My 3 year old scratched the door with a rock from Crazy Horse on our road trip. They were able to remove the scratches no problem. I couldn’t find the scratches anywhere when they were done. There were a couple stains that they couldnt get out, but Im not surprised since they are year old stains that came with the car when I got it. Everything else looks amazing. They got out other stains which did surprise me. The lady at the front desk super friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Updated Review: When I first picked up my car it was early evening and was freshly detailed. I thought it looked great! After seeing the car in the daylight after everything had dried however, I noticed that there were white residue splotches all over the car interior. This was quite upsetting since the car is only 2 months old! I brought it back and Marissa, the manager, was extremely apologetic and very helpful and explained that this was a very rare occurrence. They restored the car to its original condition and comped me a free exterior wash and a future detailing. I am very pleased with how they handled the error and I appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone was throughout the process - especially Marissa. I plan to remain a customer based on this overall positive experience. 👍🏾

Well I’ll like to say that Tino Barrios and Marisa Lopez are very professional, friendly and helpful.And the team of detailers are very good with what they do.The only thing I recommend if you bring your car to get detailed make sure you take out all your important(documents and belongings) stuff cause they’ll clean your car for sure.Totally recommend this service

I recently purchased a used vehicle and took it in to get it cleaned. Not even 2 days after getting the Premium interior cleaning the vehicle started to smell again. Kinda disappointed

This was the first time I had a car detailed. Ive always just washed and cleaned the inside myself. But this time I took my car here for a full detail before selling it. They made my 10 year old car look practically brand new! I learned that there is no replacement for a professional detail. Confident Ill get a better price for my car now. They were able to get a lot of fine scratches out that I did not think would come out in a standard detail. Inside looked great too. The price was very reasonable based on others I quoted in the area, and they had it done same day. They also drove me to and from home at no extra charge. Overall, a very good experience. Ill definitely be bringing cars here in the future for detailing, so I can enjoy the detailing for myself instead of just selling it!

I brought my vehicle in for a full detail with Marisa, I dropped it off early in the morning thinking it would take all day but it was actually done within a few hours! When I came to pick up we did a walk around together and my car looked extremely amazing, super clean and shiny! The customer service has slipped a bit and the external detail wasnt as good as in the past, but everyone is allowed bad days. Will I go again? Probably, but now that out of staters have to pay sales tax, I might find a place closer to home.

I also paid for a wax on my car and my roommate got my car wet with the sprinkler the day after and got water spots all over it. But because I got the wax done, they wiped right off. 10/10 recommend this place for all your vehicle reconditioning services.

Utterly happy with the full interior detail I had done for my Crosstrek, I work out of my car and even though I try to take care of it weekly with regular cleanings after a couple of years it needed a deep clean to get those hard to reach spots.
