I visited on Sunday, and now my car is scratched!! I originally got the subscription here, to see if itll help get the funk off the front of my car, didnt help. Still dirty,. Then noticed a nice scratch on the truck. Called and visited to file a complaint, and he seemed like I was bothering him. Said those cant come here. He never wrote anything down, didnt take pictures or even asked my name. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION.

I like this place over some other carwashes because they have attendants who pre-rinse your car before it goes through the wash. Many more free vacuums than other washes too

Lost their personal touch. Its all automated. No greeting, vacuuming, extra scrubbing when needed. and no towel jockies at the exit. All you get now is a trip through the garage.

I get my car washes here frequently. Great staff, quick line, and good wash. Now if the others in line would learn to be patient and correctly watch where they should be in line instead of rushing to be in front, it would be that much better for everyone!

Was a member for the winter months, liked that I never had to open a window or scan anything. It was done automatically through their members only lane. Like that this location doesnt have workers outside after your car wash to dry the vehicle with towels when its 10 degrees outside. Workers have always been nice, dont interact with them very much.

It just seems so mediocre anymore! Not sure if it is me or people just dont have any pride in their work. I realize they work at a car wash, but when you see someone come through for a second time, immediately following their first... well, you think they would make a little extra effort the second time around. I called the main office in Toledo to discuss my displeased experience and was told, Well, we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Some are complaining it takes too long, so we have told the guys to focus on the windshield and the top of the vehicle. Are you kidding me, people are paying monthly fees to have their cars washed. I pay a monthly fee and expect it to come out clean... not meticulous, but clean. This is what I drove off with after my second run through. Its unbelievable to me as an owner of a reputable car wash that you would be okay with this. My experience was at their Adrian, MI location.

The worst detail job ever! The worst customer service ever! Coffee, chocolate, crumbs, crayons, etc etc and now no cover the my rear windshield wiper! This was a birthday present to myself and I can just say I don’t think I’ve ever felt so robbed in my whole life. This lady came out and she was extremely rude and told me that if I had enough time to sit there and stand there then I have enough time to get it re-done. I told her no I don’t I work so many hours I barely even have any time to myself I can’t be down a car another day or many more hours it was the very end of the day anyways. So I told her to at least just give me half of my money back I mean I even tipped $25. She said no and to basically get out of there. So I told her I was going to call the cops and she said I don’t care as she laughed and walked inside business is down here now. Then the cops came and told me to basically we have to file small claims. I told him I planned on doing that and canceling my monthly membership. Once the cops came some gentleman came out of nowhere and said that I was extremely rude and I need to get off their property because he’s trying to conduct business. I just let the gentleman know that I didn’t even see his face or even deal with them so how would he even know in anyway shape or form how I was or how I was spoke to from his own employees. Beyond the most unprofessional rude thieves I’ve ever met. And I didn’t even get any coupons for free washes like I was supposed to receive.

Love them... My car always look glass when I leave there. And with the 17.00 dollar a month pass. You can wash your car and vacuum every day if u like..how can you loose.

I drive 12 miles to come to this car wash Im a platinum member and every time I come in there it never gets the back of my car come on guys do something better please

Top notch equipment since the remodel, good strong vacuums, nice quality washes. As an extra they have two doggie wash stations open 24 hours, that is an excellent feature.

Quite possibly the greatest automated car wash in NW Ohio. The only one I ever went to that was better was in Arizona where they hand dried the cars with air guns, that is the only difference. Monday through Wednesday are some great specials. This wash now has a DOG wash which is awesome when you dont want to soap up old Fido and clog your tub with hair. They also have detailing that is very good. Easy in, Easy out onto Secor too. Getting ready to purchase three months of unlimited washes because black cars and winter do not mix...

This location is awesome! Its brand new, and has a lot of spaces with free vacuums as well as clips to hang your floor matts on. I saw a dog wash in there as well!! Im not sure what else they have on either side of the dog wash, but I am very happy with the whole place!

Just not the same since the remodel. They dont clean the inside of your car anymore. No towel dry leaves water spots. My rims are never completely clean after a wash. The brushes scratched my paint. Were done with these clowns. We will be taking our business elsewhere

Absolutely the best car wash in toledo. Paid 7 dollars , and my car sparkled. It was really dirty too.Free vacs, carpet machine to wash rugs. Heck you can bring your lil dog to and wash them at the dog wash

Got my car super clean and free vacuums!!

Asked for the $7.00 economy wash. They half-heartedly hosed down my car with soapy water and then sent us off through the wash tunnel. None of the washing mechanisms moved. They just flopped over my car as it passed underneath. There was no rinse of clear water to was off the soap. There was no drying or wiping the car when it came through the tunnel. I know it was only $7, but it will be the last $7 they ever get from me. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Based on a quick Google search for hand wash car washes, I CHOSE Russs Auto wash North. They do NOT offer hand wash service.My 2 STAR rating isnt because of an outdated web search. It is because, after paying for the top offering of service, my vehicle was not cleaned. No problem, Ill run through again.I encountered sarcastic animation by both attendants spot-treating my vehicle. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I PAID for a wash. This infers the car will be clean..not spotless but free of bugs and dirt. Whether I pay for top wash or basic, it is a reasonable expectation to leave the car wash with a clean vehicle. (Without hostility or attitude)I will CHOOSE a different establishment in the future.

They do an OK job if you get the full works package dont do very good with the tire dressing or drying off the car completely still needs to be wiped down got a scratch on my brand new Lexus From their brushes Its a good place but Im trying to find another car wash that really takes pride in their work.

Courteous people, vehicles are always clean

On their unlimited monthly plan for a few months now and really like it. Rarely is there a wait, the wash does a good job, and the free vacs are really nice. I use their remodeled Secor location. Their single was price isnt bad either, check their website for a coupon.

This may be the best drive though car wash Ive ever been to. Im from Detroit and we have great car washes here but this one was state of the art. Solid wash for $10!

Since the remodel this is my first trip back. it was amazing it looks so clean seem very efficient the technology is much more advanced than any other car wash Ive ever been to they also have now unlimited washes for a monthly payment which is probably the route that Im going to go and they have a really cool lava wash which the soap looks like hot lava and it glows red I havent done this wash yet but the person in front of me did and it looks really cool definitely something cool to do if you have little people under 10 in your car they would get a kick out of it

Russs Auto Wash is GREAT. I like the way the have it set up now. You can pick what you want done to your car and that is the way it will be done. It is more efficient now. You also can use the vacuums when you get your car washed. I really would recommend Russs Auto Wash to anyone.

Good car wash I get the works plan however there is always water residue on my back windshield. I have noticed this on multiple vehicles. I usually just use a towel and wipe it myself. They used to have someone that would dry the vehicle but now it’s just automated

There not nearly as good as they use to be. The cost is way to much for what you get. My truck looks terrible. They only good is the free vacuum. Ill never go back

Very clean for a basic wash!

Best car wash I’ve found so far. For the 18$ a month for the basic car wash every day you can’t beat it. If you go 5 days a week it’s less than 1$ a day to have your car washed. Well worth it to me.

Best place in Toledo to get a car wash. Despite what others have commented about the owner keeping tips is 100% false. I personally know the owner tips are dispersed among employees on their checks. During the remodel they will be putting in Vacuums. I appreciate the customer service and how great my car comes out when I get washes here. Thanks Russ’!

Had a very good experience there....used a groupon...they were very helpful....turned in validation code and was able to use rig hgt away...went thru quickly....went to center on laskey and secor...has been renovated ....free vaccums....fast friendly service

Great car wash! Good deals on monthly packages. However, seems to be a game with employees of shutting off vacuums while youre in the middle of vacuuming.today, pulled into vacuum station ,they were off. Was told to pull around and use other side. In the middle of vacuuming they shut them off again. Tall guy with dreads tells use the other side, really? Just moved from there he laughed and walked away.been a client since opening day, maybe you could wait for one, only one, car to finish, or, brilliant idea,ask how long they need before just shutting down those stations. Giving you 2 stars this day

I am a member and go here often but I have a few setbacks (I have been going here for a few weeks after the remodel for reference). I drive an F-150. Yesterday 2/13/18 I was there and I went through the gate like I normally do but didn’t make it all the way through with the line. The sensor must be on the ground and my truck too high because the gate came down and smacked the bed of my truck before I could make it past it. That was a big red flag for me. The only other 2 small drawbacks I have is the workers never look happy to see you. Just upset if you are not moving up quick enough and the dryers never can dry off the tailgate of my truck. At this time of the year it then freezes on my drive home. Overall like the value for the money but improvements can be made easily

I never thought I could get addicted to washing my car...since I only wash it twice a year (besides rainy days, lol)...but this car wash is amazing. I bought the unlimited washes and well worth every penny.

I used to love this place. A couple weeks ago, went through expecting at least as good of a job if not better in the newly revamped wash and instead my car was very poorly washed. And I bought the 2nd most expensive package. It was extremely disappointing.
