I usually dont give reviews but I felt this particular situation really deserved a review. I went into the store with an billing issue that I was having and I was really frustrated. I might have been even a little rude which is why I feel this deserves attention. Cesar was the person who helped me, it was in the morning I was in a hurry. He let me let me explain my situation and he calmly listened, I think what really calmed me down was the way that he explained what I thought was an error. After talking to him and him explaining how things really were I realized that I was in error. What also made me very happy was the he was considerate of my time and although I was in a hurry he didnt go into unrelated issues that would have annoyed me more. Thank you Cesar for all your help and patience, sorry I was so rude at first.

Blatant opportunism! Renting movies for $19.99 during this period of enforced shut in is obscene and outrageous! You should be ashamed!
