I called around to get something put on my truck and other shops said they were minimum 2 weeks out and Main St auto said bring it in we will get to it the same day I call and also quoted me a cheaper price. Main St auto put my parts on and did a great job they are also super nice people and honest so I payed him $40 dollars more then his quote for getting me in the same day and doing a great job I will definitely go back there and I also will recommend family and friends to them. Its hard to find an honest shop and hard workers with great prices. Thank you Main St Auto.

My car wouldnt start. I called and Israel came to my house and gave me a jump. I drove the car to the shop. Israel replaced the battery and serpentine belt for less than it would have cost me to hire a tow truck. This is above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer care. Main Street Auto Repair has my business going forward.

This is one of those local, hole in the wall shops. It shocked me! The guy was very friendly! He confirmed right away what I suspected was wrong with my sienna...the water pump. He knew a really quick way to find out. He quoted me a more than fair price, but then came the dreaded add-on...there could be other hoses and such that I may need to replace, which may add to the price. A friend of ours recommended him. I am one who typically goes to big shops because they have a reputation to keep. I gave them a shot...not only did he get it done sooner than he had promised, but he said because he got it done quicker than he expected he would charge us less than he quoted!!! The biggest shocker of all, it was my wife who went to pick it up. We all know what can happen when women deal with mechanics...often they try to take advantage of them. This guy is trustworthy and friendly. He has a strong accent and can be a bit difficult to understand at times, but he has my business for everything in the future! It seems that he is well on his way to building a great reputation!

Just pulled in to Hamids shop to check the brakes on my husbands dodge ram truck. Hamid took us in right away, quoted us a decent price, didnt try to sell us things we didnt need, was honest, and did a fabulous job! He even had his office girl drive us home! He is our new mechanic! Already making plans for him to do an engine exchange on another truck! So happy we found him!

Total nightmare. Ended up charging me $100 and not fixing anything and finally crossed his fingers and told me to hope its fine and didnt even recover my coolant panel. I just took my scooter to where I had always gone previously (vespa portland) and they told me he overfilled my coolant tank as well and were able to fix the actual problem right away. Clearly they didnt know anything about my bike, couldnt figure out the computer, kept telling me itd be done by a certain day then asking for more time every time saying he was alone today (over the course of a few weeks). If youre looking for somewhere that knows what theyre doing and provides quality workmanship Id definitely avoid this place and go to Vespa Portland.

Had my oil changed there, it was taking hours. I was told they had to go out for the oil. It seemed suspicious at the time. Went to a different garage and they told me the plug was loose and had been stripped out!! Main Street auto let me drive out with an oil plug loose and stripped :(

I have had work done here on two of my cars several times and even bought a car from him (Hameen?) He is VERY fair and HONEST and priced well.

Me my wife and father Inlaw always rely on Hammid were frequent customers Hammid has always stayed true to his word very responsive especially to his regulars one time I would of had to wait 6-8hrs knowing I have no way back my wife had our other car he actually let me Barrow his and as soon as I get there hes always trying to figure out whats wrong the second I arrive and always has I get great discount on breaks and for smaller things its usually free great shop great guy oh ya and if u ever pay attention hes always asking his other mechanic questions about a particular car/problem thanks Hammid we need more local businesses like yours
