Worst place ever. 3 nails broke within 7 days and they refuse to replace them. DONT GO HERE!!

Worst experience will not return!! My nails look horrible. Big nails and they are already chipping and look like a beginner did them.

Its only 2 men working and evrybdy prefer the younger guy (he not young)& his hours a limited catch him when u can.

Andy did my nails awesome ass job only paid 24$ will be returning for balance. Waited a while he had a lady already in his chair but it was ok. Only thing they quit taking clients at 7:30 but dont close till 8 if they stayed open a lil later they would have 5 stars.... Turns any normal polish to matte😁

I will never return here, my jel nail polish started to lift of my nails and had tons of bubbles because the coat underneath was still wet also cut me with the Dremel

Went and got my toes done and I just got out the shower and the polish is already peeling and I got gel paid $68 for my pedicure

Love it here! Reasonable prices and Andy does a great job so does him mom, she did mine today their both great at what they do!!! And the price is awesome 25 full set!

I have been going here a few months now and am very happy with the work. Only a cpl issues tho: my nails break easily (like sometimes within 3 or 4 days of getting them done), the colors chips frequently and I have said ouch more then a few times while getting them done. I have always been satisified with the outcome and Tom has been the only one to ever get my nails shaped exactly how I like. Its cheaply affordable which works especially since i pay for me and my 16 yr old there and she CONSTANTLY breaks her nails. I will continue going there unless someone convinces me to try somewhere else thats better and cheaper....

Okay now Queen nails thats my shop Ive been going there for 20 years. I love the people that work there they are my friends. We laugh and joke they talk funny and i know they talk about me but I still go. They do my nails like I want them to be done thats what I like. Thank you Queen nails on a Alexis 20 East Alexis.

This was one of the worst experience that Ive EVER had at a nail salon. The older guy did horrible on my toes and hands. I even give him the opportunity to rectify the situation. He didnt think that anything was wrong with what I was saying that was wrong with my nails. Although, the Polish was bubbled and the glitter was literally coming off of my fingers in his face. He did not fix it. My bill was $79 and some change. He act as if, it wasnt his problem. Horrible experience. So, from my experience I give them a 1 star.

First of all i was cut four times and made bleed, he dig into my cuticle. no color options, all cheap brands anyway. my nail shape was good, but have a huge bump on my pinky finger. seemed like i had to have them filled right after i got them done and the nail polish looked AWFUL. i had to redo them with my own nail polish at home. will not be going back. took forever as well.

I NEVER do reviews but this place is gross! Smelled liked cigarettes in there. It was so bad I left before being waited on. Carpet looked very dirty and I just wastnt feeling it. Didnt seem clean....

An older man did my pedicure. It was streaky and he left parts of my nails unpainted. I think hes just getting too old for the practice. A younger man fixed it and they looked great.

I was apprehensive because of the other reviews I read. The shop is small and not updated (looks very 80s-90s) but it doesnt matter, I care about the way my nails look for the price I paid. The man who did my nails took his time and made sure they were perfect before I left, and a full set was only 23$. They dont have a huge selection of nail polish, and most are cheap brands (LA colors, etc) but if you dont mind or bring your own, they do an EXCELLENT job. Dont mind the look of the shop, its worth it for the final product! Im only giving 4 stars for the lack of polishes, otherwise theyre GREAT

Worst fill job Ive ever had. Bumpy, nail polish all over my finger tips. I really think the guy was high or drunk. He completely forgot my thumbs. I thought it was an April fools gag until he tried to send me to the drier like that. Save time and money. Go elsewhere.

My nails are a mess. Color is uneven and gel polish is bubbling up and it tacky. Paint job looks like a child did it. If I survive the apocalypse I won’t be back.

I giving them one star because my nails didnt feel like a acrylic it was like it was fake or something. And the old man need to stop doing nails want to know why because my nails were half painted. And trust me the nails dont even last long so just save your money . oaky

I have a terrible experience here my nails was not done correctly paint with sloppy acrylic with sloppy nail was not measured right and the person that was doing my nails got up and walked away I still have kryllyk underneath my nails Im supposed to have plastic nails theyre not even shape right
