So I went in for a pedicure and the lady told me 70 I walked right out

Nails turned out good but they are expensive 70$ for a balance is to much. I only go here if I am in a pinch for time.

They do a very nice job so gentle they turn out beautiful every time

My little 10 year old cousin and I went here to get our nails and toes done. I paid for her to get a gel Mani and Pedi. The Mani was 35$ and the Pedi was 55$ so her total was 90$ for her Mani-Pedi. The same night she went home and went to bed and woke up the next morning and her entire big toe polish came right off in her sock. Then the day after that she had 2 finger nail polishes come straight off. She wasnt doing anything major with her hands or feet for this to happen. So Im pretty disappointed that I spent 90$ for the polish to just come off in one piece.

Butchered. Bloody. Sadists. Left before they could destroy my nails any further.. wish I had walked out sooner . He actually made me pay him $45 and blamed the bloody nails on me.

My original acrylics were painfully pried up with nail clippers and called ahead to see if they could do designs when I got there they werent able to do any that I wanted.

I was concerned going to a salon because of covid. But alpha nails really did their best to protect us. Cleaned after each customer including the door handle. Thanks alpha nails.

I have no clue how this place is still in business.... they act like they never shaped a nail in there live .... I would not recommend this place at all.. had to walk out before he had even done them completely

The worst pedicure known wont let you soak your feet told me she didnt have time to wait. Water was cold and she wanted to argue its supposed to be like that. Is this a joke . Get a restaurant because this is not your calling

Do not go here! There are only 2 workers. The man and his wife. The man does great on the nails, but the wife butchered my toes! I paid $87 for an acrylic fill w/ gel polish and a pedicure. She did not scrub my feet and left rough patches and she cut a chunk of skin off my toe! She was very rough and acted like it was my fault it happened and kept trying to paint it as blood is just flowing out. Almost cost $100 just so i could leave injured... Save your money and your toes!

As they were trying to remove my prior gel polish, they could not actually tell that it was gel polish. They thought it was acrylic because of the quality of the gel that I had on my nails. They could not seem to get it all off. (Kiddos to Liz nails in Maumee. Unfortunately, they were out of the country. )They trimmed my nails unevenly and sanded the beds of the nails unevenly as well. When it was time to polish the nails, she immediately started with the color. There were no base coats applied at all. I am used to getting three base coats followed by three coats of nail polish and finished off with three coats of top coat.The policy applied, was see-through in some spots and gloppy and others. The machine that dries the nails in between coats couldnt be moved from hand hand because it would fall apart. The polish looked terrible as it was placed upon uneven nail beds. She did apply one Thin top coat. They charged me $35 for this service. Thats outrageous. And when I got to the car, the Polish on one of the fingers wasnt even dried so it smudged at the base of the cuticle.This was a terrible experience. There were only about 30 colors to choose from. The staff appeared nice, but they definitely were not well trained in their craft.

I went in to get acrylic nails, the employees seemed really nice but when i left my nails were uneven. days later my nails cracked and started bubble. i tried to confront them and they were rude and completely unreasonable.

Got in fast put me in chair that only do lower back and Pedi only took 5min. No attention they usually take at the least ,20min will never come back they suppose to do full leg massage nope not worth the money I work to hard for mine! It was only myself and other lady.

My mother in law went in for a manicure and the person that did it was so rough with her. Two days after having it done her natural nail split to the point where she almost lost her nail. She and I will never go back there again if I could do no stars I would

I paid 90$ For full set and pedicure. Came back because he didnt put nails on correctly stuff got between the nails, he tried to fix but it looks terrible. Then he asked where did I get my nails done at THE MALL! No dummy YOU did my nails. Omg! I gave 1💫 but Its really - 7stars. DONT GO TO ALFA NAILS!

I told the man I wanted long coffin nails and he gave me short square-round nails. The lady did a horrible paint job (it was lumpy and uneven).. a horrible experience for the cost of $50.. waste of money, never coming here again.. please read before going!

Did a great job. Went in with UGLY hands and feet. Came out with beautiful nails.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst pedicure Ive ever had, no massage, still had rough patches afterwards... gel lamp was going in and out and the lady acted like it was something I was doing wrong.. took her longer to paint my nails than to do the entire pedicure. Will never be back!!

Worst pedicure in the world! I tried this place not only once but gave them a second chance, there are only two people who work there so it takes a very long time before you can get in and the service SUCKS! The lady hurt my feet VERY bad and was very unapologetic and rough. I don’t know how this place is even open, terrible!

Three nails broke off the same day. When I went back the next day, the guy who did my manicure was not there so I couldnt get the repairs done.

I went at 630 and was told they were closed when the sign read walk ins until 8pm. I was turned away because no workers. Do not go to this place.
