED TO 2:45!!!!! How can anyone that actually goes to work be there by 2:30? Very frustrating

They always helped in rental and and great food resources durning the christmas and thanksgiving holidays.i do recomende this place to my friends and family.

The Ladie there is Rude! They all act as if they are better than us in need, Christmas help was a joke, they wouldnt even help with my 16 year old cause he was over 14 years old. They always are opening almost 30 to 49 mins late. They are rude and extremely inconsiderate these so called volunteers should be replaced. I would be interested if it were to happen bc I would treat people with respect and talk to them like they were human beings and not make them feel belittled all while at the same time following the rules but not adding my own little twist of a power trip.

If I was a owner or manager for this organization I would be saddened to know that the customer service is horrible. When someone is calling to receive some help its hard to reach out in a difficult time anyway but then to have someone answer the phone with no compassion or friendly voice like they hate their damn job and just say theres no funds available anyway and not give any other resources or some positive guidance.Sad!
