Only place in Toledo that I know of where you can get your car cleaned inside & out. All the new car washes and even the old redone ones now only offer outside washing. What Water does a great job inside & out. 😊

Paid $15?for simple exterior wash and tire shine. Tire shine not rubbed in and looks terrible. I have to go home and fix it now. Also barely dried the car at all and tipped as well. Not going back. Go to Soft Touch instead.

I paid $25 for premium service. Almost nothing was cleaned on the inside. They wetted down the mats so much that there were puddles so I had to take them out and wipe them down. Seats and carpet werent vacuumed. Spots on the doors and leather weren’t cleaned. I brought it up to one of the workers and he just said he didn’t do it and I could drive around and start all over. I didn’t have time for that. They used to do a good job. I won’t go back.

This is by far the BEST car wash in toledo. They use clean water and wont scratch your valuable cars. I take all my babies here. Special thanks goes out to Alex who is literally amazing! Employees like Alex and Steve are why I come here.

After paying over $25 for their premium wash the best wash they offer. I BET their exotic cars out front get better treatment.

Steve really knows his business. Ive used Whitewater numerous times and only had one issue which was handled before I left. They do a great job for a real value!

My car came out of the wash, they rolled it up to get detailed he grabbed the towels threw them on my hood. Another vehicle rooled out and he completes that car, another rolls out and he that vehicle while my car sat there drying on its own. They never did the exterior just my windows and tires. I paid for premium plus and didnt receive that service. My car is spotty on the outside due to dying on its own. I have gone there many times but after today I wont be back. Terrible to sit and wait while he does two other vehicles before he got to mine.

They do vacuum inside and the first time I went they wiped everything down on the inside but the last couple times I went they didnt and wash the outside and and dry it I think for about $30

Great in and out wash!

I came to this car wash specifically to get the inside of my car vacuumed and cleaned. The exterior was already clean. I told the Manager that when I walked in the door. When I received my car the inside was still dirty the floor still had leaves and dirt on it. Water bottles was under the seats and I was charged $25.00.This was the worst car wash that I have ever had.

The best place in Toledo to get your car washed. There are a wide variety of services offered, and all are beyond reasonably priced in my opinion. Not only is the customer service here great, but they also do a wonderful job cleaning cars... . . . Inside and out! If you care about your car, this is where you should go.

I paid for the full inside and outside detail not they did everything when I got home found out that the passenger side was not detailed, No air freshener. When I walked out to my car and they had my stereo blaring almost on full blast. Thank God they didnt blow my speakers. They did a decent job but I wont go back.

WORST car wash ever!! Dont waste the money on the inside outside wash. I literally had to pull my weather tech mats out and pour the water soapy water out of them before I could get back into my car. You could wipe down the inside with a wet cloth yourself better than than what they did for $20

Got full service today, tipped over 20%, got to my next stop, only to discover the whole front of my car was still covered in bugs and assorted gunk. The interior needed more attention than it got as well. The staff was very nice, however a better job was neede .

Just left there and got a full service wash. Bird poop still on vehicle the insides was barely vacuumed and it looks like they didnt even wipe down the doors or dash. Terrible terrible. Not $25 well spent. And tipped them $5 as I just assumed it was going to be good since I had gone there before. Terrible quality of a wash inside and out. I do not recommend this place.

I specifically asked for my windows be cleaned and they didnt do it. The worker told me that he did them. I tried calling to report it with no answer.

Outside was great! Inside-not so much. Full service is not worth it :/. Dashes clean-mats half clean cup holders etc -not touched.

Over priced for sure, but they did a good job on my vehicle. Never a line, so I was in and out quickly.

Do not spend your money here! The sign out front says $5.00 car washes daily. When I counted my change, the car wash had cost $10.00! Upon contacting the establishment, I was informed that the $5.00 car washes are only Monday and Tuesday. Shame on them for false advertising!

Paid 25.00 for the inside and out. Horriable job. Didn’t vacuum the back of the SUV. Didn’t wipe cup holders nor doors. DONT waste your time

I paid $25 for a premium car wash, they did a good job vacuuming my car, but, the windows were smeared, almost worse than they were before. I had the young lady clean them again, and still wasnt happy...I really got pissed when she asked me is that good enough? I was ready to ask for the $5 tip back. Thats the last time Ill be spending my money there, a shame, its close to home.

I paid $25.00 for a “Premium “ car wash and my car was still very dirty when it was done. Lots of missed spots. Rims were still dirty, dash and counsel still dusty in spots. Windows were awful, streaky and again many missed spots. Very disappointed.

Called to ask for tips or advice on opening a car wash. The owner hung up in seconds. That was very rude and disrespectful.

For $24.00 I would have thought I wouldnt have to vacuum the drivers side floor mat. The windows were streaked so again I had to clean them. I will never go back.
