Took my Black Cadillac there to get waxed and got it with swirls everywhere and a deep scratch in the paint job right on the front fender completely obvious when i picked it up. And then denied that they did it. cant denied the swirls all over my car tho , but wouldnt do anything to remove them. All your gonna get from this outfit is a glorified car washer. If your into your car dont take um there unless its already a piece of crab

Left my car there and didnt think i would need to remove the change in my ash tray but i guess they needed it more than me! Consider that your Tip! And a TIP for the rest of you that take your car there! He blames his wife for everything!

I had a fabulous experience at New Image. Being a native Southern Californian, I am naive to the havoc that nature can wreak on just about everything up here in the PNW. When I discovered my passenger side floors SOAKED, I immediately got my car into the dealer ASAP. In an effort to avoid additional fees, I decided I would stop at Home Depot and get a water vacuum to clean up the mess (since the dealer wanted too much money). My mom, thankfully, insisted that I swing by the recommended detailing shop just to get their opinion. Thank goodness I did. What I failed to realize was that the swampy nature of my floor boards would have resulted in what I can only describe as a disgusting outbreak of mold spores all over the car. My car was spared of this unfortunate state as a result of the education I received from Doug at New Image. He actually had an example to show me and he insisted that I had caught my problem a lot sooner than most. When Doug told me that his soonest opening wouldnt be for another 4-days, my mind raced as I envisioned what could happen between now and then. Thankfully, Doug read my mind and offered to fold it into his next days appointments in order to at least get the seats removed and carpet pulled. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, as is his son, Paul. They both did a fantastic job! They went out of their way to prioritize my car repair and they communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you, Doug & Paul!

I can’t begin to tell you what an awesome job he does!!!! AMAZING work!!! I have been other places and am always disappointed, thinking I could do this good. I just don’t know how he gets in all the nooks and crannies. Spotless!!! You won’t be sorry! Highly recommend!!! I have had the detail on 3 different cars, 3 times. Always awesome!!!

We used New Image about 12 years ago and were impressed with their work. Went back to them for we had a vehicle that was covered in an over spray of yellow paint. We personally tried power washing, rubbing compound and buffing the paint off with no success. After New Image detailed it, the car truly looks brand new - beautiful shine and all that horrible yellow paint is gone. Was told that if we found any missed areas to just stop by and they would get it removed (the paint was virtually everywhere on the vehicle). Extremely reasonable price, friendly and hard working folks. Will be back - thanks.

Doug did a stunning job on my wife’s red Scion FR-S. Both exterior and interior jobs were top notch.

Unfortunately I must write a bad review of this business. Doug is the owner/principal. While he did a fantastic job on my 2011 BMW, a $400 radar detector was lost or stolen from my vehicle. We looked all over his shop and he called the lady that cleaned my car but she hadnt seen it. He said hed have to talk to his wife about it tonight but hed make it right even if he had to replace it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and didnt even request my $190 back for the detailing.Next day no call. I called him twice and left a message, no response. Two days after I drove down. He told me he was only a part owner and the other owner said it wasnt their fault. I told him all I wanted was a replacement and offered to pick one up from Craigslist I found for half price ($200). He just replied well you shouldnt have left it in your car.Unfortunately I must now take him to small claims court. I cannot recommend this business and regret taking my business here.

I took in my black 2011 Toyota Tundra that had 3 years of going to the riving and beach with my 4 dogs... My truck smelled bad and looked worse! I dropped the truck off with Doug at 0930 and picked it up at 1630, it looked brand new! Completely blown away how my truck looks! 250 bucks for inside and out for a vehicle that was destroyed. He didnt try and up sale or get me to buy anything else... Highly recommend this to everybody!

Brought in my 1995 Ford F350. It began to look a little rough. After A New Image was done it literally looked brand new. What a difference. The detail work on things that I did not even know were dirty like the cloudy dash plastic over the speedometer as well as the turn signal. This was a huge improvement and well worth the money.Thanks!

I took my 2009 ford escape in, it has never been detailed since i bought it new; and it now looks fantastic! Great price and a veterans discout. Defiantly would recomend to any of my friends.

Did a beautiful job detailing the interior of our 2007 Camry. Looks brand new.

Recently stopped in for a detail on our recently purchased at chevy. It is a 2013 tahoe. While it was detailed at chevy, we wanted to still honor our previous appt made for our 2013 just traded. So we stopped in. What a difference. They did an extraordinary job on our car. It looked totally new and 10 times better. The owners did a fabulous job. Not sure of the 2 bad reviews that are on here as we found them totally honest and polite. Maybe the previous couple of bad reviews has to do with previous customer demeanor .

If I could do no stars i would. $180 for a shady vacuum job.. definitely spend your money somewhere else
