Steve & Justin are fantastic! They took great car of my car and have gained a happy customer. They did exactly what needed to be done for half the price quoted from another shop. And when I had issues as a result of work being done elsewhere they were very helpful in getting my car over to the other shop to get the necessary repairs.I will be bringing my car here exclusively! These guys are great. My car died on the 205 bridge and though I had it delivered to them at 230am on a Saturday, I didnt realize they were closed on the weekend. Its only the 2nd time Ive come here. Luckily, a gentlemen happened to be working on his own project car when I finally got there around 8am. He came out and spoke with us, walked us through what he COULD do on his own, then let me know he would call me later and let me know what hed figured out. He did, and Im set for repairs on Monday! Fantastic service.

I brought my truck in on Thursday and I was told if I bring my truck in Monday morning they could have it done by Tuesday eve. So I called to see if they had shuttle service to bring me home. They lady said yeah if you live close by and come in by 830, I called at 1030 I said you cant do it now she said what truck are you talking about. I told her she said we expected you to drop it off in the morning. So I said technically it is still morning. She said we cant get to it today maybe tomorrow. What? Maybe tomorrow? When I was told to bring it in Monday morning not even telling what time in the morning now you dont know when you can get to it? My business is going elsewhere. Response to OwnerNo I was told in the am there was no SET time, and I am glad I did take it some where else. You all said it was my back wheel bearings, when the sound was coming from the front. No it was my clutch fan that was froze. No noise no more and drives great without paying for something you thought it was. And tell your receptionist to be more people friendly.

The above description doesnt do Cascade Park Auto justice. They are extremely friendly, and very helpful, and absolutely the best. I have been very pleased in all of my experiences with Cascade Park Auto, and would highly recommend them to anyone I know, but my last experience was the cherry on top. I had my vehicle in several shops with the brakes locking up. No one even came up with a theory as to what the problem was. Steve had my truck a half an hour, and found several things wrong, fixed them, and now my truck brakes work perfectly. And the price was AWESOME! If you go anywhere else, youre out of your mind.

I came to this place a few times. Loved it at first. But then I started noticing that they have been riding me off. What ever I replace a part I always ask for the old one. They never have it or can never find the old part they took out my car that was supposedly replaced!!! Seems weird!! Anyway, I took my car in for breaks and to see why my heater was not working. The lady name Reba who seems so sweet and innocent told me that I need front and rear breaks. And to fix my heater I need a blower motor. I said okay. But since they wanted to charge me 480 for the breaks and 250 for the motor I decided to change the breaks myself. Coming to find out I do not need breaks! Front or rear. Both was not even half way. And as far at the blower motor I needed just a $3.79 fuse that went out. These people are scammers and liars!!

My family has been bringing our vehicles to Steve for about 6 years now. This is my go to mechanic no matter the issue. Other than just being a great guy he is an excellent mechanic and as honest as they come. There is no worry of being overcharged or BSd into paying for services you dont need. Always a big help and Im grateful to have a great mechanic I can trust.

For example I sent my neighbor who had a catalytic converter issue and the cost was more at Cascade Park Automotive then another place so Steve send him to another shop to get it work done to save the customer money. You wont find that anywhere else in town.
