I ordered a $200 decal for my car hood. I specified that this was for a car.I ordered clear vinyl, thinking that only the transparent parts would be clear, not the entire image.It would have been nice if this was explained to me on the phone when I asked about the differences between clear and white.I think if the employees actually cared about the customers, someone would have told me Clear vinyl is only visible on a flat white surface and might not be a good choice for a car decalBut its very clear that nobody at this place cares about the customer.

Great customer service. They are very helpful and I definitely recommend this location. It is in a great location. I appreciate there help everytime I go in. 5 stars!

Horrible customer service. Actually it was clear that they did NOT want to help any of their customers, especially with ANY passport processes. Couldnt even figure out a passport photo! Very rude and dismissive - dont bother to stop here.

Tried to call store- no answer. Went in store, she said they are too busy to answer the phone. I was 1 of 3 customers in the store. Zero customer service and when you ask or comment about it, they are annoyed and let you know they don’t care. Not the first time this has happened at this location or with this same women working there. Will not use Fedex to send anymore!

I used FedEx to print the program for my mothers funeral. It had been a difficult few days and I made a huge mistake on the graphic I sent to FedEx.Garry not only caught the error but he went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix the situation. Outstanding customer service. Thank you, Garry!

Easy to print documents through their app. I dont have a printer & have been going through them for years to print out shipping labels, resumes & other important documents. Just a regular black and white document on 24lb general use paper costs 14¢ each. They have a $1 minimum (I believe) to make an print order online to pick up in your store so I usually add in a photo or two if I am under the amount. They usually print & have it ready within 20 minutes.Just wish they were 24 hours!

Ive always had good experiences here. I work from home, and I submit all of my things to them via email. They print and ship! Carrie and Georgina are great. Ive also worked with a couple of other ladies who were very helpful too, I wish I could remember their names. Thanks for making my life so much easier!

I have used these guys two years in a row to print off large documents for a Marine Corps function. The staff is always extremely helpful and timely, especially the employee Garry Who has gone out of his way several years in a row to make sure it stays within my unit budget!

Bad customer service

I called and spoke with Gary this morning. I sent him my document and he printed it as stated with a discount. He was easy to work with and followed through with what he said he could do in a timely manner!

$1.99 a sheet to fax black and white they act like this is 1970 and they are still paying higher rates for long distance. Not going to be robbed like that its cheaper to buy a machine.

I have given this location multiple attempts to fed ex packages for me. And each time I had extreme difficulty. It seems maria who works there look only for reasons why she cant ship even simple packages. I just called to get a quote from her and was put on hold for uppwords of ten mins. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
