Great wash....but need to dry cars with DRY towels ....not damp. The crew who works there is super friendly and kind. My big complaint is THE OWNER DOES NOT SHARE THE TIPS WITH HIS EMPLOYEES. HE KEEPS THE TIPS ALL TO HIMSELF.

One of the top notch car washes Ive ever been to. Washing process was very thuro.

Friendly and they a nice job, 17.99 a month and you can have your vehicles washed once a day if you wish. Cant beet it if you like a clean vehicle.

I’m giving Russ’ 3 stars today because their attention to detail has slacked. The front of my car still had dirt. A big patch on the left rear still had suds - AFTER the 2 guys at the end “dried” my car. I used to faithfully believe in their great car washes.

They always do a great job. A little higher priced than some of the other local washes but very good job and also have towel drying after the air dryers which is very nice. They are also very friendly there. I would recommend to anyone.

This place gets your car pretty clean for a drive through. It does accommodate 7 tall and wider vehicles. Even the cheap $4 wash does a good job.

I have been a fan of Russs for many years and was very excited to see the total renovation of the one on secor road. However I must say Im a little disappointed in the rear of the vehicle drying ability of the new blowers that are put in. This location no longer has attendants that will hand wipe down your vehicle with towels and our relying only on the blowers to dry off your car. The only complaint I have is the inability of the blower system to completely dry off the rear of the vehicle. The automatic payment system for the monthly unlimited program is very convenient and economical in my opinion. However I would pay more to bring back the exit attendance to towel dry or for that perfect wash. I have since begun going to the location off of Central avenue in Sylvania Holland area as they still have exit attendants to tell dry. But my opinion is still they are the best non -damaging system in town.

Mike car wash I work there way back in the day and I just still always go there the one on secor road and laskey they just redid it that was the one I worked at and its really nice its amazing the place is gone a long way old man r us I think would be very proud of it.
