This place used to be the go to salon. He was amazing even had nail techs going to him to get them done... But anymore i just dont think they care... Its more about getting people out the door than doing a quality job.. You ask for no drill to be used on your natural nail and they use it... Cant tell you how many times theyve torn the skin around my nails with the drill... They are always miss shaped and just look funky. Kept thinking maybe its a off day... Maybe too late in the day and they are tired and just want to get home... But no... This is EVERY TIME

Ive only been here twice & both times I waited for 3+ hours. Today when I went I signed in waited 3 hours, in between that they said I was still on the list yet then they started taking people who were there later than me & skipped over me. I was pretty ticked I waited all that time for nothing & ended up going elsewhere.

I will never go back. They were nice people but the quality of work was horrible. I got a pedicure with Gel polish and 3 day later it was peeling off. 😡😡

Definitely not going to let the male tech (Tom , I think is his name)touch me again!! He was RUDE, impatient, ungrateful for my business!! He kept saying “God!!” While shaking his head ..Bc I didn’t know what the difference was btwn gel or acrylic..He also nicked my cuticles with that dam electric file-when I pulled my hand away, he mumbled something & I snapped !! Ungrateful jerk!!! Don’t waste your $$ or time going to Tnail

In desperate need of updating. Not much personality here. They tap on extra charge for every little single thing down to color! Thought it was ridiculously overpriced. Will not be going back. Definitely way better out there.

I told them i wanted a pretty ue design on my nails. I got blue nails with pink n purple LINES on 1 finger. I could have done a better job myself. Im to the point im going home and removing the polish n doing them myself. Not only that. He didnt know what type of a design to do!! I NEVER had to explain a nail design to a tech before. This place was ridiculous and i left crying... Worse $35 ever spent on a balance

This place is ok . but it is my last resort to get my nails done last minute. The male nail tech their is annoying and argumentive with customers Ive watched him . glad I never had the chance for him to fo my nails .Also he makes loud out burst noises . scare the mess out of you. The lady tech is good but slightly impatient . but she gets the job done .Up in tje air when it comes to recommending them.

They are quick and do a really good just price a little high the guy does mine n I came back because of how good he did.

Terrible experience. I had the man that worked here. Do not recommend him. He was extremely rude from the beginning . Didn’t try talking to me at all. Was extremely rough while doing my nails. I’ve gotten my nails done for 5 years now and never had such a bad experience. My thumb nails are so much shorter than my other nails and people have pointed it out. He left polish all over my fingers and left the polish looking rough. Costed $53 for a terrible job. I have to get all my nails removed and redone by somebody else. I wasted $53 on garbage. Do not recommend going to this guy AT ALL!

The guy was nice but the lady basically kicked me out of the drying booth when she said my toes were dry. Her attitude was very poor. A waste of time and money.

Need to update there nail design

In all honesty I think it verys from person to person, as everyone has their own opinion about everything and different experience, I thought they were both very nice, I heard the man yell at a girl but I also saw her getting an attitude with him, so Im here to say my opinion. The man: did my nails and he was very nice to me, he didnt hurt my nails once and he did a wonderful job! We were even having conversations! The lady: she was very nice also! . I dont see the problem 🤷. Id recommend this place any day. As I said it all an all depends on your own opinion, maybe hes just short tempered but so am I 🤦.

She rushed to get my nails done I asked for coffin nails and my thumbs are shorter than the rest of my fingers they are crooked lumpy and she couldn’t put the polish on without missing a spot on almost every nail, I paid 64 plus tip and I’m disgusted I had to ask her to do them so many times that I just gave up!! Don’t get your nails done here!! Well at least don’t get long coffin nails because they won’t get done correctly!!

If I could have gave it zero stars I would have. My daughter just got her nails done here, and now her fingers are in severe pain around the nails. They were also not very professional very rude to customers.

My nails were done perfect. The guy is a little rough but the quilty is excellent. The lady is amazing also. Now my pedicure was just basic. No special massage or anything, just cleaning of the nails and skin. A slight scrub of the feet and polish.

The man did my nails, he was very rude and rough. I wasnt out of there 5 minutes and the paint was coming off, I guess you get what you pay for. I will never return there and I do not reccomend them. The entire time he was filing my skin off and ripping my hand around he was yelling his language in my face talking to women there

Poor glue job, didn’t put a second coat on my nails because it would “take to long”, when i told them i didn’t like my nails they responded with “nails pretty”. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!

Great job with my nails! Husband and wife very polite. Ive been going to this nail salon since 1998 always a great experience. Went to California nails in the mall once. And my nails popped off 1 week later they put very little acrylic on my nails. So definitely never straying from tnails again!

Not very well kept ,not friendly , nails are very pathetic for $50.00 fill in. Trimmed sizes do not match ,half polished, wont go agine ,will locate better caring services.

This store is run by a couple. She gets 4 stars and he gets 1. She is careful and does a good job. He hurts, puts nails on crooked, he has split my tips down the middle cutting them wrong then tried to put acrylic over it. There is usually a wait because the majority of regulars wait for her.

Nice quiet place. The male nail technician was very mean to me. He continuously raised his voice at me because I inquired about the polish colors hanging on the wall. It got to the point where I didnt even get good into my manicure before I told him to stop services so I can leave because I felt very disrespected. When I told him to stop and he was being rude we got into a shouting match because I told him I was unhappy. I will NEVER return!Update March 19,2019: I went to another nail technician to have my nails done and due to the damage done to my cuticles I could not have my nails done the way I wanted to and it was recommended that I wait another 2 weeks before getting my nails done. I have reported this location to the BBB because I have not been able to get the services I want as a result of his care. Needless to say Im very unhappy with this place.

Nice husband n wife team. Get your Nails done with that pedi. So you can stop tearing up those aSheets and pick fix your Nails to feel Beautiful

I have been going to TNails for about 6+yrs. Ive never had a customer service issue with Helen and she was always respectful and courteous. I observed her husband Tom on the other hand, being rude, obnoxious, and arrogant towards customers and he talked entirely too much. He tried me a couple of times but I was able to establish an understanding that I wasnt there for his entertainment but for a service, period. That was a few years ago and I hadnt had a problem until today. If I had done something wrong or did something to make his job difficult; thatd be different. But the bottom line is that Tom is determined that you will bow down to him, he is NEVER wrong, and he will get the last word. I might have a problem if he was the only Nail Tech left on the planet, but not so. No establishment will get my money AND talk crazy to me too. The demographic group that Im apart of is the reason why places like TNails exist and business may go on as usual for them but they now have lost a loyal customer. We had a decent run but today was my last day at TNails.

I left this place crying and in pain. The husband destroyed my nails made me bleed all my nails were crooked didn’t look the same and I was in tears from how rough he was I would not reccomend them at all they’re horrible people and horrible nail technicians. I’d give them a 0 if I could

I went to T nails with my boyfriend he got a manicure I got a balance. I paid 40 their polish selection was extremely small I chose a red he was so rude after applying tbe color & used a gel top coat finish for my nails refused to allow me to sit under tbe uv lights and thete was a film over my nails the following day I called up there he answered saying we no do ur nails what you trying to do con me & hung up. My 10 year old daughter fixed my nails & they look better. I guess I just expected to much from them idk. I think it honestly all changed when I paid our bills but my bf was giving the tip & he didnt realize that I just no I work next door & will go out of my way to get my nails done from now on

Went to get my nails done, i told him it wasnt the right shape or length and he told me, sorry to late now. And continued to do my nails. Both hands arent even the same length, but still charged me. This place is a joke.

When the husband was doing my nails he kept telling me Trump was my cousin. So rude. He took forever to do my nails because he was watching the news more than paying attention to his work.

Went in to get a pedicure and I thought from the start both of them are very rude. Then when she finally got to me it was the quickest pedicure Ive ever had. She was scrubbing my feet way to hard. Then on top of that they have a hand written sign up saying pedicure chair maximum capacity 270 lbs sorry for the inconvenience wow I think that sign is very mean and very offensive! Do not go there horrible service.

Went here with my sister and daughter (who is 5 with special needs) they started by telling me on the phone there was NO wait so I pull up about 1 minute later and wait an hour!! Then the husband did my nails after telling me I could not get a pedicure because my daughter could not sit on my lap.. ok that was fine I get it policy but then he starts my nails... he literally the ENTIRE 2 hrs of doing 1 full set yelled in a different language right through me to his wife about 10 ft behind me, a little chit chat here and there is fine but he was so rude yelling 2ft from my face while doing my nails so rough I had to tell him he was pulling on my nails too hard it felt like he was going to rip them off... it got so bad with him conversating about who knows what In my face that I had to turn my music on and put my phone up to my ear to drain him out.. he did not once ask how I was doing or anything! He then waited 20min after I was done and ready for polish to start somebody else’s nails. He finally did the polish and when I asked for rhinestones on top he said no I should have told him earlier that I wanted them... don’t we always state how we want them designed when it’s time to polish? So I finally was done and went out to my car when my sister got done she came out to the car and was almost home when she showed me her nails (they were horrifying !) if I can post a pic on here I will! It was so bad I told her don’t worry about it and I re-filed and painted them for her at home after we just paid a salon to do them!! Never again!! Worst customer service ever and terrible nails!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went there for the first time and was so excited because I just discovered the salon and was only a two minute drive from my new home! When I got there the husband seemed very funny and nice we joked a little bit and I proceeded to tell him I needed a full set and removal of 5 Nails, the wife Helen came out and was very rude and short she sat down almost ripped my whole nail off my finger I was in horrible pain she kept on going using the cuticle cutters. I asked her to stop and could we please soak them off for a couple of minutes to help soften my acrylic nails and she threw the cuticle Cutters down and said yep sure you can wait here for 1 hour. I said actually i wont be waiting at all cuz im leaving learn how to treat your customers! I was so surprised by the rudeness especially with them supposedly being professionals and with how much money I was about to spend with them . The husband tried to ask me why i was leaving lol the business looks ran down like theyve been struggling and I see why.

My nails always get caught on clothes because they have not been done right & peel off, Im tired of paying too much for cheap products they use. Go elsewhere because they do cheap/quick $ work

Very rude ! Work is ALWAYS done so quick &messy because Helen is the only one to do nails because NOBODY wants her rude husband to service them. Then above pedicure chair there’s a sign that reads no pedicure if over 270 SO RUDE !!!! Had been going there for a while but NEVER AGAIN !!

The quality is OK but the first time I went the lady almost cute a huge chunk out of my skin, it was not that good of a first impression.

Horrible..she put 3 of my nails on crooked got polish on my fingers and blamed ny finger for being crooked..i get my nails done and they are never crooked..it sits high as hell off my finger..now i have to pay another place to redo them ..my wedding is in 10 days im so mad i could cry..

So I went in two weeks ago Monday I went only a week and a nail broke so I go in get it fixed now Im sitting here not even a week anthor one breaks the guy is very rude not only is he ruff but as you sit there all he do is talk in that funny lagunge the hole time this place is the worst and looks very dirty I will never go back here cant believe they allow this place to stay open

The guy there is rude! He was trying to put Acrylic on top of my GEL NAILS and saying he can put Gel polish on top! Umm NO! He was saying they are the same thing! I just went in there for a GEL balance. He was very rude!

I didnt even want to give the 1 star but it goes to the wife. The husband is very rude I have been a good customer I tip very well also. I usually go to the wife but this time I went to the husband. He was very rough and rude. The nail broke a day later the wife fixed it. I go on vacation the other side nail breaks 😤😩. The other one is splitting smh so I go to the shop and I say you should put the acrylic on just a tad bit thicker. The husband starts to declare that its my fault, Ive been bumping my nails on everything. Excuse me, why is it the same nails. He said you working too hard. Then again I state I dont work lol. Ive even still tip when the drill burned me before smh. Im so irritated. I told him I will never come here again. I paid to get them fix and 7 dollars idc about its the point that if it was me then NO PROBLEM but it was on him not doing my nails properly and entirely too thin. Im just now reading the bad reviews and wish i could have before I allowed him to do my nails. So thats my fault but NEVER AGAIN. GO here at your own risk but after reading reviews you cannot say you were not warned.

Its a husband and wife ran nail salon and i will tell u that the husband (John) is one of the rudest people Ive come across and Helen (the wife) is a sweet heart...He makes it to where u dont wanna go back..Her work is slipping too my nails have looked horrible last few visits and Ive fixed them..Im not going back I pay to have someone do them I shouldnt have to fix anything...
