Horrible mail polish painting older black lady I paid and left and went and got re painted same day how could u even think this was ok keptSaying it would wash off later nice lady but horrible skills

I finally found a place that listens to me when I tell them how I would like my nails done, And what shape I would like my nails. They did beyond a 5☆ job!! My nails look gorgeous and clean and natural, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend Them for any of your manicure or pedicure needs, you will not be disappointed! 5☆+++++++++++! ♡

I paid 90.00 dollars on Saturday for a pedicure and manicure. And wasnt even satisfied but after sitting there for three hours... I was over it. Yesterday, 3 days later, my polish on my toes was peeling off. And the way my hands look I might as well got a polish change instead of a manicured. She only put my hands in a bowl of water and cut my cuticles barely. Had to ask for cuticle oil after. So today I went back for them to fix it. And not only Am I still not satisfied. SHE CUT ME. And now Im trying to figure out if she did that on purpose. Lol... but no lol. What do yall think. Worth 90.00 hard earned dollars or not... BUT. Not.... I wont be doin this place no more.

My experience was great . I called and they got my daughter and I in right away . She was very patient with my four year old . We will definitely be back. Thanks for the service .

To begin with the rudeness of the 2 Asian nails technician. Walk into this place, everything look so messy, i decide to stop there because i was on the city for a family visit, so this is not a place i regular get my nails done. I only went there to get a regular pedicure, nothing fancy, no design. I pay 46.00 dollars because it was the original price 38.00 according to the technician but because I had gel polish and they have to removed it, they charge me extra 5 dollars. Didnt told me that prior me seating in the chair, i constantly have to remind her to paint the edges of my nails. I definitely do not recommend this place. I don’t have problems for paying a service as long tht is done correctly and clear communication. She claimed she told me that it was an extra charge for that, if that was the case I would not be writing a review right now. Because my answer would be no, thank you.

Mimi and Nancy did a pretty good job. It was too expensive for what you get. The women were very friendly! But gel polish should NEVER cost an additional $20 per set! I made an appointment for 3 pedicures at the same time and when we got there only 2 people working, i had to wait for mine till after my daughters were done. I wouldnt have minded had I been told when i made the appointments.. But by the time the 1 woman got to me, the water was cold and my daughters had to wait for me. The polish is not even.. My 1 big toe nail is not straight either. Mimi posted the first review for me! She asked for my phone then posted! No wonder the reviews are over 4 stars! I personally dont mind a 4yr old running around.. It didnt bother me like it might some. I also went on a Sunday so I understand completely! I have nothing negative to say as far as that.. Just a warning if you want quiet, I suggest go during school hours. Again, he wasnt bad or anything.. Just typical 4yr old.. And it did not affect the work done (to my knowledge). They were very nice but a bit too pushy. I am one to tip accordingly and they couldve seen a much better tip. (I have tipped 50% when worth it no matter original price). Maybe they dont realize you can change your review or too many people choose not to. Either way, it wasnt horrible but I have definitely had better at a lower price in a more expensive town! My bill was just over $200 and I left $30 tip if that is any indication. They worked hard but not well done. Sorry ladies but I have to tell the truth.

I see Tony every few weeks for a balance, pedicure & eyebrow wax. Tony used to teach manicurist skills in his home country and I swear he could do it in his sleep! Ive been going to him for 15 years because he is that good. I havent found anybody better & I refer all my friends here. He is very reasonable in his pricing as well....excellent value...highly recommended.

I came here with (2) best friends for a girls day. We all received beautiful pedicures. Mimi was super nice, very fun to talk to! Will definitely come again!!!I definitely recommend!

I tried them for the first and won’t be back.I went in for a nail balance and gel polish.My bill was $48.00 !One of my nails popped off the next day and some of my gel polish had started to chip off as well. There’s no sanitary protocol and the shop is dirty.I called to go back in and get it fixed.The same lady that did my nails the day before wanted to see my receipt!Thankfully I had it in my purse.My nails have continued to pop off.I’ve been getting my nails done for about 8 years now. I’ve never had any problems like this before at any other salon.Oh by the way don’t worry about making an appointment. You’re going to wait anyway !

It was nice at first they are super friendly, and I loved the acrylics I got at first. But the first hour jewels were popping of which made me kinda sad. And I notice the nail polish wasn’t thick enough or on it all (sides). And then on day two I noticed that they already need to be filled in....

The person doing my nails was very nice, however the place was not very clean and not a great color selection. It wasn’t busy but I felt the service was rushed and my gel nail polish could have been neater. I won’t be coming back.

After getting an amazing mani/pedi in Westerville, this did not come close. Nail polish began peeling day two. I still cannot remove base coat. It is like super glue when it is on your hands. I wanted my nails to look pedestrian I would have done them myself.

Nails Plus Hair is very unprofessional. The lady who did my acrylic fullset did not clip my nails or clean underneath before applying the nail tip. She also did not flush the nail tip to my natural nail. She reused a nail drill bit from another client. After she buffed my nails, she instantly applied clear coat. You are supposed to have your client wash their hands before applying the top coat. Also, when I called and asked how much a GEL fullset was and they said $45. Which I was fine with paying. However, at the register the lady told me $69.71. Also, the lady showed me a picture of a girl who did not pay her and hung her picture on the wall. Which is unacceptable. They are very unclean and unprofessional. Not to mention, i do not think the lady who was doing my nails was even certified!
