Customer service is great, nice clean store, new customer so I got a great deal on a new phone, didnt take all the information I needed to transfer from my service to Verizon, went back in, different person helping me, she transfered everything off my old phone and got my old number on my new phone. I walked in to the store as the employees were occupied with customers. Immediately Aimee acknowledged me advising me she would be with me as soon as possible. I was impressed IMMEDIATELY! Aimee was like a WHIZ as I only needed to have all my content moved to my new replacement phone and have my old phone erased. Although the update itself took some time Aimee talked to me about the new technology and really got me up to speed on my new iPhone as she politely acknowledged several more customers as they walked through the door. She is the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service! Aimee was excellent in helping me.I had a new phone that a corporate store had supposedly moved everything over to.However, much was missing.And then this morning I couldnt even get my phone to open.I ended up at the store on 41st and Peoria in Tulsa, where Aimee worked tirelessly to figure out and solve the problem. I recently retired from Verizon and needed to move my corporate phone to one that belonged to my husband on AT&T. The corporate location I went to moved all my stuff over to my personal phone. Unfortunately i realized that night that it was not working properly. I was in the area of 41st & Peoria the next day and asked Aimee Fitzgerald for help. It turned out that the phone would not work on Verizon network. Aimee spent a great deal of time to verify why it would not work, making calls to other contacts, before she told me it just would not work. Her efforts and dedication to her job made her one of the best customer service reps I have ever met and I was in that field at Verizon for over 20 years. She’s very good at what she does because she really cares about her customers. Way to go Aimee!

The gentlemen who work at this Verizon location were both very nice and helpful. Cal and Shawn were working today when I stopped in to purchase a new iPhone. They were both very knowledgeable about the stores products and Verizon plans and were extremely helpful when it came to helping me pick out the right phone and monthly plan for me personally. I work crazy hours between two job so you could imagine how difficult it is for me to go places during business hours. I had gotten off of work early (8pm) and had to change out of uniform and make it to my car and rush to Verizon before they closed. I got to the front doors right at 9pm on the dot. The employees were still in the lobby cleaning up for the day and I’m trying to sign language to them if they are already locked up. The lady there came to the door and asked me what kind of services I needed. I let her know that I just wanted to pay a bill and upgrade my plan. She asked her manager (Neil Enguerra) if that was okay. Not only did they go above and beyond to accommodate me but were all taking time out of their evenings to help me continue being a happy customer and taking care of my needs. The associate that worked with me on my payment and account status was Julian Rodriguez. He was kind, understanding, professional, and very helpful with choosing a plan that best suited me. The entire staff did an amazing job and I am very grateful for their help. Thank you Verizon on Peoria and 41st.

Went in to pay my bill and get my account number and when I go to pay they tell me they don’t have a cash register to give me change so I’m forced to pay more than I have to or go to a different store because they can’t provide change which is just inconvenient. waste of 15 minutes and got nothing accomplished thanks for wasting a quarter of my lunch break. Kid seemed nice but I won’t be going back to this location to many standing around and nothing gets accomplished and all these other reviews don’t seem to be written by real customers
