Only the best with great customer service. With only 4 minutes till closing, they let me come in setup an account, pay off a old bill, get my account registered with a simple automated phone call and leave with Panoramic wireless router to finish the setup. Veronica was extremely efficient and helpful, I usually cant get anything done by the time I get off work. Staying open later to get me taken care of is just priceless to me. Smaller store but I so loved the experience!

My bill went up $35/month so I stopped by this store to inquire about it. Young lady was very rude and didnt know their product offerings. Insisted on telling me I was wrong about how much I was being charged even after I showed her my bill. (I had to use the internet on my phone to bring up my statement because she would not allow me to log into their internet. She insisted that I look at the pdf as if that would change the amount.) I showed her on their website that I could get the SAME level of service for $14 less per month than she wanted to charge me. She told me, I dont know anything about that. I recommend finding another COX store where they understand customer service because the people who work at this store do not.

Cox is by far the worst possible company you could ever want to work with. Their internet is about as reliable as a baby guarding an unlocked vault. Their customer service is the biggest joke that has ever been around. They truly do not care one bit about their customers. I’m ready for the day that they run themselves into the ground👎🏼

Would NOT recommend! After all the run around they decided to tell us it would cost $1500 to run a line out were we live. Then it would be a 5 year contract at $200 a month bill.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. The staff (Mayra) at this location is completely useless, incompetent, and unequipped at any semblance of customer service. They were unable to set up a new account, basically the only thing the location does besides take payment. I did everything they asked over 3 visits including waiting until the previous service was completely disconnected (Im just trying to activate my own service after my roommate and previous account holder moved out).Once they were finally able to access the account (after 3 different trips/attempts to simply pick up a self install kit) I was told that they are unable to give me the promotion I locked in online a week ago even though it is STILL CURRENTLY listed on the Cox website and available for my address when entered.Picture of the promotion that I was told I could not get attached to the review.Edit: I went with at&t fiber instead. Twice the speed, free $100 gift card, and free HBO Max for the same price.12+ years with Cox.GOOD RIDDANCE!

Went here to change account ownership. After completing the process my bill dropped $30 due to a promotion she have added into my account. Angry and happy at the same time because I dont need a phone line although Im saving a few bucks. Not 100% sure how these promotions work but time will tell.

Daniel was super helpful. Made several calls about getting service setup at our new home and got a different answer every time. Daniel helped us get a router that would reach where we needed and told me exactly what he needed to get our service setup after the purchase of our new home. Thanks!

I don’t know about the other employees but this lady named Mayra Guzman needs to get fired. She is RUDEEEE. Never had such an unpleasant customer service experience before. From now on will be switching to a different company. I work in customer service and I would never act so rude. Terrible representative of Cox.

I went to go pay bill and get information on the account, business account they took my money first then told me that they cannot give me any information on the account. I told him you took my money right away why can I not get information. If I didnt like it they told me they can cancel the payment if I wanted to the worst employees ever they were useless rude and good for nothing ( on 21st Street right next to Highway 169 do not go there youre going to waste your time)

Went in to replace my tv box and she told me I had to bring in both boxes. Because I had to get the new contour 2 boxes. I was like okay fine I can do that. I get home and one of the new boxes isn’t activated. So I go ahead and call cox to activate the new box. The lady on the phone tells me that I am now getting charged more because of the new boxes and that I had the option to keep the contour 1 box. Also that they had really messed up the work order. So inclusion this store has no idea what’s its doing. 2 hours later on the phone problem fixed cause the store messed up the work order.

This location is excellent. The clerks are always helpful and never have an attitude. Very clean and doesnt smell like weird old people. I wish they would stop increasing their prices all the damn time. So how they gonna raise prices but still give us the slowest speeds ever. Please for the love of Cox fix the speeds. Give us the bandwidths!!!!

People are always nice at this Cox store and I noticed that they had at least two Hispanics speaking persons to help others as I live on the east side of Tulsa where we have a lot of Hispanics and its good to see Cox is in tune with that population

Sales agent said she scheduled my install for a Monday morning...only for Monday to roll around and no tech by noon. So I called customer service asking why the tech hadnt shown and they informed me that no appointment was ever made. They had to schedule an appointment for me which postponed my service another week. I will never go back to this store.

In the years Ive been going to the 21st & Hwy 169 store, I have had nothing but excellent service. Sometimes, as anywhere, there has been a wait to be helped and once, a woman who only wanted to complain, slowed service to a crawl. That was the fault of the woman, not the staff. Over and over again they explained her problems but she didnt want that answer. Even though she was quite rude, the staff was polite and after she left, apologized for the delay. The young lady waiting on me was shaken by the previous woman but bucked up and got my needs taken care of quickly, as is the usual situation.

Garbage internet, charging me for data usage, ISPs in this area now charge for using more than 1TB of data per month. an EXTRA $49.99? Thanks Ajit Pai. They cant even provide the actual internet speeds they promise. Also once every three weeks they call me trying to sell more of their garbage when the internet is already sub-par. The second that Google Fiber comes to Tulsa I am dropping this ISP.

They always have some kind of ridiculous excuse for their nonsense. Avoid. If you just need to use internet for a little while, go to the public library and get it FREE, or use your smartphone. You can stream with 4G ON YOUR PHONE.
