I first went into Willoughby Hearing because I was unhappy with the hearing aids I had from another place. I met with Roz Sinclair at the Willoughby in Vancouver. Roz listened to my concerns and immediately realized what was wrong with my hearing aids.During the conversation Roz learned that I had retired from a career in law enforcement and she began to ask me more directed questions about my hearing loss. She felt the hearing loss was due to my job and referred me to another ear nose and throat doctor. This doctor agreed with Rozs assessment and we made a workers comp claim. Roz walked me through the entire process and put me at ease throughout the process. In the end my hearing loss was determined to be from my career. I am impressed with Rozs professionalism and her way of putting me at ease.Thank you, Roz and Willoughby Hearing, I no longer have to say what all the time. I have had my hearing aids for about 20 months but rarely wore them. I just couldnt seem to get used to the sounds they made. Everything was so...unnatural sounding. I finally decided to give my hearing aids one more chance. After talking to a friend, I decided to try Willoughby hearing.Roz immediately made me feel so comfortable. She began with a very thourough hearing exam. Then, on to those hearing aids that I just knew were not going to help. After she adjusted them for me, I tried them on and, WOW!! I can hear! And hear like I know I should have been able to hear all along! I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment I was given. Roz is amazing! I am so happy with my hearing aids and the new world this has opened. I am so happy I dont want to take these hearing aids out! Give Willoughby Hearing a try. Willoughby Hearing on Main Street in Vancouver is terrific. Roz cares so much for each patient. I am a patient who can testify that Roz is knowledgeable about helping patients find hearing aids which will work best for them. The equipment is the best and it is interesting to be able to look inside my ear on a television screen. Roz is able to adjust hearing aids to work best in all circumstances for each patient.

Roz and her receptionist they are the greatest. They took a concern for my dog that I had to bring in with me and took very good care of me and my friends appointment for the hearing assessment. I was very impressed with the fact that I didnt have correct insurance and wanted to pay cash for the services and she helped me out with the insurance so they would pay for it. We never feel like we are rushed out or that we need to stop asking questions, etc. We are very happy and feel taken care of.
