Quick and easy service, went in for a money order to pay my car registration. Said they don’t do that and referred me to another business. I was about to walk out and he told me they do car registration there. Saved me so much time and had me out in a few minutes for a small fee. Would recommend them to anyone.

Owner changed Uhaul reservation to include safe move coverage which I did not select as well as over charged me for furniture blankets selected.Then proceeded to cuss me out on the phone when I called to correct the billing issue. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.Claim submitted to dispute and I have never been so poorly treated. I dont write reviews but am going out of my way to leave every negative review possible, report to UHAUL, report to the BBB and every other site possible. Rent form the old town rental or other location not Postal Annex

I am not sure about these bad reviews. I went in for my car registration, and it looked like everyone that walked in the owner knew by name. One customer even brought in flowers for his wife?!!! The gentleman (Sam) never met me but was very friendly, professional and very helpful to not only me but the other customer that was getting his registration done also. I actually have a postal annex box at another location and am tempted cancel my box there to make the extra drive just to go here! I wish I experienced this kind of service at my current box. Literally I seen one of there customers waiting after they got their mail, just to share new details on a car they registered here! Even businesses I frequent, I doubt ill ever witness customers bringing flowers or waiting until people leave so they can talk to the owner.

If you are looking for a notary avoid this place! Apparently the customer is always wrong here, check their responses to bad reviews.Unbelievable, I sent someone here for notary services. They charged many times what it should have been. They charged $200 for what should have been six notarized signatures. The document I got back had multiple notarizations on the same signatures and signatures that didnt require a notary were notarized. Super shady opportunistic people here, awful experience, never again and Ill do what I can to prevent other people from making the same mistake.Their response motivated me to file complaints with the BBB and the Secretary of State.

Needed something mailed out ASAP, this place was the only one open within my area. The owner was getting ready to close and stayed open another 10 minutes after I called and waited for me to get there so I could drop my package off. Very friendly, would recommend.

I go here for notary and live scans. People here area nice. Place is always clean. Price is cheaper than most places. Im pretty sure if u need 10 things notarized They will give u a good deal. Ive been going to this place 3 years. This place is busy which is good.Today they let a guy use there computer and no place usually lets people.Then today too they been talking about a live workshop to save money. So I guess just go here for free workshops or free package drop off.Live scan etc just go highly recommended. I post this review on google and here.Packages they will make sure it gets to its destination!!!

Man, i was looking around for a mail service and this place showed up on my search. I started reading the reviews and was very turned off by the owner postings. I take the customers review with a grain of salt, but seeing the owners response is such a turn off. Owner, you just lost a potential customer. My advice to you, respond with a solution instead of insults and negativity. I surely wouldnt want to deal with you if i have an issue.

Yes. I agree with a lot of the reviews here. This owner talks too much, doesnt listen and will charge you as much as possible. I was badly let down by FedEx after paying for a premium service and although the parcel was NEVER delivered, after my wife sat at a depot for over 3 hours demanding it was found, they sent out a generic notice that it had been delivered, once she signed for it. To start, even if it had been delivered, it would have been 4 days late indicating a breach of contract (I agreed to pay premium to guarantee delivery) but instead my wife had to insist that it was searched for and this was after hours on the phone. FedEx agreed (or course) that we were due a refund and this owner refused to listen and actually hung up on my wife who was calling from UK, again at considerable cost. I called back, giving the store owner the benefit of the doubt, that maybe the line was disconnected and although I was perfectly polite despite the double talk and usual BS, he hung up on me to. 3rd World mentality. As many people have told me since, go direct to FedEx. These franchise stores lack the professionalism to manage anything more than PO Box rental and selling greeting cards. I wanted to support my local store and was left disappointed. Naturally, I have disputed the credit card charge.

Dropped off a prepaid package, and asked for a receipt. A man with mustache don’t want to provide one, lazy or cheap. I explained why I need one. He then me one. As I walked out he chuckled my package in the large empty USPS tote. It’s probably broken. I will make a claim against them.

I want to give a big shout out to Sam for his incredible customer service. This is my second time renting a U-Haul at this location and it was painless. I did my online reservation and met at the location, it was seem less. He informed me of the after hours rental return and how to drop off the key, he was very clear of the process.Sam personally left his home on a Sunday and went to his store so I can rent this U-Haul. Im blown away by the customer service, never would have expected that, but Im very thankful. It made my move that much easier because I was working on very limited time.I highly recommend this location and I will go out of my way to rent from this location whenever I need a U-Haul.

This is the BEST Postal Annex ever. When we first moved to Murrieta 2 years ago we opened a box at this location. The owner really made an effort to get to know us as customers and not just a box number. Sam & his family have always been so very helpful and accommodating. I moved out of that area over a year ago but kept my box there because of the superb customer service. Unfortunately, I was separated from my husband recently and was left without a vehicle. Sam was kind enough to check my box & let me know if and when mail arrived so that I wouldnt waste gas or time going there to check box...Simply amazing & so very kind. I will miss this place & can only hope that my new Postal Annex is as pleasant.Loyal customer since 09/2016...

Two stars because of the simple fact this place did not go out with me to inspect and verify that my trailer was legit and safe. Every U-haul place NO MATTER where Ive been comes out with me to inspect the equipment for SAFETY precautions. This owner didnt do either picking nor dropping off. This is a HUGE mistake on his behalf and bad representation of U-haul. This store is very messy compared to the one down my street. The ONLY reason why I came here is because they were the fasted location to me with the trailer I needed. Regardless how sharp you dress and how many smiles you give, your ACTIONS speak louder. I will never return here and in my opinion this owner needs to be audit by U-haul. This place tries to sell more things than a swap meet offers. Bad for business. I had to take pictures before and after to prove my review is legit and valid.

Staff is rude and store is wildly unorganized. Which actually seems really obvious now, after reading all these reviews. Someone is clearly defensive, responding to all the negative reviews trying to make the customers seem like the liar and problem.That’s nice you’ve been in the business for 20 years, doesn’t mean you’re doing a good job. Also doesn’t change the fact that the hours are erratic and not posted.I get it, you can’t make everyone happy but it seems this business makes a lot of people unsatisfied.

Messy and expensive. Beware, the owner will charge you as much as possible!This place looked dirty and disheveled from the moment I walked in, but all I needed to do was mail my taxes. The owner held out his hand for me to hand my taxes to him, but I asked if I could put it in the envelope myself. He kind of smirked and then handed me a next day FedEx envelope. I should have checked what it was, but I was in a hurry and stuffed it in. The owner fills in all the info and then tells me it will get there on Monday morning (this was Saturday morning). Yep, sounds good.Twenty five dollars, he says. $25??? To mail one envelope from Temecula to L.A.? He nods matter of factly, Its FedEx next-day.I did not ask for FedEx next day. He didnt ask me if I wanted FedEx next day. He simply grabbed the most expensive envelope possible. (Owner response says I told them it needed to arrive ASAP. This is a lie. I did not. In fact, I was proud of myself for doing my taxes early - for me - and was NOT in a rush to overnight the forms to my CPA. Standard USPS would have sufficed.) I looked at the back wall where the yellow envelopes were that I should have grabbed, beyond the junk and messes on the floor. Oh well. I needed to get going so I reluctantly paid him and left. Ill never be back.

My family have a mailbox in this postalannex for 10 years. We always have preferred them over post office or other locations. Whats with those complaints We think we are getting Better personal customer service. Great prices post office wont do packing for you.They pack well.WE will keep using them also recommend family & friends.we love this location gives a family feeling everybody is very Nice, profesional, great prices, different services. my best wishes are with them. please ignore negative reviews.

I had a Great Customer service Experience at this postalannex. I needed my live scan done.I didnt have the form i was helped to print the form from their computer. Easy transaction will use them again for other services.

This jerk owner I asked for a scanned on document, he said it will show up in a few nothing charged me $2.50 he said he had confirmed on his computer. He liked to my face do not go to this Arab con man.

My wife and I have a bad experience here today. The clerk was on the phone the whole time he was helping us (he said that he was speaking to his relative who was ill, so that part was understandable) but he told us that he had a rate that would beat the USPS flat rate to ship our goods. He wound up charging us approx. $8 more than the USPS flat box rate, so we felt ripped off after leaving. We probably wont go back here again.

The worst postal annex in the area. Google has their open hours 8:30-6 showed up around 9:15am and they were still closed. Called to find out what time they close (to make sure google was right) and person that answered the phone said “I don’t know, maybe 4 or 5” which seems like poor customer service. They also have no times listed on their front door.Besides this incident they have lost several packages of mine in the past and several packages that I’ve sent from here showed up to the person about 3 weeks after it was supposed to deliver with tracking never updating.Basically I’ve given this place too many chances and they have always let me down.

Been to this postalannex for Notary, Livescan ,Shipping, Even have a Mailbox for past 20 years. Excellent Level of services provided. Price wise never saw increase in prices.Even give us discounts every time we use their services. I will recommend them to everyone.

Where very fair with me on price. I needed to ship a monitor to east coast and they gave the best deal I could find anywhere! Saved me over $30 in shipping compared to UPS store.

Usually we need Notary services after hours We use their Notary servicesbecause they are open late hours which is Good for us.Nice place to meet our clients and get paper notarizes.

Really helpful, came here for my livescan at the last minute and needed it done asap and he helped, did my liveskin 5 minutes before they closed, and even emailed the state to accept it the same day. The job owner is very understanding and is always willing to help out his costumers.

I believe that is the best UHAUL place i ever been to. i just rent one and so amazed by the customer service. All other services are very good too. they are always JAM packed this means people appreciate what they do.That guys who wrote the review regarding uhaul should appreciate that they didnt say no and they offerred him big truck for small prices. i know the nearest location is in old town temecula which is very far.and my friend friend what do u expect. Do you want them to carry you to the truck. U know what they should drive the truck for you too.

Went there with my kids for passport pictures the guy first told me one price then when it was time for me to pay told me it was more than what he said the first time so be careful

We used this location frequently for shipping services. well packed our packages. Fedex & UPS Both done several times.

I rushed over here after work to ship a package as they are the only location in Temecula open until 6 on a Saturday. I got here at 5:35 PM and the door is locked and its closed for the night, no notice on the door as to why they closed before 6 like they advertise. Im very disappointed I wasted my time driving here for no reason. Update your hours if you arent going to honor them!
