Helpful staff. A good place to find parts for appliances. I wasnt able to find it anywhere else in Vancouver. Looks like they have affordable appliances for sale.

I bought a new heating element kit for my dryer here. The staff was knowledgeable, extremely friendly and offered for me to bring my old one in to test it since I may not need the whole kit. I purchased the whole kit and it was easy to install. Will definitely come back should I need anything in the future.

These folks have been my go to for washer/dryer repair for years. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and great service techs and scheduling staff make the process as painless as possible. With that great track record, I went to them when it was time to buy a new set and have been very happy with their guidance and my choice. While I was there, I got some advice on a dishwasher recently purchased from a different vendor. Even though I didnt make that purchase with them, they were still very informative about the one I bought, way more than the box store I bought it from. Very comforting to hear that I chose a good brand/model.I often recommend Appliance Clinic to friends and family. You cant go wrong with this company!

The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. If one of my appliances gets broken its the first place I call, or just show up and 90% of the time they have a replacement part on hand.Just remember to take a picture of your appliances model number.

Steve was awesome.Knew what was wrong with my fridge, gave me good HONEST advice. Didnt scratch my back, just told me me shouldnt have bought a used fridge. That honesty is worth 1000$ right off the bat.He answered any question I had and was on his way. My Husband and I were immediately greeted by multiple people when we walked in. The store is clean and organized.We needed a part for our fridge and were helped quickly. Although the part was not in stock, the part was looked up, the best price found and guaranteed to be in store the next day!Thank you for your excellent customer service. Employees were super friendly. My freezer was old and no parts available. They went out of their way to try and help me. Gave me suggestions on things to try. Went back and bought a freezer from them. Prices as good as big box stores but with home town service

Marlin came today to repair our 7 year old Whirlpool dryer. (We called Appliance Clinic because they always get the job done at a fair price.) The dryer drum had suddenly stopped spinning. Marlin confirmed our suspicions— it was caused by a blown heating element fuse, which he replaced. The dryer’s blower motor apparently became overheated by two factors: a buildup of lint in our ducts, and running the dryer on HOT all the time. The dryer’s thermostat was also replaced. Marlin explained the hot setting should be used only for towels and blue jeans. He said other items will dry fine on medium. And that running a dryer on hot all the time can cut the life of a dryer.Marlin’s advice probably saved us substantial money in the long run. That dude KNOWS HIS STUFF. Thank you Appliance Clinic for Calling us and fitting us in today, 2 days early, because of a cancellation. -steve leader

My experience with Appliance Clinic was top-notch!Our washing machine malfunctioned and flooded our apartment. I didnt want to have this problem again, so I called to get a professional to fix it.I tried a few companies before calling Appliance Clinic. Some didnt answer their phones, or I left a message and never had my call returned. I wasted a week this way.When I called Appliance Clinic, Jen answered the phone. She set me up with an appointment and told me she would have the service tech call when he was an hour away. This was helpful since I needed to plan my work schedule around this.The day before, they called again to remind me of the appointment. Then the service tech, Mike, called me to let me know he was on his way.Mike was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem in minutes, and even fixed a sticky control knob without my asking! He left a sticker with their phone number so that I can call if anything else goes wrong.If you need help with your appliances, call the Appliance Clinic.

Customer service was above and beyond to help me find an obsolete fuse for my double wall oven. Everyone else I contacted said my part was discontinued and I just needed to buy a new oven ($2000+), but this store had the part and got my oven working for $30.

Technician Steve showed up on time and did a great job. He made a fast diagnosis and had the repair done quickly. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was very nice and helpful. If I could I would put a 0 in feedbackWe had a person come out to look at our wall oven it is a 1954 home repair person told me they call him to these here cause he knows all about the old GE wall ovens he said he use to work for GE (lie) he did not know how to pull the panel down to look at the wiring told me that it pulls out from the wall (lie 2 it is bolted to he Wall ) so he charged me $100.00 for nothing after he left I looked at it and figured it out a screw in the top opens it up and panel lowers down to gain access if he so called work for GE he would have known it he also said parts are hard to find and said get a lower oven I can not do that as the wiring is below and the kitchen is too small for a low oven typeI found the part on eBay (he could have too) and took out the thermostat and replace it using wiring diagram in the oven is it now workingI should say I have seen there truck go to a apartment 6 times must be not getting theirs fixed tooAnyway dont go to them they charge for doing no work there are a lot better places out there I was lucky I was able to fix mineFor now on i will always go to Appliance Advantage he know what he is doing and sometimes if he can not get it working wont charge to come outBut never go here they will rip you off big time

We have used Appliance Clinic many times over the years. The repairmen have always given clear information and recommended the best options. They always give good information and never try to upsell anything. I bought a dishwasher there last year and their regular price was less than the sale price at the big store.

My dishwasher started not draining and leaked water onto my floor. I tried doing the repair myself but was stumped. After many days of troubleshooting, long phone calls with Justin, and the returning of a couple parts, he helped me narrow it down to the drain hose. It is back up and running thanks to him. Justin is a great guy and went beyond what most other stores would offer when it comes to customer service.

Terrible customer service, The lady behind service counter was extremely rude to me an refused to even consider answering a very basic question. All this after the sales guy (who I really like) promised that the best reason to do work with them was a superior level of support than what youd get from lowes or home depot.

My dryer was not heating up... brought my heating unit in and the tested it..my heating unit old and used was still good. But my thermostat was bad..gave them my model number and they got me what I needed..part was 39.95..had 2 thermostats in it for thats the amount in my unit.Thank you Steve and Justin. Both helped me and were professional and knowledgeable..explain to me what was going on and the parts I need to replace. Replaced the parts and my dryer works like it should😁👍...thanx again guys!

Woman that answered the phone had a poor attitude from the start. I had the model number of the part I needed. She at first stated that they didnt have it then after I gave her the manufacturers name she looked it up and realized I was correct with the cross referenced number and had it in. The price was more than 5 times from another place. When I told her this she got angry and said they dont have control of what they are charged and hung up quickly. Avoid this place at all costs. Ive purchased from 5 corners appliance in the past and they were more than helpful. Prices were substantially lower. Ill wait a half an hour for them to open and purchase there. Cant believe this company is still in business treating their potential customers in this way. Do your homework before doing business with these crooks.

This place charge my wife more to fix a washing machine than I could have bought a new one for. Nearly 700.00 in repair. Do you want to do business with someone like that. I would guess not

I purchased a dishwasher here. The salesperson matched the online price from a big box retailer. The installer, Steve, did a great job both installing the unit and explaining its features. My suggestion is that if you considering buying a new appliance, call this place and ask to speak to one of the technicians before you do. Youll get a lot more insight into the product.

Always Working hard to find my part(s) and solutions. Consistent courteous and helpful.Local and centrally location helps me get my parts quick. Nobody likes to drive to Portland. Horrible traffic Portland. How can you not like availability for parts, there in stock or next day and The ability to pick it up. Also they enjoy consulting with your troubleshooting issues.

Terrible customer service! I have been buying parts here for years because it is local and convenient. The service has been getting more sullen as time goes on. Today, we were going to look at a refrigerator and schedule service on 4 appliances. We waited for about 20 minutes while being studiously ignored. When they helped someone who came after us, we walked out, never to return. Unfortunate that they have too much business. Avoid this place like the plague

This business is excellent. They had the part I needed to fix my gas dryer in stock. The cost was $27 versus $18 on the internet. Absolutely worth it. I get my dryer back today, and I support local people with jobs and families. Oh, and they were friendly! Dont support some guy with a warehouse and no overhead, BUY LOCAL!!!
