Absolutely disgusting! The first time I went the son did a great job, but it wasnt the cleanest place. Yesterday I went, even nastier and the lady who did my toes, at first i thought looked good, but when i left, i noticed was something my 2 year old granddaughter could do. NEVER ever again!!

The person who did my nails what super nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. But the job as you can see is poor. Looks like I put fake nails from Walmart, even worse. I will never come back. This was just yesterday and you can see the details how bad they are.....

Very unprofessional. Quality of work is poor from Linda. Attitudes terrible. Doesn’t repair work after poorly done due to her being offended if you ask for other worker besides her!

I got my toes painted (gel polish) and my daughter’s nails painted. Her polish came off next day and so did my gel toe polish. The lady with the smart mouth and short cut did both of ours and she laid the gel polish on so thick it peeled completely off my toe. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn’t care what she says. I will never go back and she has ruined my first time experience.

They are very disrespectful, the salon nasty, hoarders, cluttered, dirty & very unprofessional. The lady kicked me out her shop because I didn’t want the service & called other places for nail service. She said I’m being disrespectful to her shop, I would not ever recommend anyone to come here. No one didn’t even sanitize the chairs or the utilities. Also, doesnt mop or vacuum the floors. It smells bad like dead skin & dirty water.

If you care about how your nails look do not go here. They do acrylic nails super thick, cannot shape, and the gel polish they use is so cheap it comes off. I gave one star because it was required but the skill level is -1. They do big square nails from the 90s’ and they favor clients that are dumb enough to tip big for bad work. The younger guy that sits in the back and the black girl are the only ppl I would let touch me here.

They need to pay attention to your requests and honor them.

Google times are wrong with the Wednesday and Thursday times being from 10am - 6am. Also, a friend and I called and we were told we could walk in and get our nails done, and when we got there at arrived time, nobody was there.

They are terrible I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go here. They unprofessional and don’t take their time they only care about the money not your nails. I will never spend my money here again 🙅🏽‍♀️🙅🏽‍♀️

Ive been coming to Hot Nails for some years now & I always leave satisfied. I let the male Sam do my 💅 he does a great job & they last quite awhile, none of my nails come off or lift fast! Ive recommended alot of people to them! Great Service😁

Ive been going here for at least 6 years I usually have a great experience but not today this is the worst job Ive ever had from them my nails are not the same length bubbles in the acrylic Im not happy at all and Im not sure Ill be returning if this is how they are going to be doing nails now.

The owner told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Over 2 hours later after she let others cut I was finally taken care of. Don’t go here!

Love this place! I come from Perrysburg just to get my manicure & pedicure done. I refuse to go anywhere else! Linda & Sam are great with the full sets & Amy is great with the pedicures if you want a nice full set & beautiful baby soft feet come see them at hot nails😀

Nails dont last long

This place gave my nail a fungus when I took my acrylic off after two weeks I noticed a green spot under my nail. I will never come back here there very short staff so I doubt they sanitize there products between customers it’s a no for me.

It was hot in the salon . Need to do a full cleaning of the shop its just dirty. Linda will tell you its a 15 minute wait but you still sitting there half hour later you are waiting 😏

My nails look great! But the process was messy and terrible... they got the glue on my finger and it burned so bad and the lady filed my nail sooo hard and the employees were cussing up a storm.

Amy always keeps good conversation and company and does a damn good job with the pedicures. Your guaranteed to leave with baby bottom soft feet

I used to love going there but they always open late then today on a tuesday afternoon I go there and they are closed no sign as to the reason why so I think im going to find a new spot to go to

I happened to drive past on a Sunday, everywhere else was closed but they looked opened.. so I decided to give them a try. Only one nail tech was in and she was very sweet.. but in all honesty, Ive never had such a bad nail job. She burned my nail beds with the file over and over, cut my cuticles in multiple places, the acrylic was applied much too thick and they were all extremely crooked and misshapen. When I left the skin all around my nails were red and swollen and my nails were very sore. I will obviously never go back and definitely do NOT recommend.

They have decent prices but the older man that works in there gives diffrent prices than everyone else,but does the worse nails evvvvver. Theyre never on time and do not have the correct times displayed on the door, but the main lady I think her name Linda tries to make up for the flaws and do good nails when shes not rushing.

We made an appointment and they said they would call us then closed before we could get in, when we came back shop was empty, and doors were locked.

Came home on vacation and decided to get my nails done. They were passing two drills back and forth. Acrylic purple liquid was in baby food jars. Pedicure chair cushions were broken. No air conditioning- back door propped open. Dust over all nail polish bottles. Old gel polish that rippled when put under lamp- no swatches of any kind of polish, period. Owners creepy boyfriend was roaming around. I think unlicensed people work there because the people that did feet couldnt do nails. Ill never go back. The health dept and board of cosmotology need to investigate. Oh! And nail polish started coming off in two days and nails started breaking in 4 days. My nails were done by the owner!

SO YESTERDAY WHEN I WENT IN I WAITED A HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES AND I TOLD THE MAN THAT I WANTED MY NAIL ACRYLIC THICK BECAUSE THEY BE BRAKING HE GETS MAD JUMPS UP AND SAYS IM NOT DOING YOUR NAILS U WILL WAIT FOR HER I SAID NO I WAITED LONG ENOUGH I JUST WANT MY NAILS THICK SO THEY WONT BRAKE HE SAID I DO NATURAL LOOK AND REALLY MADE ME GET OUT MY SEAT FOR THE NEXT B**CH TO START THEY NAILS AND THOUGHT I WAS ABOUT TO WAIT!! SHE NEED TO LET THAT NASTY LIEN IMPATIENT RUDE ASS HUSBAND OF HERS GO! HE MAKE THAT SHOP LOOK LIKE THAT HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE! I WILL NOT RETURN THERE.

Customers services is horrible!!! The place is dirty and the employees are very rude especially the man!! Sign clearly states theyre open until 7 but they stop taking customers at 5 and they werent busy. If I could leave a rating without giving a star I would! This place needs to be shut down. Please spend your money else where these people DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY!

This is the most unprofessional nail shop I have EVER been to and dirty as ever! I had just got off the road from a 10 hour drive from North Carolina. I was calling all around to nail shops in the area to find someone to fix 2 nails i had broken on the way here. I have a liquid gel set which is apparently not as popular in this area as it is down south. Nonetheless they were the only ones out of 10 shops that I called that said they did it. After a 45 minute wait i finally sit to get my nails fixed I reiterate theyre a liquid gel set to which the lady agreed she could do. She filed them down placed a new tip on and proceeded to pull out acrylic. I state again i asked for liquid gel and she says oh you just want me to put gel polish on? Trying to remain calm i let her know i didnt think she understood what i was trying to say so she told me to go somewhere else she couldnt help me. Worst customer service ever for her mistake a waste of my time in a filthy business at that!

Horrible service waited 2.5 hours for a balance just for my nails to look like trash!1. They have a sign on the door that says NO KIDS yet they had their kids running around including a small baby....2. I was there over 3 hours just for a balance3. They had no a/c just fans that was blowing nail clippings all over my clothes and in my face and it was VERY hot and muggy in there4. It looks dirty and unsanitary5. They left acrylic around my fingers I asked for them to get it off 3 times STILL left with it on there.6. They are not friendly at allThis has been the WORST nail experience EVER I will NOT be returning!

Cheap polish. Had 3 nails break. Polish only lasted 3 days before it started chipping.

I came into the establishment looking to get a full set and a pedicure. The worker lets out signs of frustrating telling the other customer she just did a 11pedicures today continue complaining about her day. Very bad experience for me unprofessional to say the least.
