Very poor customer service skills. The representative I dealt with was unable to help me buy a product, even when I already knew what I was looking for. I would give less starts if I could. Customers should feel comfortable when they come in, I shouldn’t have to feel unwelcome in a chain store I have spent thousands of dollars at.

I was very pleased with Jared when we got my ring set. I love my rings. They are gorgeous. However past the sales point the customer service has been disappointing. I have had my rings for just over two years and during that time I’ve had to replace four stones because they have fallen out. Today after one of my repairs I went to pick up my ring. We were told it was be ready today. I called when they first opened and I was told that the ring would ready by 4pm. I arrived after 4 and was told the ring still wasn’t ready it would be at least another 30 minutes. I wasted 45 minutes driving across town to get the ring. I wasn’t able to stay so I had to leave without my ring. You would think after spending so much on the rings you would receive better service.

My fiancé and I went into Jared without an appointment on Saturday 08/21. Having no idea appointments were needed they allowed us to come in to be serviced. Which we really appreciated since we were on a tight timeline to get married due to Covid we’ve had to move our date out so much we said enough was enough and wanted to elope.We went in and Deb helped us. Let me start off by saying it’s so hard to walk into a jewelry store just like a car lot, they can be vultures. Deb was the COMPLETE opposite. She made us feel so welcomed and was so incredibly personable. She helped us and the way she did was not fake or forced it was genuine as if she were a caring family member who wanted the best for us. She was engaging, got to know us and friendly. I really appreciate that level of service.We were running on a tight timeline too but managed to get our ring on time!!

APPOINTMENT NEEDED! Which is not on the website. I drive and hour and a half to get my ring inspected and was told he could log me into the system to make an appointment but could not take the 5 mins to clean my ring when there was only one person in the place. I have always complimented about how great Jared was but today was very disappointed. If you require appointments put it on your website.

Picked up my ring on Friday and didnt feel welcomed at all. The customer service was horrible. Acknowledgment and being friendly goes a long way and they need to train their employees.

I have nothing but praise for Jared - Citrus Park! I lost my engagement ring 30 days before my wedding. When we could not find it after two days, we went to Jared - Citrus Park where we originally purchased the ring. Nicolette, Omar, and Michael worked with the manufacturer to see if the ring could be created, since it was no longer available for sale. They developed a custom build option as well in case the manufacturer decided they couldnt remake it. We also quickly selected and fitted a temporary ring with the new diamond for the wedding. We picked up the temporary ring and placed the custom order on Saturday morning. That afternoon my fiancé purchased a metal detector for $54 and within 3 minutes found the lost ring in our backyard. Amazing! When we went back to Jared - Citrus Park that evening, they were all excited for us that we found the original ring. They immediately cleaned it, celebrated with us, cancelled the custom order, and returned the temporary ring! Amazing empathy, customer service, and relational business. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Bad experience ......on october the 6th i walked into the Citrus park store with a ring to have sized after being given one price the sales guy Zack went to the back and came out with a price that doubled i needed the ring sized it was for my 15th annivesary for my wife so i said ok he assured me it was a one day process i returned two days later and was told that it cant be done with no call or email nothing.....he told me because i used my AMEX card and i didnt have it on me i had to get a check from home office.....after three weeks the General manager Omar said it was sent to a different address said another check was cut and being sent out ....two weeks pass still nothing 10 days ago he assured me i would have my refund by the 4th of dec i called the store today still nothing lot of back and fourth no clear answers i am tired of calling just anyone that does business here should be careful...... but the ladies there were helpful when i did speak with them sorry they have to work in that store.

Jessica is the absolute best!!! She pays attention to detail and more importantly listens to you and goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy. Shes incredibly patient too. Jared has a wonderful selection and if they dont have it, theyll make it. So happy we went to Jared. If I could give them more stars I would.

I went to Jared citrus park yesterday to look at Omega speedmaster and had an amazing experience talking with Debbie and Omar the general manager. They were both very patient and knowledgeable about mechanical watches. I had a great experience and will be back!! I am now a proud owner of a Speedy!

We got my engagement ring and wedding ring from this Jareds just about 4 years ago. They treated us great then and have continued to treat us great since. I recently had a problem with my wedding ring and they helped me out without a hassle or fuss. I couldnt believe it! It was easier than I could have imagined. Jessica Murphy is the warmest, kindest, and most thoughtful sales person Ive ever encountered. Even though we only come in twice a year, she always remembers our names and asks about our son. She goes above and beyond every time to make sure we have a wonderful experience. Mitchell helped me with my wedding ring issue and was amazing as well. He put my mind as ease and was so nice. I highly recommend this Jareds for all your jewelry needs and wants :)

Excellent service and attention! Purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter who lives in another state. Mitch offered to ship to a store nearby where my son was able to pick up and place under the tree just in time for Christmas. Highly recommend.

After I had terrible customer service from another jewelry store, I called and spoke with Jessica. I requested the same info I asked the other company by phone, and Jessica answered all my questions on the phone. There was no pressure to come into the store. I did so today however, finding warm, friendly and professional. Her and an associate answered all my questions and found a ring better than what I was looking for. Just had the best customer service experience today! I was recently engaged and needed to have my ring resized. After getting the run around from another location we decided to drive almost an hour to this location. It was very well worth it. While vacationing in Florida, I found myself in Jareds. I was really just browsing until I found something I just really couldnt pass up. The manager, Jessica, approached me and I felt so at ease. She was kind, professional and incredibly courteous. Jessica didnt by any means pressure me into making a purchase that I did not want. She reassured me of the quality of Jared products and was sure to give me her contact information in the event I had any further questions about my purchase. I have shopped in Jareds for years. The staff was always extremely helpful, however,I will never give Jared any of my business again as well as my daughter and sister. When my son passed away in January we all purchased necklaces to hang a medallion on including my daughter in law. All the necklaces turned or broke. They will not give me a new one for I did not purchase their insurance. Well I figured for 60.00 it should last more than a month. A manager was supposed to call me....that did not happen.........

I went into jareds looking for a diamond anniversary ring last week and let me tell ya, I WONT BE BACK! Hope who calls herself a manager is the rudest peace of garbage i have ever had to deal with! not to mention she is disrespectful to her employees in front of customers. I spend a lot of money with jared but after experiencing that i will be contacting corporate, the better business burial, and i will continue to let everyone know that this place has no respect for there customers or employees. i would get rid of your so called manager before she drives all the costumers away!

What a bad experience. I went in looking for a diamond necklace for my wife. While dealing with the sales rep some guy comes over and immediately takes over the pitch. He then tells me hes the manager. So I finally decide on the necklace and he told me I had to purchase insurance on it. I declined as I intended to add it to my own VPP. He then told me I couldnt purchase it without the insurance. I thoughht he was joking but he literally said he was not!! I told him he was just a used car salesman and that no manager would act like that. I walked out. I ended up across the street at Kay (Sterling jewellers owns both Kay and Jared). I found a necklace that was extremely similar for a fraction of the price there. And guess What? NO MENTION OF INSURANCE BEING REQUIRED!!! I will never shop at Jared again!

I bought my engagement ring and wedding band at this location. Make sure you ask for Zack Kline whom was very helpful and patient with me throughout the process and ended up getting a better deal than anywhere else I had gone shopping. I had been to Kay’s, Zales, Helzburg and other stores looking and I received better service at Jared’s. Zack ordered several diamonds for me ahead of time and helped me pick out rings with a free custom order for yellow gold. I ended up buying my wedding band as well because it was a unique sapphire combination that I had never seen before. Believe me I have been looking for 3 Monthes now looking around and Jared offered one of the best selections I had seen. My future fiancé also enjoyed his service with Nathan also helping us figure out a great plan since I did not Have all the money up front. Both of them did a great job of making it a bonding experience for me and my fiancé rather than a sales strategy. We felt very comfortable and I did not feel like they were in a rush to get me out of the door with something like other stores had treated me. We were able to get me exactly what I wanted for my budget and a unique combo that only my future wife will have for a better price than any other store with GIA certifications to know that I still have the best quality for the best price. I made sure to do a lot of research ahead of time to make sure I would not get ripped off and know what price vs quality and shopped around Florida looking at 15-20 stores to make sure I did not get ripped off. I was very satisfied and it was worth the two hour drive. My fiancé said that she will be coming back to get my wedding band and will be making sure it’s a day that Zack is there. It’s hard to find people you can trust in the retail business and we will be sure to be long term customers. Thank you and God bless

The staff at Citrus Park location is very rude, I had poor customer service more than one time at this location and now I only go to Clearwater Jared as they are very nice and knowledgable. I will also contact corporate to let them know about my bad experience at this location. If I could I would give zero stars.
