Quick and easy experience!I didn’t have an appointment so I came in on Monday a few minutes before 10am (their website says this is the best time to come for walk-ins). I checked in at the kiosk and had sat done for less than a minute when I was called in.The technician was friendly and professional during the blood taking. She even went and got me a cup of water at the end (I don’t do well having blood drawn).Everything could not have gone better, and I will come back here anytime I need to have labs done.

I only wish everything I had to have done, I could do here. I arrived with just minutes to spare. Most places view people that arrive just before closing, as undesirable and they wish you werent there. NOT THIS PLACE! Not only were they throughout professional, not once did I feel like I shouldnt have come. They were extremely helpful, kind and I felt like they were actually glad to help me. It was blood work I had to have done before surgery so for me it was critical. They had to stay a few minutes after closing but the way that they treated me ... ... ...after being poked with a needle, I left in an incredibly good mood with a smile on my face. How often does that happen? If I ever have more that has to be done, I will drive clear across town to see these people.!!! Absolutely...

I’ve been to a few Labcorp locations around the country and this is one of the best I’ve been in. Nice waiting area, friendly and reassuring staff, fast service. What more do you need?

Terrible place. Avoid this location at all costs! Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Got kicked out and denied services for having my one year old with me. Thanks LabCorp for the embarrassment. Will be going to the BBB and calling corporate. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had labs taken today and the gentleman who checked me in was also the phlebotomist. I don’t know his name but he was so sweet and nice and did such a great job! No pain at all. Thank you so much.

Weve been here a few times and never have had a problem with the kiosk, checking -in, or the staff. They have always been really friendly to myself and my son (who needs the monthly labs). We are almost always walk ins & even with that we have never had to wait suuuper long. Were here today on a Saturday and they are moving pretty quickly, IMO.

Cris was one of the best Phlebotomists i ever encounter ... he knows what hes doing n got a very very light hand.... good touch... i just understand why some ppl complaint too much when there is a line, there is a line.... if there is a line u need to wait....if your appointment is 11:00am b there by 10:50 then if nobody still help u by 11:30 then u have a problem.... evrybody is always in a hurry... if this technicians can do their job by just merely looking on u only n get done..finished.... they will do it.. cz they dnt want u waiting there too... lmao....

I just got home from Quintuple bypass surgery and my Doc requested I go to this place for some Labs. I was appalled by the waiting room. This poor old Man in his 70s was literally sitting on the tile floor waiting to be seen. I left with a sickness in my stomach and will not be back. The staff could have easily given the poor fellow a folding chair or something.

The man continually and repeatedly discussed details of my lab specimen through the window in front of an occupied waiting room. I even stated “you are violating my HIPPA please stop, I would like to discuss this privately” He said “no one knows what your here for”. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I am a health care provider and I would never treat someone this way.

PSA it opens at 7 not 6:30! Closes at 3. Drug Screens 9-2. Google hours havent been updated yet.

They have a wonderful staff, polite and very nice.Very professional.

Friendly staff helped me get through quickly and easily even after my Dr didnt have the labs sent over yet they helped me resolve the issue and still get through in a relatively short amount of time and then the technician was great, she was friendly and got the needle in quick and easy and got me in and out of there with ease

Have a 10 day old baby we set an appointment online for 1230pm we got out of our doctors appointment a little early so we decided to head here sooner thinking we might be attended to sooner, we got to the lab at 1135 and checked in. There’s was people in the lobby and understood there was going to be a wait, but again we have a newborn child and we wait in our car in 100 degree weather. We wait for an hour and 1230 rolls around and they still haven’t called us in. I go in to see what’s going and they now barely ask me for the paperwork and when I ask how long it will be they say 20 minutes. So I’ve waited 1hr and my appointment time comes around and now I have to wait another 20+ minutes. With a newborn child!!! Unbelievable and when I brought this to there attention, they didn’t care. Very inconsiderate staff. With the exception of one young guy there with dark curly hair, he has always been very thoughtful and caring. They need to hire more people like him. Thank goodness we wont have to come here again, now going to a clinic where we can have our doctors appointment and labs done in the same office

Its 12 noon and theres only one person drawing blood! One person drawing blood are you kidding right now! I would encourage yall to go someplace else plus you have to use a kiosk as opposed to having somebody that you just give the information to! Seems like a pretty cheap place to me! Very disappointed

Excellent service! Made the appointment online. On the day of the appointment I went in. Signed in. Provided my credentials. Sat for less than a minute before my name was called. Fleur Martinez took the four vials of blood and never felt the prick. I was out of there in less than maybe 10 minutes tops! Totally going back. No rudeness from either the customers or the employees! Ha!

We love this LabCorp. Chris is amazing, and is the only one Ill allow to draw my kids blood. He took my 10 year old who is terrified of needles, and now she is getting blood drawn like a champ.He sits and answers both my kids questions. And engaged with them. He is amazing.Its good to know there are still people passionate about life and their job!

I came to this location to have blood drawn and I setup an appointment for 9AM and I was done from start to finish in 15 minutes. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend that if you need to use LabCorps services go to their website and setup an appointment beforehand. You wont regret it

I went for a urine test, and they had me checked in, given the cup, and told where the bathroom was within probably 3 minutes of my arrival. All the employees seemed pleasant. Wasnt very busy when I was there. Would definitely recommend.

Lab Corp messed up two consecutive blood draws. Two weeks ago I went in for a blood draw...carrying in the requisition. 5 days later, my Doctor gave me more orders for blood tests since he said the lab did not take enough blood to get the tests he requisitioned. So, off I go again, this morning, with the paperwork for another blood draw and mentioned to the technician why I had to come back. She insisted that the lab doesn’t make those mistakes and the error probably came from the Doctor.With that, she offered to make me a copy of the current orders after she drew my blood so I could check that the Doctor did request these orders when the results came back. I thanked her and left. By the time I reached the front door, I looked at the requisition and saw that one of the required tests was not highlighted as completed so I went back into the office whereupon I had to go back to the lab and get stuck in my other arm to get the other vials that were requisitioned.So, obviously, my doctor was not at fault, the lab screwed up TWO consecutive blood tests.Also, the last two times I was there, I made an appointment on line but still had to sit in the waiting room for over 45 minutes, not much different than the walk-ins.The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because if access to results.

I love the staff at LabCorp. The reason for the one star is the check-in at the kiosk. I know the staff cleans it on a regular basis, however, its filthy!!!! No disinfectant wipes to clean to prior to use! Person with autoimmune diseases and/or receiving chemotherapy are now being put a greater risk of infections.

I have issues with blood draws, both seeing the blood and it clotting during the draw. The lady who was at the counter was amazingly friendly and listened to my concerns and talked me through it. She got it done in under 2 minutes with no issues. Thank you for being amazing.

I was a walk in. I was in and out fast. Friendly service from women in front. Phelobotimist who drew my blood got it the first time! And did not leave a huge bruise! Im so sorry I dont know names! It was a man who drew....

When you make an appointment and you come with your insurance card in hand everything goes so fast. Staff was friendly, even though the elderly customers were being rude. It took 8mins to walk to the back, take blood, walk out to my car. Easy, fast, friendly.

Hadnt been to this lab in 20 years.Still very clean waiting area. Everyone was very nice from check in to lab draw. I will definitely go there again.

Absolutely horrible run facility. They lost myLab work multiple times and Ive had to make multiple trips back and forth to their facility. Victoria at the front desk is very unprofessional and incompetent with handling customers. Zero skills, not even communication. Informed her she wasnt able to find my lab work last week I came by and this time she miraculously found it. Also, expect me to wait again despite the hours and multiple trips Ive made. They claim theymisfiled my order!!! Whose accountable for this???? Steve is more Professional and competent there, probably the only one with management skills employed at this location.

I am writig to my insurance company, and I have told my doctor...that we NEED another lab (better one) in town! Labcorp is TERRIBLE and I have been to most of them! They are ill equipped and lack compssion to handle children or people with needle phobia’s. The staff are rude and lack professionalism. The WORST part.... is that Labcorp feels like “we have no other options” so... they do nothing! I know people who have put off blood draws beacuse of their fear of being hurt by the incompetents ...at Labcorp!

Lady behind the desk acted extremely condescending both times I was there. I finally lost my temper and told her she was worthless. She actually replied you too. I flipped her off and she actually flipped me off too lol. Im really not proud of myself but she was completely unprofessional. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Dont try & call, they will put you on hold then forget you for 30 minutes. Then they pick up & hang up on you. VERY ANNOYING!!

Today I was at lab corp at 4:20 knowing they close at 4:30, due to a teaching job far away. I called my dr. for my orders and was instructed to have lab corp call dr office just like they did at the Wilmot location. Well, STEVE was busy with another person, so when he was free at 4:29 I explained what the dr. had told me to do. OH NO, THEY NEVER CALL AND WAS TOLD I HAD A MINUTE FOR MY CALL AND FAX TO ARRIVE, THEN WHILE WALKING AWAY, HE SHOUTED NO, 45 SECONDS. Now, you would have thought he would offer the fax number, but NOT EVEN!!! Another visiting person was kind enough to look on her paper work and give it to me. When I finally got through to my dr. the nurse said she would fax right away. When it was my turn, HE SAID NO WE ARE CLOSED EVEN THOUGH I WAS THERE BEFORE CLOSING TIME. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- 0 STARS ! I WAS THERE WAITING! I asked for his name and he refused to give me his last name. Sorry, Steve needs some training on professionalism or he needs to work away from people, period. NEVER WILL I GO TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN! THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM MEDICAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE 62 YEARS OF LIFE!

First timeThe service was great, The people were friendly. I will use lt again. There were no steve, only two ladies at the desk that was very friendly. The tech was friendly and effencent.

Very unpleasant and unhelpful front desk personnel. Rude gentleman acted like we were inconveniencing him and we were the only ones there.

Absolutely terrible. I waited way too long for a very short drug test. Everyone there, especially the two ladies at the front desk, were the most unprofessional people I have encountered. And the man that took me back barley said a word and I did not see him change his gloves once.

Went for a new employee drug test (urine) and it took an hour just to pee in a cup. So ridiculous. They had multiple techs and it appeared only one person was called back regardless of what type of testing was being done. Not my first drug test, so I know this place is just lazy.

Made an appointment and Im still waiting 30 minutes later.

Very unprofessional service. Scheduled for 12:30 and still waiting 30 minutes past.
