Due to COVID 19, there was no face to face. Appointment was set over the phone. Next morning I put key in key drop. Manager John called me an hour later after he had test drove my car. Made recommendations and offered options. Asked for my opinion. I stated what I wanted done. He gave me an exact amount for estimate. I asked for some details and he explained some of the details in the costs. Work was completed in a timely manner. Paid by card over the phone. Final price was $100 LESS than original estimate!! Car rides much better!

I had my cars AC condenser replaced. They ran into a problem with the parts that they ordered not fitting properly (not their fault, the parts were manufactured improperly). They spent a lot of time trying to get the correctly manufactured parts. It took a few days longer than expected (again, not their fault), but they communicated with me every day and ultimately got the job done right. My AC is over cold now! If I ever need more work done I will definitely go back to them. I highly recommend them!

I took my 2003 Ford Focus in for brake work, front and rear. While up on the lift they discovered I had a bad right outer tie rod. They called and gave me a detailed estimate of the repairs needed. When I went to pick it up they had come in under the estimate by a little over $100! I’ll definitely be taking my car there for future repairs and I would recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

I would never have known if they had replaced mine and charged me for entire exhaust system.They mechanic came in after lifting my car and told me no my mufflers and exhaust on back was good. All I needed was a flex pipe! I was and am so amazed and so happy! You can go to this place with total trust!

I was driving from Chicago to Toledo when my car troubles started. I searched the internet and went with Mytee due to the awesome reviews. I must say the reviews match the service. They have a genuine care and concern and sense of urgency for their customers.They are awesome, I wish they were in Chicago!!!

These guys are great, up front, polite, and usually pretty speedy to. I dont often need to go to the shop to get work done because I like doing the work but if I find my self stumped or just dont want to deal with it theyre the only shop I trust to work on my car. However the last time I went to pick up my car they left the key in my car and the window rolled down while parked outside on the side of the shop thus the four stars, maybe because I had told them I was coming, but still....

The gentleman at the front desk (Ken I think) was very nice and welcoming! My windows started working again while my car was at the shop, but I assured them they would stop again and they did. It took some investigating, but they figured out what was wrong and fixed the issue. They made sure I was okay with the fixes and the pricing before moving forward. Fixing the three windows cost about $625 because I needed a new power switch and something else. Not sure if that is the lowest price in the area, but nonetheless I had a good experience at Mytee Automotive!

Spent over a day trying to get a big dealership service dept to just pick up their phone. These guys had good reviews so I said hey why not. Picked up right away, quoted me, and fit me in asap. After first chatting with him it only took 5 hours for me to get it towed there, fixed, and picked up! Saving their business card!

Took my car in at the end of the day and it was one of 19 in thier lot that evening. Next morning by 8:45 I got a call telling me what work could assist the issue. They didnt talk me into work that didnt need done until spring unlike other places in my experience, just gave me the facts. Told them to make the changes and by 11 my car was done. Got me in right away and completed the work in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. Also used stainless steel pipe (for slight up charge) - so will last longer. Mytee will try and replace the bad sections of pipe only, while competitors will want to change huge sections of pipe costing may more $$$$$.

We have taken two cars to them, one personal and one a used car to be checked out, both seemed to get a good check up and honest advice. Will be taking a second personal vehicle, a truck, to see what the diagnosis is and be posting a further review would give 5 stars, but tentatively waiting on further interactions to see how the overall experience goes. But seems trust worthy if not a bit higher prices (may have to do with higher taxes since they are on the other side of Sylvania taxation area) than our old backyard mechanic who is unfortunately not in great health. We will see I suppose

Quote for a new catalytic converter beat the dealership, and service was completed super fast (2 hours) on a Saturday so I didnt have to be without my car for long. Appreciated their key drop box so I could leave it at night after work and pick it up Saturday late morning.

I would give negative stars if I could. They were contracted by insurance to repair my muffler. Instead of putting the correct muffler on my car they used a universal and made it fit by shortening the pipe and putting in a longer muffler. They ran the pipe through a spot where it shouldn’t have been and I’ve had nothing but issues. Don’t go to this business.

Van broke down with a busted timing belt while entering Wildwood Park. Called Mytee and they told me to bring in the van - I was able to drive it the short distance to Mytee and they had the belt replaced within an hour. So convenient and helpful. They texted me two months later to see how the van is doing. Great service!

I don’t like to give five stars unless a company goes above and beyond, and Mytee has always done just that. We have been going for years as our regular mechanic because they are much more reasonably priced than the dealerships (and often more knowledgeable). So, they have always been great, but this past Saturday the really surprised me.My rear turn signal was out and I was replacing at home and didn’t have the right tool. I took the replacement part to Mytee and asked for them to replace the part. The did it on the spot and they even used their own replacement bulb because I had the wrong one from Auto Zone. The best part? They didn’t charge me for anything. It wouldn’t have been much anyway, but try to get that service from a dealer or a national chain. Thanks, Mytee!

Been roughly 6 months since they did work on my vehicle. Was told by the dealership that I had a cracked front axel that needed to be replaced and that basically it would have to be ordered from Nissan since the part is very specific to my car. They said I could go to an outside source and get a used/refurbished part but it would risk my car becoming extremely shaky. Asking price was absurd. After some online research decided to go to Mytees on Holland Sylvania. Thing that struck me right off the bat was the honesty. I was told exactly what they thought was wrong, where the cost was coming from, and even given alternatives. They were clear with their limitations and didnt try to do too much. I know next to nothing about cars but I really had the sense that this is a business run by good people. Long story short, fixed my axle for about 400 bucks less than the dealership, my car rides extremely smooth and Ive had no issues 6 months after the work was done. They did find a number of additional issues in my car when they inspected it and I got those fixed as well through them. Just took my car for a check and oil change at the dealership just to see if theyd notice anything or find any issues--there were none and they said my car was in excellent shape! Normally not one to write a review but wanted to share my experience since this is a local business with great service.

I took my car to Mytee to have the A/C fixed. They could have gotten a lot of money out of me by doing the work there, but they went out of their way to find that my car had a recall through Honda and printed out the proper paperwork for me to take to a Honda dealership to be fixed for free. I dont have a lot of time to spend waiting for car repairs and decided to try the Mytee shop near my home this time. I will be back. I believe it was a young woman Katie who helped me out, and I have to say I was really pleased with the attention she gave to my car. She seems very knowledgeable and it was pleasure, the wait wasnt long either. As I said I will be back.
