Cute little shop and the girls are great! I have gone 2 times and both times they were very accommodating to my schedule and did great work.

Had a full set and 1 balance done... chipped a nail before nye I wrote her about fixing it never responded.... went elsewhere for the next balance they had to remove every nail bc every single one was lifting and needed a whole new set

Asked for matching toe and finger nails, or to somehow come together with the same colors, I have 3 different shades of purple, and not in a good way. Total different colors on my toes than fingers. It no way even goes together. I kept asking if she was going to tie it all together somehow...., And not only that, they are all very uneven, sharp, and the Polish does not even cover the nail. Going somewhere tomorrow to get them fixed.

Sylvia & her cowoker (I unfortunately never caught her name 😫) were AWESOME. My mom & I traveled almost 2 hours from MI to get our nails done and we were not disappointed. The phone rang off the hook, due to extenuating circumstances, but I never once felt neglected. They were personable, ACCOMODATING, and best of all hilarious (the kind of girls you want to be friends with!) I would highly recommend, and well be back hopefully in the near future!

I had made an appointment Wednesday afternoon (March 4) for the following Sunday (March 8) at 9:30 am. It is currently 10:34am, Sunday, March 8, the doors are still locked, no one has answered the phone, and after messaging the facebook page at the time of my appointment I still have yet to hear back from anyone. I was planning to spend some time with and pay for my mother, little sister and myself to have our nails done and try out a local place as we’ve never been to this location before. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received.

I absolutely love this salon. I travel almost 30 minutes and pass many other shops, every 2 weeks, faithfully, to see Tangela. She had been my tech for years and while I have tried a couple other places, none of them can match the quality of service I receive at Nail Fanatics!

Tried the salon for a balance since I was in the area. Never again. Should have just waited and made an appointment at another salon. Had a cracked nail that she never reinforced so 2 days later it cracked again then 3 days after that had another crack. Very disappointed.

These ladies are a joy when you are there to get your nails done absolutely love to their company and they do fantastic work

Tried to schedule an appointment for myself and my friend, while asking for hours of operation, prices, additional procedures, I was met with a lot of huffing and puffing and major attitude from Tangela, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was advised she is the owner, I replied I would never set foot in her business and would be sure to let anyone who would listen if the owner is as rude and obnoxious as she I can only imagine how bad the employees must be...Tangela obviously customer service is NOT your strong point, at the very least youve lost 2 potential customers, and if I can help if many more to come! (one star is more generous than you deserve, but unable to post otherwise)
