The repair was done skillfully, especially the paint matching. The car was returned clean as a whistle and the communication while the car was in the shop was first rate. Many businesses have been having problems with pandemic logistics problems when our car was being repaired. The service writers kept us informed and warned about this being a problem. They did not over promise, and this was appreciated.

From the moment I was waited on till I picked up my car I was treated with respect and with professionalism. They called me and kept me updated on the progress of the repair and was done with it within a reasonable time. I have been recommending them to everyone. I was very pleased with the end result.

I had to bring in my car due to a mound of ice ripping off a part of my car! Everyone at Caliber Collision was professional, helpful, and communicated whenever there was a change in the date that my car repairs would be completed. They definitely made me feel comfortable and it felt like I was being well taken care of :).

They fixed my fiances car, great service, fast repairs. Her insurance covered it, spin retrieval of the car we noticed the window developed a new click, this is a new car, less than 23k miles etc. Its her baby, I took it to them and pointed out this wasnt there before the repair. They happily fixed it. If some thing actually happens during a repair which often times in auto repair things do, no body is perfect its nice when the shop fixes it. There wasnt any question as to if we broke it blah blah blah. This is admirable. I will happily do business with them in the future, and I hope scammers dont wreck the honest business this place does.

Had a parking lot accident that destroyed the drivers side truck bed panel and Taillight. Caliber gave an estimate and ordered parts. Within a week they had the parts and called to bring it in for repairs. They were friendly, communicative, and did a great job on my truck. Had it back within a week even counting the weekend. It looks great!!

My husband and I were on a road trip with our travel trailer. We had an incident and needed some work done ASAP on our truck. They were able to get us in right away as we were 2,000 miles away from home. They took excellent care of us and got us completed quickly. They even weren’t happy with the paint and took the time to make the necessary corrections. Great people and excellent service! Highly recommend this company for repairs.

Jeff at Caliber off Hwy 99 is the real deal. He was very communicative during the entire process of getting my car fixed. Whenever he had new news for me regarding the parts for my car, he called with an update. Did a good job on my truck, I have expensive aftermarket wheels and I stressed that they were not damaged. They understood and assured me they wouldn’t be damaged, got the truck back and all my body work was perfect and no scratches on the wheels. They communicated with me well and I got my truck back within 2 days.

This group of people at the Hazel Dell location has more the earned my business and recommendations. They went out of their way on a previous engagement so I thought I would send my company car there when it was wrecked. Talked to Dave and told him my situation and he said no problem have the tow truck drop the car off. The following Monday I stop by to see the car and get the estimate. Nathan tells me it will be about 3 weeks. That Thursday night I get a call from him and he asks if I would like my car on Friday!! Of course was my answer and when the next day came I wasnt dissappointed. Car was done, looked like nothing happened and ran awesome. Still amazed it was only 4 days but Nathan said everything aligned perfectly. I can say without a doubt I will always take my cars to them.

Caliber Collisions probably good for body repairs, not diagnosis of mechanical issues. Dont trust your insurance to deliver your vehicle to a mechanic, it will be sent to Caliber Collision instead.

My experience with Abra was excellent.Start to finish their professionalism was top notch. I was kept well informed at every stage of repair, and the car was delivered very close to the original estimated completion date.The result was very well executed and the car looked great when it was finished. When we noticed a minor issue with the window seal, they took the car back and corrected it immediately.Should I be so unfortunate as to need any additional Auto body repair in the future, I would not hesitate to trust Abra with the repair.

My car got hit by a tire on the freeway insurance recommended some place in St. Helens first but I said no and chose caliber Collision and do not regret it. They were professional, on time and quality work.

Attention to detail and customer service!! Hopefully we won’t have to use this service again soon, but if we do, we will definitely choose Abra! There was no hassle to drop off the car, and the rental was right there too. When we picked up our car the process was just as easy. Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly!

The tech manager was so knowledgeable and kept in constant contact with me about everything that was being done while my car was being repaired. Do not visit this location! Just stopped in for a simple estimate and was told to close to closing time. They could schedule a 20 minuet appointment for another day. I even offered to have them take a quick picture and send email quote next day but that was declined. Drove right down the street to Ron’s Automotive and they had an estimate done in 10 minuets and were happy to do so with the same exact closing time. Customer service wins every time!!

I recently brought my Camry in for an estimate to repair several minor scratches and dents (from parking lots) . The estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided not to fix at this time, and the estimator then offered to remove the paint transferred from other cars for free! He went to the paint department and returned with some paint thinner and cleaned 4 areas which made the car look much better. I would definitely recommend this shop!

I recently brought my Impreza in for a new front bumper. The new bumper looks great and they even wiped down my interior. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of communication. The only updates I received were from our insurance provider (who seemed stunned that they hadnt called me). I had to call Abra directly to find out when my car would be ready- even then it wasnt done by the time they quoted.Bottom line- The work done was good but some front end communication would really go a long way in improving customer satisfaction.

While its a bummer I have had to use auto body shop work twice in the last year, Abra have always kicked absolute butt at their job! Everyone one in there is a rockstar! So so so helpful and friendly. I genuinely feel like they always have MY best interest at heart. They are super flexable and understanding; especially with scheduling and coordinating. Some racks (of some kind) fell off a motor home that was ahead of us on the freeway and cracked our front bumper, grill, and windshield. I was bummed, but Abra got us up and running again in about a week. Front end looks brand new now. They did a great job.

One day I was at performing an estimate for a customer of ours. The customer went to leave their home and backed into our company van. After the insurance contacted me they recommended Alpine Auto Body. I did my research online and found that they were well reviewed in our community. So, I set up our appointment with them. John was the representative that greeted me and helped me through the process.The day I dropped off my van to get the repairs started they had the rental car company there waiting for me with my rental. I did not even have to go to their office to do the paper work. They brought it with them so I did not have to wait for anything. I was in, out and gone in my rental in 10 minutes from Apline.When I picked up my van the repair work was brilliant. Seamless and perfect. They even helped me out by using rubbing compound and made a few other scuffs that I put on the car go away while I transferred my belongings.John and Alpine Auto Body exceeded my expectations in quality of work and in customer service. That is a refreshing thing to find these days.Thank you John!!

Ive had two occasions to use this body shop in the last 14 months. The first time in 2016 went smoothly without a hitch and a lot of communication. It wouldve been a 5 out of 5 experience. Service has rapidly gone down hill in one year.The second occasion was this month. Things did not go as smoothly. There was a complete failure to communicate on the part of the front office staff.I was assigned to David. He took days to reply to emails -- when he bothered to reply at all. I had my repair estimate via email from him three days before my insurance company received it. This delayed processing my claim, and my insurance claim adjust was unhappy with the delays as much as me. When I was ready to pick up my car, I notified David by email when I would be by two days in advance. He didnt reply to my email. The shop wasnt expecting me when I arrived. When I asked him about the email, he complained that he was overwhelmed tracking 40 cars at the moment and didnt have time to reply to everyone. Well, David, thats an attitude I cant handle as a customer, so I wont be back to this shop for any reason. Management is not overseeing front office staff properly and from the sounds of it not hiring enough people. Poor front end management is a sign of shoddy workmanship in the shop.

Definitely a bad experience. Was there for an estimate on some damage caused by rocks falling from a dump truck and the first thing I was asked by Jeff Pope was how do I tell the difference between old rock chips and new rock chips? I said this car never had any before, he responded saying all cars have rock damage. I said this car is like new with low mileage he said it doesnt matter all cars have rock chip damage and kept going on about it like I had made up the story about the dump truck having rocks falling off from it. He said I have been doing this for years and even a car with ten miles on it will have damage.from road rocks. Continued to discredit whatever I said.

Never let me get a quote on the door always had me schedule an appointment which is hard with my work schedule. I went to the Abra off St Johns and got a quote and they ended up doing the work on my car. Being inconvenient doesnt get you the job. The work was good at the other location though so Im sure they do a good job.

An insurance company was trying to pressure Abra into performing what I considered improper repairs and to use a USED part on a clients vehicle where they have a young child who rides in the back where the repair was. After bringing this to the attention of the manager, he stepped up and went to bat for our mutual client and made sure the insurance company allowed them to repair the vehicle correctly. KUDOs to Abras Manager.

Im a tow truck driver and have to drop vehicles at this abra, if the car is totaled they get very rude and upset with me like its my fault they wont get any money, the young girl with glasses at the front desk is especially rude. Im just doing my job like you people.

Staff was super nice

When it was Alpine the service and work was pretty good. Then kadels had for a short while till Abra took over. These guys do okay work but there customer service is really lacking and they take twice as long to complete repairs then Alpine. But figured I would give them a shot cuz there close to the house. Dont think Ill be back even if I have to go all the way to Portland. That and there Mgr. Dave isnt good at returning calls.

Too bad I cant do a review without giving it a zero or negative Stars. I had my truck repaired there. They put on my bumper 3/8 of an inch out of level or comparative to the body lines of my tailgate. One of my wheels got refinished and prior to them installing it they had dropped it and cause a chip in it, they killed my battery and told me that it must have been bad before I went there, however it was only 6 months old, and they did not replace a part that they said they were going to and charge me for. Prior to them being Abra they were kadels. Kadels also refinished one of my wheels from a prior accident. Abra would not honor their work unless I had a receipt because apparently they have no paperwork from any of the work kadels did. I highly recommend not going here because it will only bring you stress and a shoddy product. The staff could also use some training in customer service. Wish I would have taken photos of their work so I could post them.

They marked my car to remove a bunch of small dings and a free detail and wash. The dings are still there and there was a horrible excuse of detailing done. They didnt even vacuum the floors. Wont be back
