Good work at a fair price. Make an appointment for service and its even faster. Bigger repairs, make a plan, because they dont do loaner vehicles.

Went for an oil change and purchased the works package which includes tire rotation and brake check. Now I have brake issues that DEFINITELY were not there prior to service. Tried contacting general manager and got no response. Would expect more from a dealership. But At this particular location I was wrong .

Had been a regular customer since 2013 at Kistler now known as Yark Ford. Will never do business with them anymore. We didnt know that they changed their schedule for Saturday so we drove in to have our vehicle serviced. The manager at the desk said he couldnt fit us into the day. We left and called Brondes and they fit us in their schedule. Thank you Brondes!

Had an appointment for 9am that I made weeks prior for an oil change. Show up 10 mins early and told I have an hour wait. I asked why if I have an appointment and they said its on a first come, first serve basis. So why make an appointment? Also, people coming in after me are leaving before me. Horrible place with terrible service

I scheduled ahead of time to make sure my car was in for its routine the works which included an oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else Ford suggest in that package. This was the first time I went to this location, and I regretted it. Ive always gone to the Maumee location, and had lots of space to wait, and never waited much longer than 30 minutes. At this location it took over an hour and a half. Im hopeful the service was done well for the sake of my ford vehicle, but from now on, Ill go to Maumee for the better service, and less of a wait.

I made an appointment during the virus crisis because my Quick Lane in Michigan was closed. Brondes did my oil change and tire rotation quickly, and WASHED MY CAR FOR ME TOO, which was great. Will definitely use them again.

Quick, courteous, and much more affordable than those 10 min. express places especially if you have a coupon. All services including oil change come with a free car wash. They used to take a very long time, but they have improved in the past year.

Certainly felt far from a valued customer. They treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about, needless to say I’ve spent my entire life around cars and I do know what I’m talking about! I will be driving to Friendly Ford in Monroe from now on when Brondes is less than a mile from my house. The situation is a long story but needless to say the service manager did not want to be bothered to the point he’d have them tell me he wasn’t there, I showed up anyways to leave paperwork on his desk and by god there he was sitting at his desk like a deer in headlights. If these people don’t like their jobs or dealing with customers maybe it’s time to move on. Thank god my transmission didn’t blow up since they told me they filled it and they didn’t!! Good thing this girl knew her car and that there was a problem!! Be careful...I wouldn’t take their word for much that’s for sure. I give good reviews when they’re deserved. I’m in customer service myself and I always try to put my feet in the customers shoes if you aren’t capable of that you shouldn’t be working with customers period.
