I came to this store with negative, pre-conceived notions about the car dealership experience. My mind was completely changed. Rich and Matt were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They weren’t pushy at all. I wasn’t nickel and dimed or even price-gouged. Rich knew the features and functions like the back of his hand and was calm, cool, and collective. Matt breezed us through all the necessary documents so we could get out of there as fast as possible. I’d highly recommend shopping there. Thank you for the new truck and a great buying experience!

Its a Buick! After a month of shopping around, I ended up full circle right back where I started...at CARR of Vancouver! Tom and Zachy were great to work with, both helpful in showing me vehicles and answering my questions with no pressure. They made the whole process easy! I would be happy to recommend the dealership to friends and family and plan on returning when Im in the market for a vehicle again.

Buying a car is obviously a stressful experience as most of us do not do that very often. But, Jeremy Cruz who was my sales agent and other staff I met did a great job making me feel comfortable and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions . Jeremy also exhibited great knowledge about the vehicles I was looking at , and if he didn’t know he looked it up. If I were to buy another car in the near future I would look him up.

UPDATE 8/20/21: It saddens me to have to update this review (and drop 2 stars). Unfortunately, we have run into all kinds of issues with the paperwork for our new vehicle, and unprofessional behavior by Matt. There have been several mix ups and lack of accountability or follow through. Right now all we can do is hope that he got it right this time, but it is difficult to trust that this will be the case. Everything else is still good. I will still recommend CARR for the sales staff, but I will advise people to request someone other than Matt for the financial/DMV paperwork.ORIGINAL: Our experience was nothing less than wonderful! Ryan, Cody, and Matt took great care of us. The process was smooth, and we felt like we left with a deal were were happy with on both our trade-in and our new-to-us truck! We will definitely be returning and recommending our friends go to CARR.

I was please with the purchase. It was a reasonably fast process. Ryan was kind and easy to speak to. He was willing to help and answered all my questions. Considering the current inventory shortage, CARR had what I was looking for.

Ryan was really helpful to us from initial stage telling us about the car that we were interested in on the phone and then when we got there he answered our questions about the car. We ended up buying the car and he was very prompt and followed up on an issue we had and got resolved. We would recommend him and the dealership to others.

I would definately recommend Carr Auto, Julian our sales consultant, was very helpful and curtious. Any questions or concerns we had he answered or found the answer imediately. We had a slight issue that night, (headlight out) he got back to me right away to confirm it was under warranty and gave me a contact person & number in service to get it taken care of right away. Except for the time it takes to buy a car (no one can change that part) it was a smooth process.

I had my 2012 Cadillac Escalade serviced here and the teamhere is absolutely phenomenal. Rachael was the service rep that helped me. I pulled in and was treated like a customer should be treated. I didnt have to worry about feeling like I might get shafted or tricked into a upcharge for additional services. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful as well. Overall my experience here was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend this place to anyone! Kudos Carr Cadillac!

Hands down best dealership Ive ever bought from and Ive bought a lot of cars... no cheezy tactics or pressure to buy.. seriously felt like I made new friends just part way through the purchase... We had a lot of questions about the Honda for sale, and Julian made sure all questions were answered accurately. Matt Petta was amazing! I dont mean like millennial avocado toast amazing but really amazing. Heres why....I was getting service done at another Cadillac in Beaverton even though my vehicle was purchased in Vancouver (more convenient to get service in Beaverton now that Im closer to that dealer). I had a radiator issue and he helped me get a bunch of money back by consulting me on some verbiage I needed to use at that dealer. The best thing he did, which in my experience has never happened in the world of care sales people was that he called me back when he said he would. I was on a huge time crunch and he went above and beyond to assist me and he didnt have to. A huge thank you to Matt and Ill be referring him to my friends when they are purchasing new cars.

CARR Cadillac is where our family chooses to buy and have our vehicles serviced. The representatives are incredibly helpful and help us to understand the options and features of our new car. Often times I cannot hear very well and made things better explain to me maybe once or twice. They never made me feel bad for asking for clarification or better explanation. We have bought two cars from them over the last 10 years and always have are oil changes and maintenance done here. Luckily they are close to our house also.

I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle and walked out with a brand new vehicle instead for around the same price. Definitely worth going and talking to Ryan he will make sure you walk out with the best BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. Also no pressure at all Definitely going to go back for the second vehicle.

I had to take the time to make sure I gave my sales guy a review for the great job he did. Jeremy Cruz was his name, he was attentive to my buying needs, going as far at to send me photos of trucks I was looking at why I was at home. The buying decision took me a little longer than usual as I was looking at multiple trucks, never did I feel pressured from Jeremy to make a decision or rushed he was patient and well informed. Would come back again to purchase a truck here.

He was not pushy with the sale and he made me feel like I was doing something right as a parent. Which does not relate to the car buying experience but it did make me feel good. Even signing papers with Deb was wonderful. She was amazingly sweet and kind to my 2 kids. The service department has made things smooth also. The CD/DVD went out and getting it replaced was so easy. Just had a wonderful, unexpected car buying experience. Ive purchased many new cars over my 65 years. My purchase this week at Carr Cadillac in Vancouver went so smoothly, Ive decided to leave a review. I notice a vehicle of interest to me on Carr website, called the dealership and was transferred to Jeremy Cruz. After a brief discussion with Jeremy, we discussed the XT 4 model I called about. I told Jeremy that I didnt play games when purchasing and had done plenty of research on Trade in values and values of the XT 4.I decided to drive to the dealership, I live in Portland. When I arrived Jeremy had the car I inquired about set aside and ready for me to view. Jeremy suggested a test drive, I declined as I have already test drove the XT 4 at a different dealership. Jeremy had the sales manager look at my trade in, which I already told him the value ( which I said was higher than KB value). Jeremy came back to me with 3 different purchase options. I told Jeremy none of the options appealed to me. I countered with what I would accept on trade in value and what my maximum monthly payment would be, and told him not a penny more. I was driving back to Portland in my New Cadillac within a hour.Jeremy is definitely not a high pressure sales person. And I would recommend him to friends and family

First I will say I am giving a 2 star because of the one time I received great service. Otherwise this is a 1 star establishment. I have been here on multiple occasions for different reasons. First came here a few years back for service on a vehicle I had. Great customer service from the service advisor, and tech. Got the problem diagnosed, fixed and was on my way. So happy that I was gonna return when a problem came up on another vehicle I owned. Called to make an appointment, got voicemail and left a message. Never heard back from anyone. I also have been here to look at purchasing vehicles I found on their website. The 1st time was for a Chevy truck. Showed up and I was told that it was in inventory at their dealership in Beaverton. I know how the online car thing works so understandable. Salesman said he called up and would have it transferred over in a day or two. Looked at some other trucks while I was there. It appeared all had their interior shampooed and then left sitting with the windows up. Cars had a funk smell and were moldy on the seat belts and other areas not directly hit by sunlight. Disgusting!! I left and waited for the original truck I wanted to show up. Never heard anything for 2 days. Called and was told the sales rep would call me back. Never did. Called the Beaverton dealership and they said the truck had been sold a week prior. 2nd time I went to look at a Jeep wrangler. Showed up and it was out front along with the salesman waiting. It was a decent rig but not what I was looking for exactly. Aftermarket front bumper was missing a bolt, muffler was rusted and had a hole in it, aftermarket rims with light SUV street tires. Definitely nothing for going off road. And there was no spare tire on the back. When I asked out the spare tire the salesperson proceeded to look in the owners manual to find out if it came with one and where it would be located....... on a WRANGLER!!!! Even a blind man knows where the spare is on these vehicles. You can safely assume I will never return to this dealership again.

I bought a certified used Escalade from Carr. The car is great and love it, however after a few months of detective work on why it shakes when it goes above 75mps we found out the car has two bent wheels. After multiple calls to Carr, they have refused to take any responsibility. I worked with Cadillacs national group and they will only advocate on my behalf, but cant force the dealer to fix the problem. Unfortunately I cant prove they were bent when I bought the car, but obviously that is a hard thing to prove. Carr cant prove they werent bent. Took the car to another Cadillac dealer and they were the ones that found the problem, saying both wheels need to be replaced and also said the car should have never been sold certified. I would expect a luxury brand and dealer selling that brand would stand behind their certification process and make it right, but unfortunately Carr has refused to do such. Looking into small claims court unfortunately.
