Came here right before they closed because the bezel on my watch popped off. They took a look at my watch and fixed it within 5 min for no charge!!! Excellent customer service!! I will be back 100% to get my watches serviced.

This is by far one of the best jewelers in Tampa. World class service and kindness. My husband and I have purchased gifts from here, fixed our watches, and upgraded existing jewelry. The family recently moved to this Henderson location, which is so warm and welcoming.

I dropped off a handful of watches for battery replacements and repairs. I was told I would receive a call in a couple hours but never received one. I called the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about and said it would be a couple more hours. Finally went into the store four days later and somehow the watches were finished--no call to let me know.One of the watches need the back cover attached again. This was my wifes watch and a Christmas present from her mom. The owner made it seem like it was dropped and damaged by someone else. The face was cracked causing the hands to not operate. I took it back home and showed my wife. It definitely was damaged when he reattached the back plate. He spent 5 minutes arguing with my wife on the phone and saying someone else worked on it when we just got the watch in December. Very unprofessional and he tried to hide that they broke an expensive watch.

I’ve been coming here for years at the old Kennedy location. Almas always takes great care with my watches. I stopped by the new location on Henderson yesterday for a new battery and new glass face and they called today ready for pick up. I just picked up my Bulova diamond accent watch with ZERO problems in and out! A++

I took my citizen watch here that has been nothing but trouble with the band falling off. Jim at Alma’s was great. He repaired it and set it (which is a chore in itself) for a 1/3 of what another place quoted me.Great service and amazing price. Thanks again.

We had dropped a few watches off - first time. We will not be using him again. He broke one of the watches further, then did not accept responsibility for it and tried to tell me it was my fault and he was convinced someone else worked on it. So upset that he is not accountable for anything. So if you are concerned that he will break your watch further and not pay for it - I would find some place else to go.

The fastest and reasonable price in tampa, went in for a link removal from my watch. Within 5 min i was done. Great customer service.

Wow! I walked in during lunch time with a broken watch band and 2min later my watch was like new. They were extremely reasonable on the price too. Don’t waste your time or money going somewhere else. These guys will take care of you!

I took my girlfriends Seiko watch in to get repaired here for her Valentines Day gift about a week ago. The gentleman there was very friendly and resourceful. Within a few days he called and let me know the clasp to replace the broken part would be way to expensive to order and simply repaired what was damaged for a very reasonable price. My girlfriend was very happy to see that her watch was wearable again.

Went to see if my wedding ban could be tightened half a size. Was immediately told due to it being made of tungsten steal it couldnt be done. Also, that there cheap and I should just go buy another one. Went to King Jewelers on South Dale Mabry. Gabriel Can - a certified master jeweler explained how he could remedy and fix the ring. Ring was tighten in 24 hours for as little as 20.00. Jeweler at Almas was cold, rude and obviously incompetent ...

The man that greated me was a man of few words to say the least. I asked him how much it would cost me to have batteries replaced on 4 not very expensive watches. He told me to hold on a minute, took them all to the back room and changed them all without even quoting a price first. Came to 58$ which is more expensive than I have ever paid to have a battery replaced on a watch. Wont come back.

Purchased what was listed on ebay as Factory Omega watch band , price with tax , 181.00 and change . Took to my jeweler , told it was a cheap knock off . Immediately called Jim , at Almas Jewelry , he told me I could return for store credit . Told him I would revisit store at my soonest opportunity (day off work ) , as I live 1.5 hours away . On my way to store , called ahead , was told at that point , returns must be made within 7 , thats 7 ... DAYS ... ! SCAMMER ... No Integrity ... Probably buys these bands in bulk for 8.00 apeice and lists them on ebay for 165.00 . Buyer BEWARE ...
