Needed a Mother board for a old , 2005, Frigidaire, oven. They did not have one, the sales person then got online and provided me with the information I needed to purchase it online from another source. To me this is excellent customer service.

They sell terrible products and then offer to repair it 3 times and then leave you without a dryer. Terrible experience and service.

When our dryer broke recently we called every appliance place in town to see about trying to get it fixed. Everyone else tried to tell us the dryer was too old and just wanted to sell us something expensive. Then finally the wonderful folks working here told us they would diagnose it for free. We dropped it off on Monday afternoon and they had the problem isolated by Tuesday morning and it was repaired by the afternoon for $130. I am so impressed by this place. If you need appliance parts or repairs I highly recommend 5 Corners. We will definitely be returning for any future appliance issues.

If you are looking for DIY parts for your appliances this is the place! I have been coming here for over 15 years and he can get the parts for a better value than the big box stores. I have fixed almost every appliance in my house using parts from here. If you are not a DIYer he is very knowledgeable and can fix your appliances for you, you have to drop off and pick up.

I brought my washer in to be looked at because it wasn’t working. They looked at it for free and called me with a quote. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth fixing. They are going to scrap it for me. I took my Speed Queen washer in for servicing because it was noisy and shaking a lot. The gentleman on the phone told me to bring it in and he would diagnose the problem if he could. Two days later, they had us come and pick it up, there was no charge....and the machine works great now. Thats what I call great service! They didnt charge me because no parts were needed. Any other place would have stuck me with a bill. I will definitely come back to 5 Corners Appliance Company for my appliance repair needs.

I love this place. I’ve been using them for over 15 years. I get the parts I need but the service is why I come back. They explain the repair we will be doing at home and give me the cheapest option first. They can’t really diagnose the problem without the machine but have always been right with suggestions. I’ve also purchased a washer n dryer set for my son. Came with a 90 day warranty. Yesterday I called them planning to buy a heating element for a dryer. The guy said just bring it in and let me test it. He thought it was just the thermostat. I was willing to buy the whole element when the part he suggest cost $12. He was right, honestly and helpful. I will refer all family and friends.

I don’t normal post reviews but felt after today’s service from the owner and his staff, I needed to. He knew exactly what I was looking for when other places needed to charge a service call fee to come see what was wrong. He had both parts in stock and gave me helpful info and how to fix the problem. I was able to get most of the way through the fix but ran into an issue I couldn’t figure out on my own. I was told bring my dryer in and they’d help me. I brought it in and his employee had it finished within minutes at no charge to me other than the parts I’d already bought from them. If I ever have an issue with another appliance, I won’t hesitate call 5 Corners Appliance Co. Great customer service here that is lacking at so many other companies. Good job guys!

These guys freely share information on how to fix it and help you do it for less.I left the 5 star a few months ago and then needed them again today. The guy behind the counter demystified the freezer drain and saved me a pile of time and potentially money.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I had a front load washing machine that another repairman couldnt fix. I was within a couple of hours of purchasing a new unit when I decided to haul my old unit to 5 Corners Appliance. After working on my machine for what Im sure was about an hour, they diagnosed a loose connection and sent me on my way-no charge! It works perfectly. WOW! How often does that happen these days? Highly recommended.

In addition, they sell used appliances with delivery optional. They do get busy on the phone and in-person customers , so dont expect Speedy service all the time, but if youre patient you will get served with the best they have to offer.

I can’t believe the lack of customer service at this place. On two separate days I took time off work to be there for them to fix a refrigerator covered under their “90 day in home warranty”. Both times the repair person didn’t show up. The first time they “dropped the ball” (their words) and didn’t put the appointment on the schedule and the second time, after waiting over an hour, they didn’t know where the repair person was or when they would arrive. The person on the phone is rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. I won’t ever deal with them again, unless it’s in small claims to get my money back from hiring someone else to fix it because they failed to fulfill their commitment or warranty. Don’t waste your money here!

My Samsung dryer went out. I called to see about a part that I thought might be causing the problem, and the guy said to bring it in and he would test it for FREE. So I did and it was not that part that was wrong but another part he knew was the problem and it was it. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this place for parts and service

Theres a tech out here fixing my washing machine on Superbowl Sunday need I say more. !!They sent a tech out on Thursday night to fix my Kenmore washing machine. He fixed the initial problem that he was called to do. Then two days later another problem arises. I call and they literally have a tech out here on Superbowl Sunday fixing my washing machine with prices that are beyond fair in my favor. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Had a phone conversation with a gentleman about my relatively new Refrigerator, (hate electronics). He was so helpful and told me how to check the relay switch on the compressor and how to tell if it was bad. This way I could save a service call and narrow it down to something very expensive to repair such as the motherboard. This is someone I know I could trust to NOT be unscrupulous and would do what is right. I would use them any time for repairs or service. Wish they had a newer appliances for sale.

Thomas came out and fixed the old washing machine and did it so quickly. This is the best person to fix some of your broken appliances and he was a bargain compared to the other repair quotes.

The old guy behind the counter is rude and a liar. I bought a part in to replace, but because it was going to take him some time he said I would have to wait. So he proceeded to help the next guy in line. Which was appalling enough. Then the phone rings multiple times which he takes, all the time Im standing there. I finally had enough and said I will go elsewhere when he says he had been looking for the part the whole time. LIE. I was standing right there, he was too busy helping other people and I could see his monitor. Anyway I will NEVER use them AGAIN and make a point of telling everyone else I can about their POOR Service.

So I am a youtube fixer... zero idea what things are called and how to really explain anything. I came in with my heating element from a Samsung dryer and the gentleman at the front knew exactly what i need and saw that I had broken a bracket and gave me that piece also! When I was checking out he knocked 10 dollars off the bill because I was polite and nice... Just a great experience... My dryer is now working and I did it!!!

He knew the part in my hand as I entered the door, and was out of there in under 4 minutes, which in this case was a good thing, cost was less than any of the rest of places I called, and I will always get what we need there as it goes.
