Poor service. I never wouldve come here except for the Groupon for a manicure and paraffin wax treatment. The lady at the front desk acted reluctant to accept my Groupon saying Id already redeemed it although I never been there before. When they finally decided to serve me, there was only one nail tech available and a lack of color options. Also, the technician doing the pedicure was wearing a low cut top which revealed too much. Why would she wear that when she has to constantly bend over? Look at the photos of my nails! You can clearly see the flaws. Very unprofessional! Im surprised to see so many positive reviews because I was not satisfied, nor would I ever go back there!

I was so impressed. Diverse hair and nail salon. When I called to inquire,They had a receptionist answeringThe phone. Now that is a class act! Very reasonably priced, if want to get your glam on. Loved it.

The staff was great. I had a groupon for a pedicure, manicure, and haircut. You can tell the staff takes great pride in their work. My experience was wonderful and I received great care.

Do NOT recommend!Made appointment for consult for custom topper with Dawn at Phoenix Salon. Was told custom color topper costs over $1,000. Was told I had to pay half down, so I did.Was told it would be 7 weeks. Heard nothing so I called to check on progress. Was told sorry, its a long road to China.Phoenix Salon finally called to schedule fitting for my topper. Live 1 hour away. Drove through storm. Was told oh we meant to call and cancel your appointment because your topper wasnt delivered. (They forgot to call to cancel my appointment).Over 2 months passed so I called. My topper finally arrived. Drove an hour there this morning. Couldnt believe it! Totally wrong color! Demanded money back.8 hours of driving (four 2 hour trips total) and lots of stress.So... its a long road to China? Unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Phoenix. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Brittany did a fantastic job on my nails! Phoenix Salon is truly a hidden gem. I will definitely be back!

Customer service from the front desk was terrible. She was texting and I was standing right in front of her just waiting to check in. I finally said something and she responded with oh honey you should have said something. There are bells on the door, its not hard to hear them. The nail tech was good. Overall the experience wasnt horrible but wasnt outstanding.

Brittany was SOOOO amazing! She did a wonderful job on my nails! She recently told me she could do acrylics so I will definitely be back!!!!

Truly loved the staff and the options! I felt like I was leaving a $$$ spa day and it was a great deal from Groupon! Hair manis and pedicure for 2 was $80.00! They offer massage, hair replacement options including reasonably priced but beautiful wigs and hair pieces for men and women! Its a hidden gem and a place we all deserve to splurge a little on because it is something we dont do for ourselves enough! Youll feel great about it when you are leaving Phoenix salon!

Not only was it grossly overpriced, it was sub par service, equipment, and environment. I could have done a better job at home, and the pedi was silly-soaking your feet in a tiny plastic bowl that was burning to the touch on the bottom. You would be better off just throwing your money away. I tried something new and will be going back to my normal salin...

If I could give 0 stars I would😠upon walking into the salon 4 of us wanted a Mani/pedi no one greeted us right away...however once the older lady did acknowledge us she appeared annoyed that we would even ask for a Mani/pedi w/o an appointment... She must have forgot the walkins welcome sign visibly displayed😏I wouldnt recommend anyone go there looking for pampering...etiquette 101 for this place😠

Horrible customer service soon as I walked in, it took a while for someone to greet me and when she finally came her attitude was awful. Myself and three others came to get Mani and pedi with a coupon from Groupon, the older lady stopped us in mid sentence and said o no u have to make an appointment for that, and anyway both of these ladies are on their last customer😠 I believe it was a better tone she could have used with us other than the snotty stuck up way she said it.

Had a groupon for a shellac manicure and pedicure! Awesome service, loved Alisa that did my nails she gave me great attention and conversation.
