Janelle did a great job on my nails i showed her the picture and she gave me what I wanted they have good prices compared to other nail business near by. This was my first time getting Acrylics and she was very careful and gentle.

It was ok to me Im new in town and was able to get in pretty quick and the staff was friendly. My shellac chipped on day two and it was a little over priced but to be honest I didnt have time to go back to see what they would do so it may have just been that color shaping was good tho and overall I was satisfied

Did a very poor job at doing my nails , the younger one, not sure of her name. Definitely was either rushing because it was the end of the day or simply didn’t care or a little bit of both . Definitely thought about calling to see if she can redo them but I will just take my business somewhere . Also I had a really simple nails(gel) and nothing complicated either so it’s not like it should of been difficult.

Loved Janelle :) she mixed me a color that resembles Bubble Bath by OPI but i love it so much more! Wait time was crazy but it’s understandable. Will be coming back

I called because I broke an acrylic and was in a lot of pain, and asked to be seen as soon as possible. They got me in immediately, and my nail tech was extremely sweet and professional and fixed my nail with minimal pain. She even went out of her way to find a color that matched my other nails! This was not the nail salon that did my nails originally but she was more than willing to fix it! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon :)

The ladies were nice, but thats about it. I got a gel manicure. I wasnt too happy about it before I even left the salon. My Mom got a gel manicure as well. Hers looked a little better. But for whatever reason, we paid different prices for the same service and nearly the same color. Its been three days since my manicure and the color is completely gone on a nail. On top of everything, there was a gentleman in the establishment drinking (at 10 a.m.) and cursing. My experience at this salon was very disappointing and I would not go back.

1 week after n very expensive

Great customer service. But the details of an acrylic/gel manicure were not on point. I paid 53 dollars for a mani that didnt last me 2 weeks. Not including my 10 dollar tip.I wont put my stylist name out there but the polish was sloppy when I looked closer, the acrylic was put on very odd and I am frustrated they lasted a week and a half. They should have been growing out and still on at 2 weeks.I will not return!

Paris always hooks me up. If youre looking for a nail tech who can do actual art, this is the place.

These girls are amazing!!! Super friendly and funny as well!! Prices are phenomenal and they don’t charge for every tiny little thing like other places do. Every time I have went here I have had nothing but compliments on my nails!! I recently took my daughter and myself to another place to have our nails done (both full sets) and only reason was was bc NailBar was packed and had no time for us that day and I waited to long to go so we went to another and I was pleased until we went two weeks later for our balance which btw had to include, between the two of us, 6 repairs with simple polish, no designs or anything and my total came to $145, obviously I had no choice but to pay for it and then when my card was swiped I had an alert that I was charged $173, I asked them why and was told it bc of an automatic tip that is given when cards are swiped. I’m so mad at myself for even going to another business bc I know there are/is no-one around like these young ladies!!! I’m definitely taking my dtr this morning when I get off work and going for our balance!! I will never leave them again that’s for sure!!

I have been going here as a back up because my normal nail tech is always booked. I am so satisfied! Megan is professional and friendly. I always love my nails and they actually last.

I’ve been here several times and each time I had a “pretty good” experience. However this last time was horrible. The Owner did my nails on a Friday and it seemed like she was rushing the entire time and it definitely showed in my nails. She missed or totally forgot to do several steps while doing my nails which defiantly decreased the quality. Several of my nails popped off the same week and several more the following week. Also the rest were lifting so I ended up popping the rest off only 1 day after I was due for a balance. I texted the Owner and shared pictures with her of the set I received and how unhappy I was with her service. I did not expect any compensation , just a sincere gesture and new appointment date to get my nails fixed. But no reply so I will not be going back to this salon or referring it

I looked this place up online, since I had some free time while visiting family I thought Id treat myself to a way overdue pedicure. My experience was nice, a bit off putting at first but when your a guy walking in to a nail salon you can expect that everyone in the place will stop and look at you. The lady who did my pedicure was nice enough although she didnt introduce herself. I just went with the flow being a stylist myself I know its kind of awkward with new clients. The service was good, although, she didnt cut my cuticles, she just cleaned them up. The foot massage was awesome! The price was a bit of a shock at $30 plus tip, I would have expected a nicer place with better amenities. I dont pay that much for a pedicure at nicer places back home in Chicago. The staff was friendly but I doubt Id go back and I was hoping to find a place to stop at when I visit.

Asked if the wait would be long. She told me it would be less than 30 minutes. 45 minutes go by and the ladies working must’ve ordered food. They all gathered at the counter and began talking. so I asked how much longer it would be because I told them when I first came in that I had to be somewhere. They all looked like they were taking their time figuring out who’s food was for who so as I’m standing up she tells me that I still have to wait because there was other people in front of me. I asked her to let me know if it was going to be longer than 30 mins. Hate when salons do this and waste my time

Paris is my nail tech here and she is FABULOUS, and when shes not in the other nail techs are awesome too! Their very professional and their quick. My nails never fall off, because of this this is the only nail place I go to.

Its a nice little salon. When we walked we had asked what the wait time would be she said 15 mins. Which I didnt see how there was two other ladies waiting to get stuff done too. And there was only two employees. We waited for about 30 mins until we decided to somewhere else. While sitting there I decided to go online and check their reviews and a lot of them complained about hour or more wait time. My little girl was with me so I couldnt wait that long. Plus the ladies before me still had not been helped. Im sure they do a great job. Just wish she would been a little more honest with me about the time wait.

I was looking for a new place to go...tired of paying for nails that dont last for a week. Decided to try the Nail Bar hoping to find a good nail tech. The woman who did my nails was Amazing! She did exactly what I wanted! The place was so clean & great prices! I found my new fav place!

My friends and I called 2 days in advance to make an appointment. They told us they take walk ins and there was no need to make an appointment. 2 days later we arrived and as soon as we walked in a worker stated “I don’t know who’s gonna do their nails.” And everyone laughed. Although we did end up getting our nails done there they rushed through the process and our nails didn’t even last a week. The customer service was terrible, the nail quality was terrible and the amount of profanity used in the shop shows their unprofessionalism. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I know the owner and the ladies that work in the shop for a long while. I like them as people and Love their work!My nail tech Janelle is Awesone, her work is TOP quality! We sit and talk and laugh or sometimes just chill and enjoy the music .And Alicia who does pedicures is great, she gives a perfect pedi with the BEST leg-foot massage EVER! I fall asleep every time. So relaxingTHE prices are the best in town for the great quality of work. I’m very satisfied and have been going for over 5 years.

Used grinder to cut cuticle and it hurt like hell and cutt my skin, she was on her phone the whole time and put the wrong color sparkle and didnt make good spooky designs also cost me 63$ and some nails arent evenly cut. Also got a pedicure which was ok but she didnt do anything other than soak my feet and paint them barely got rid of the dead skin on them and didnt even trim my toenails. They charged 30 for those. So disappointed that I had to fix them afterwards.

Meggan does an amazing job and there are so many options that these ladies offer in regards to what they can do to your nails. I will never go anywhere else in toledo!

I was never told the name of my nail tech. She was late to our appointment and then rushed through the work. I was charged 46 for a fill in, polish change and shape up. My nails are bumpy on top NOT SMOOTH like they should be and after only 3 days the GEL polish is already chipping off. She used fingerpaints brand which is the least professional brand you can use, and other salons wont use because of quality. This was only $9 cheaper then what I got originally and that polish lasted 3 weeks without chiping at all. Im very dissapointed and will never go back and will continue to tell everyone about this horrible experience

I sat there for a whole hour for them to tell me i cant get my nails dont because she has to leave to get her children. They always have close friends there that they love doing there nails. But anyone else they will just let u sit there. They dont put appointments in the book ive made 2 appointments that i ended up having to cancle because of theire mis-communication. They are verry good with nails but horrible with service and people skills ive tried this 3 time now then i called and was asking questions and the lady hung up on me just rude she needs to be fired.
