Can’t say enough great things about Pro Em. I recently ordered chairs for my Dads memorial service. They were to be delivered on a Saturday. We have a gate to get into our community. Unfortunately,I left my phone on silent and the delivery man could not get a hold of me. The delivery man Rick did not give up. He waited FORTY- FIVE minutes on a SATURDAY until he got a hold of me!!!!! He easily could have given up after 10mins. Instead he had compassion. He said to me, “ I saw it was for a memorial and I figured you had a lot on your mind.” He wasn’t angry, he wasn’t rude or didn’t even appear annoyed. He was so kind and so compassionate. Rare these days by the way. Thank you Rick and Pro Em for your kindness, understanding and compassion! Oh and the chairs were great too!!!!
