This was my annual hearing test. The office was pleasant. Easy and convenient to get to. The test results were positive a d totally covered by insurance.

Exceptional customer service and expertise. Brianne was thorough and educated me about my hearing loss and different aids available. Losing your hearing can be sad, Brianne took time with me and helped me better understand why it is important to wear hearings aids for brain and social health. I have a tendency to take mine out for extended period times when not in social situations, she reminded me to wear them to assure my brain and speech function do not decline. I travel a lot and have been with HearUSA (previously Luna Hearing) for 7 years now and all of the offices communicate with each other and give you exceptional customer care.

OK place but lack of following thru with clients. Not interested in your getting an appointment just your insurance money up front and following thru with client.

I went to the 11516 SE Mill Plain Blvd Suite 12 location in Vancouver WA and I was thoroughly impressed with Lori Thompson PCC/RITL as well as Brianne Holey LHAS who did the testing of the hearing loss I was suffering from. Both those two ladies are a credit to HearUSA for not only their professionalism but their genuine care and follow through for all the information I received which really helped me through this ordeal. I received more information from Brianne then I ever did from the previous company I received my original hearing aids from. And now Im a true believer of the hearing aids on how it helps improve my general life being able to realize how much I was missing out since it was explained in great detail! Great job ladies, they are lucky to have such great personnel on their staff!
