Decent car wash, but the spot free rinse didnt work.

Deluxe wash did nothing but smear my jeep.

It used to do a good job but the last two times I went there for an automatic wash, it malfunctioned. The underbody wash and the initial rinse apparently dont work at all anymore. The last time it applied wax which I do not want! Im never going back!

Worst car wash ever! Being close to work, I like to stop and wash my car on the way to work. Three times over the past few years it has taken my money and no wash. The last time, there was an attendant working. I told him that the wash started and no water, just spinning brushes (to give it that scratched up look). He told me I would have to send my receipt in and that there was nothing he could do. No response from the company! I will take my car down the street to Conrads. Only 1/2 mile away. Even though I will have to go after work instead of before because of their hours. Just give the attendants a tip. They earn it by actually washing and drying your car by hand. BTW, after pulling out of the automatic wash because it was just spinning brushes with no water, I went to the self rinse bay. Put my credit card in and only washed for a few minutes. NO SOAP WOULD COME OUT. CAME HOME AND CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD. $8 FOR A FEW MINUTES.

I attempted to go through the automated car wash bay sometime ago. The bay started to wash my car and then stopped immediately. With no attendant there at the time, I followed the directions near the change machine and left my name, phone number, my receipt from my purchase, and what happened. When I got home I also emailed the company about what happened. I was never contacted about getting my refund. Im very disappointed about the lack or customer service. Sadly, I have been a customer there since, only because of the convenience of the location. I would recommend keeping your receipt in case this happens to you, but apparently it doesnt matter because they wont contact you anyway.

Automatic car wash, took my money and did not wash my car. Very disappointed will not come here again. Lights to tell you to enter, are behind the the brushes so you can’t see what it wants you to do.

Theyre cheap yes! But their sweet smelling soap caused me to have lots of spiders inside my car last summer, and all the tree debis and dust sticks to my car, so their soap is no good. Expresso Car Wash in Maumee 201 Illinois is a place that I worked and their basic car wash is about $6.00 they dry your car for free and for a small price you get your interior and door jams clean. Their soap does not have a sweet smell nor does and debris stick from the soap. Your welcome.

Lets see,, my car is an older car Soooooo on that note at times I think if I wash my car it will fall apart cuz sometimes I wonder if its the dirt holding it together!!! Lol. However the water worked, my car came out in one piece, so yup I give this care wash ✌ the peace sign of yup this place is ok with me lol

Garbages all over flowing & not on the best side of town. 2 people came sifting through the trash while I was cleaning out car/vacuuming...a little uncomfortable.

It was gross, the car vacs had like zero suction, and were so dirty! And expensive. The car wash missed so many spots. On my way home I passed a place that looked a lot cleaner with free vacs with a wash, I go there now.

I liked it because it is comfortably set up and the pressure from the car washers work very well. Only there are some people who do not think that this is a benefit for everyone and we must keep the area clean. Just as we wash cars because we want to see them clean, so we must maintain our work area and throw garbage inside the containers and not outside them, because that makes the place ugly. We have to be aware of this. Thank you very much for your support
